Absolutely horrible experience at the service depa...

Absolutely horrible experience at the service department. I made an appointment and was early, when I get there only one front desk check in (on the cell phone). I wait until the other finally gets there about 3 minutes later. Wait for 15 minutes after my appointment before I am called in.

Guy doesn t ask me to sit, and looks like he is recovering from a hell of a hangover. Takes my key tells me I can wait or take a shuttle - he says it will take an hour, so I decide to wait.

2 1/2 hours later nobody says anything to me. I look for my advisor - he left for lunch, lucky guy - I was starving. The other front desk lady says go to cashier - cashier says I owe $95, I ask why - she has no idea. She prints out receipt and asks if I can decipher it, I GUESS it s an air filter and pay.

Give receipt to valet, wait another couple of minutes - they hand me my key fob, that is BROKEN and send me on my way.

Maybe I had a particular bad day, but even though I complained - I haven t heard from anyone. So I m not a big fan of this place either with their service before, during or after.

Had a blinker go out on my 15 320i and contacted SA Karen Jimenez-Wilber on a Early Friday afternoon. W/o a reservation, she told me to come on down and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. Also a shout out drive tech Warren Di Lorenzo for providing exceptional customer service. This dealership is fortunate to have employees that care.

Unable to reach any person to repair my car for 2 ...

Unable to reach any person to repair my car for 2 days. Finally I had to schedule an online appointment.
I had to rent a car to go to work for 2 days .
I never had any instructions on my loaner I was handed the keys and that was it .
My car was returned without the complementary wash and vacuum cleaning as usual .After inquiring I was offer and apology and a statement that they didn t have the personnel to do it .
Totally dissatisfied.

BMW is a high-end brand so I expect to receive a high-end service and that doesn't happen at all was terrible, I take my car because of a leak on the passenger seat after a week when my car was ready you give me the car with a terrible humid smell, so that means service fix the problem only halfway, also they even bother to wash my car as they usually do and the cherry on the top, they also supposed to do the service and for my surprise, they didn't because today the car show me a notification that service is due... now I have to go again and lost half day to get my service done

I leased my 328i at this dealership and purchased the insurance on the run flat tires. The car just passed the 50,000 mile warranty on the vehicle but the insurance continues to cover the tires tires. My wife just had a flat and brought it in to the Lauderdale BMW at Pembroke Pines location, and they said since the 50,000 mile warranty expired, they refuse to give her a ride home across Sheridan in Southwest Ranches. This is the typical customer service for the dead beats at Lauderdale BMW Pembroke Pines. This is the type of customer service that will go a long ways when my lease runs out and I need to find a new car.

I was provided with your contact information by Shop Foreman, Marcos Bolanos. My story is this, on May 7, 2020, I took my BMW to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines for maintenance service and then agreed to required repair upon being notified by the service representative. While waiting on the car, Julie Miller from your shop came to inform me that after years of working there she "crashed the car". You can image my surprise of this unexpected news. I will say, your dealership readily provided me a loaner vehicle while conducting all necessary car repairs as well as paint.

Following finally completing all vehicle reparations, I received an invoice for $187.16 on May 22, 2020. You could image my astonishment upon receipt of this bill. Not only does my car sustains an "accident" due to one your employees, then I get an invoice for the services I initially took the car to your establishment; this was having some "gall" on your establishment's part.

As such, I am writing to you as an experienced business manager, to reflect on this situation and find a solution, which will be amicable to everyone involved. Specifically, charging someone after one of their employee's negligence had a direct impact on a client. Regardless of the loaner car, the loaner was not my car, or for that matter, the car my wife drives to work. Further, our vehicle will now have an accident report on record in Car Fax, which depreciates the value to the car for trade-in purposes. The entire scenario can only be resolved with your conscientious and ethical business experience.

I respectfully request, you relook at these facts I am presenting to you and to determine a reasonable outcome to the accident which occurred to my BMW in your establishment. I am a fair and sensible person and welcome your response

I had the most wonderful car purchasing experience with Fabrizzio Rosero. When I walked in, I was not sure about what I was looking for. Fabrizzio patiently listened to all of my wants and needs and explained the different options available. When he brought out the 440i coupe, I was in love. Thanks to Fabrizzio I have a dream car. He never rushed, never pushed and made the experience of such a big purchase super fun! I wpuke definitely recommend him to any family and friends.

went here for a quote on six figure M car, they took off 1 grand from MSRP and proceeded to tell me that they are VERY aggressive in terms of pricing.

