Absolutely no complaints, and they are extremely cheap. All routine servicing can be done easily online, pricing is clear. When I tried to use the call-centre it was closed due to the pandemic, but I was able to contact support via webchat to port my phone number. Speed is excellent and apparently unthrottled.

All my friends are Lebara-connected. What do you expect from your ISP? Easy to topup, not outrageous rates when you need to call Nederlands, Malta, Ukraine, Thailand, Greece, Nigeria from the UK so get a fair OK from me. Just wish there was an easier way to get a conversation with a real person, but that adds to their - and your - costs. So, crunch the biscuit as it comes.

the phone for 6 months,something I strongly dispute.To restore
the balance I topped up and called them back.But they asked
me a series of "security questions"which were almost impossible
to answer.eg what was the amount of my top up 6 months ago?
Or,which foreign country had I called the most.Then to add insult
to injury the operator spoke at a soft level that I could barely
understand.

Sorry but I am really very disappointed in Lebara Sim Only customer service. Two weeks ago I would have an outstanding invoice with you, but I did not receive any notification. In the end, the outstanding amount was paid but I still cannot make full use of the calling, texting and internet services.

As soon as I get the chance to switch I will do that, I do not recommend anyone to take out a Lebara subscription. The last time I was on hold for more than 2 hours and currently for more than another half an hour and they cannot be reached in any way other than by telephone.

should be a zero star rating, bought a sim for travel in Europe after arriving in Germany. the card only worked in Germany when i specifically asked and double checked with the clerk that it would work else where during my travels. it also was a data only with no way to get the Lebara talk app in Germany as that country wasn't supported. their customer service is atrocious to say the least, no phone number that i could call due to lack of a calling option with my sim and email responses took at least 48 hours. Never again.

Been using Lebara for more than 12 months and apart from some early teething problems I find the service good and very reasonably priced when you compare other providers, customer service a little slow to answer when you do require to speak to a human, normally you can do everything on line without an issue.

Worst customer service. SIM card was not working suddenly. The customer care quoted that it was due to a 'technical issue' at their side. I had to order a new SIM card again by paying 5 EUR to retain the same number. My wife's SIM also stopped working suddenly. The customer care said that the SIM has expired !!!

It may take a long time before you get an employee on the phone, but once it is, it couldn't be better. What wonderful people! Think along and very, very fast and good service! You are TOP !!!!!

Whenever I go to Spain I acquire the free Sim card in the renfe of the Sol station, it is the best option, for 10 they give me 1gb of internet. And they have many more gigas if you wish, the attention is fabulous and they activate the necessary services as well as guide you on how to get to your hotel address etc. The network is vodafone and works perfectly, if you want only calls for 5 they give you 7.50 of balance to call from 1 cent per minute, you can receive calls without cost.

Of course the best option is located the stand in the Renfe of Puerta del Sol. Amazing

Chatted with the staff to request a replacement SIM since I have lost my phone and all, the girl on their end was the most patient, understanding, even a bit funny at times, made me smile, rather than those usual "call your network" experiences when it feels like you're talking to robots. This girl deserves an "Employee of the month" award, because I'm sure I'm not the only one who had such a great experience with her. Priyoshmita is her name. If it would've been possible, I would've sent her a coffee or whatever. So good. Hire more people like her.

Initially I was having difficulty with adding the bundle of my choice. It wouldn't let me get the 6 gig and ultd texts and calls option unless I linked a debit card or PayPal account. I called and was connected to a very unhelpful employee who didn't have the patience or time to see my call and request through to the finish. His name was Ashwin.
I then called again and finally a really good guy called Absil facilitated my purchase and increased the data to 8gb. It is well worth the time and effort to call the representatives directly and as a network and a provider ok can't fault them or say anything negative. If you do also encounter a unhelpful member of staff like Ashwin. Don't get upset or lose faith. They are generally polite and professional for the most part. Thank you Lebara

I have spoken to customer care earlier as well but I am very impressed the way Christian handled my requests one by one.

If I could writer a review with ZERO stars I would.

Horrid company, horrid service. I used the SIM in a tracking device which worked great. However, topping up was always an issue as I needed to reply to a txt message to register. The device did not enable txt message interface and all my other phones were locked into other provides so could not SIM swap.

Moving on, they ask 3 security questions every time I needed to top up by phone. And all needed to be correct - In this instance I was asked my name, the amount I last topped up with and when I did this. Hell, my life is hectic enough with having to put this in a calendar!!!

In addition, the card is de-activated after 84 days of not topping up... so I have a card with unused credit that is de-activated that I cannot used... absolute daylight robbery.

When trying to get this to work again all customer services could do was ask me the same security questions over and over again with no real desire to help. Get it wrong then please call back and try again... and charged 19p per minute in the process - seeing that the first 9 minutes you spend listening to ads and menu choices before finally asked to "Wait" on the line for a representative.

Don't waste your money on Lebera. I chose a "pay as you go" service and it burned me 70 pounds in a month for just having 10-20 calls (no more than 20 mins each time) and using some 3G data. The data plan they provide is the most expensive one I have ever seen - 7 pounds for just 1GB.... What's more, they do not allow me to switch to monthly plan with fixed price, so as to take more money from me. After I decided to use Virgin, they refused to provide me the PAC code for transferring my number... It was not until I called them for the third time that they allowed me to have that PAC code... So terrible!
