UPDATE: After more than 3 weeks of being unable to receive calls on the
number I requested to be ported in to Lebara (see issue below), I requested a PAC code, since it was my intention to move to another provider. Within 30 minutes of the request I was contacted by Aditya Jamkhandi from the Customer Services Team at Lebara. Aditya assured me he was going to own the issue through to resolution, which he did and as a result I am now a happy Lebara customer. Great work by Aditya, its a real shame I didn't get to deal with him when the issue first arose. My advice is to make sure you speak with a person in Customer Services Team at Lebara to ensure a quick resolution to issues.

My Original Issue Encountered: I ported my number to Lebara and that's when the issues started. My number 'partially' ported, so when I made calls my number worked fine but I could no longer receive calls, which is a bit of an issue with a mobile phone service!