I literally called 5-6 other dealers across the country, in small cities as well as large. They ALL consistently gave 8-12% MSRP without haggle due to the current model ending production this year and residuals over over 65%.

Pembroke is JOKE, for the INFORMED buyer.

WOW!!!!!! Where do I start!? From the second I walked into Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, I was treated with the utmost respect. Mr. Ashok Vyas was excellent, his main goal was not to sell me the first car we saw, but to lay out all of my options (many). He was transparent and honest. Before moving on, he showed me the carfax of every vehicle I was interested in and gave me enough time to think about this big investment I was about to make. At no point in time did I feel pressured or rushed through the deal, which was definitely a first at a car dealership for me. Towards the latter half of the deal, I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager (AJ). He too was straight forward and clear. I can tell his main interest was to assure that the client left with a car that he was excited about. He was able to make some calls and get me the exact vehicle that I wanted, at the perfect price point! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND anyone searching for a car to stop by and pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed!

The voice mail always states that someone will call you back. If you are lucky, they do....many hours later!!! Even the customer service people agree that this is a major complaint, but nothing seems to be done.

Went here lst weekend to purchase a preowned Kia Sorrento they had on the lot. It was the best car buying experience ive had in 8 total purchases. Keith Osbourne was my salesman and he was super accommodating to me and my wife who was chasing my 3yo son the whole time. He was very easy to work with, made sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Clearly buying a used Kia on the BMW lot, i wasnt the biggest sale walking through the door that day but it made no difference in the treatment I received from anyone. Very comfortable, upfront and honest sales experience. I highly recommend this dealership and these personnel specifically! AJ and Alan in the Finance department were just as helpful as Keith.

The customer service from Gary the Genius was incredible. UPDATE: Fast forward 3 years and the time for a new lease, reached out to Fabrizzio and BMW of Pembroke Pines hoping to be treated fairly but they offered a much weaker deal than local competitors. I signed my deal elsewhere saving $40 a month.

A few weeks later reached out again as I need a 2nd car and Fabrizzio's response was that he "wasn't interested".

Moral of the story: Your experience will vary with each deal. If you take their bad deal, they will be friendly, if you find something else better, they dont want to talk to you.

Oh well.... Their loss is some other dealer's gain...

This review is for Fabrizzio Rosero. I believe he is the best salesman I have dealt with in my entire life. He is a straight forward person and I would never hesitate to contact him to put together a deal. In one of my early visits to the dealership, when I walked in there where at least 3-4 salespeople sitting doing nothing but when asked for a test drive they simply weren t interested, I was ready to walk out but Fabrizzio saved the day. In my case he worked tirelessly to get me a deal that no dealer in FL would even get close to. We ordered a custom car from Germany and the process was super smooth. He provided weekly updates about the building status of the car and kept answering my multiple text messages and phone calls for over 3 months. He is very patient and truly understands the brand and what a customer wants. When I signed the purchase order, he even went out of his way and got an amazing BMW remote control car for my kids from the dealer store.
Anyways Fabrizzio is the main reason why I will continue doing business with this dealership. He is a true asset to this company and my friend.

I have had my vehicle serviced her several times over the years this time I had a lady service advisor who was totally incompetent when it came to knowledge of cars.I called to check on the status on my car she never called me back I called the next day to get my status and she said that the car wasn t ready and that it was probably the computer from the technician that probably wasn t working so sometime later that day she would get back to me.Once she got back to me she told me the issue and gave me a price which included a discount from the manager when she emailed me the statement the price was totally different than what she told me when I got there to pick up my vehicle we had some back and forth about price and she finally honored her original price I will NEVER come back to this dealership for my vehicle to be serviced

After wanting to cogitate and discuss options with my wife I was repeatedly messaged via text after clearly asking not to be to buy the vehicle. This was a stress free purchase. I'm looking forward to doing it again. My first sales person however was rude, short and pushy. His exact words to me was "I only have time to show you one car". Worst experience of my life. I wanted to purchase a car for cash. A cashiers check...and they wouldn't let me buy the car. They said I was going to export the car. I was buying it for my wife. I have not so good credit so I have to pay that way and no one would take a personal check. They treated me like a criminal..

I had to take my BMW to the dealer 3 times because...

I had to take my BMW to the dealer 3 times because it smelled gas. The first time I took it, the dealer was not able to replicate my concern after keeping the car for almost a week. I was assured that it was inspected and that no leak was found, but I kept on smelling the gas. A few days later, I decided to look under the car by myself, and in less than a minute and without even raising the car, I found that the side of the gas tank was wet with fuel.

I took the car back to the dealer with the hopes that since the fuel system is such a crucial component of the car and it's not something that should be classified as "normal tear and wear", the warranty would cover it. Apparently, BMW does not stand behind the quality of the cheap plastic used for their fuel sending units, which just cracks and starts leaking fuel all over the place. These sorts of low quality components, not only should be cover by the warranty, there should be a re-call for it. It s very dangerous to have a car that randomly starts leaking fuel.

Samuel Guzman, my service advisor, did a great job at listening to me and bringing the car in for inspections. I m very pleased with the service he provided, but as a whole the experience was terrible. For my next car, I m considering an Audi or a Lexus.

My parents have been coming to this BMW dealer for 15 years. Frank Fuzer has always helped them with all their purchases and leases. This was my first time leasing a BMW and naturally came to Frank for help. I am more than happy with the customer service I received here. This review is specifically about our experience purchasing a new X6. We came in for our car maintenance and decided to look around. We walked out with a brand new car. We have bought plenty of cars in the past, but no sales man compares to Fabrizio. His attention to detail, great attitude and professionalism really stand out. He made sure not a minute of our time was wasted. He took care of us like family and made the car buyin process very relaxed. Thank you for everything Fabrizio. My experience was bad, I arrived with my offer from BMW to upgrade my lease to a new 2018 320i. i presented the offer to the sales man and explained i am here to get a new 2018 320I, which has a good deal showing they will offer me a credit and (WAVE MY DISPOSITION FEE). The salesman told me that they do not offer 2018 320is because they come as 330I now. i told him are you sure because the offer i have in my hand is for a 320i. he said yes they dont sell those anymore now its only 330I. i went along with it somewhat skeptical but excited to hear this news. He showed me a 330I that i really liked and he said he could make the payments work but of course it was outside my budget because it was a 330I. i told him i cannot afford the payments and then all of sudden he told me "look we have 1 2018 320I in the lot". So the whole time he was trying to upsale me on 330I and completely lied to my face. i confronted him about it but he avoided the question. we began to go look at the 320I and as im looking i can already see other 2018 320Is next to the one he is showing me, so more lies. After seeing the car and after some negations i ended up getting a good deal on the car i wanted and was able to drive off happy. I later needed to return the next day to turn in the old 2015 lease spare key that i forgot to bring. i found out that my car needed to be inspected for any damage in case BMW needed to bill me but i was not explained this before hand. This needed to be done prior to getting new car. Luckily i have wear and tear so it will be covered. I would suggest that all your employees inform your clients of the processes in other departments and at least have general knowledge of the extra fees involved. i also paid for a new tag and title because the old one couldnt be transferred, a week later i still havent received my new license plate. i called BMW they told me they havent even ordered me a new plate, to make it short they needed to refund me 100 dollars because i was charged incorretly. Now, here i am editing my review because a month later i get a call from BMW telling me that i still owe payments on the old lease. i say how can that be, i came in to turn in my old lease for a new one with the upgrade offer BMW was offering, i am paying slightly more also because i upgraded 5 months early! The woman had no idea i got a new car and now she is presenting the case to her accounting department. Then she begins to explain to me that my mom will need to Pay for the DISPOSITION FEE of 350 dollars because the previous car was under her name. She said because i came to return the car without my mom and signed a new contract without her present that the disposition fee will be applied Annddddd any refund i would have gotten for staying under my miles will no longer be provided to me! Thankfully she will present my case to her accounting department to review the old lease and hopefully waive the payments but she told me she couldnt do anything about the DISPOSITION FEE. Now i need to take time off fromm work this friday to go explain the whole situation and hopefully they can resolve the issue. I have already spoken to a lawyer just in case its needed

The service I received from Liane Mann was extremely easy and she worked hard to ensure the process was enjoyable and seamless. Had the best car buying experience I've ever had at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines. Fabrizio Rosero was such a pleasure to work with. He helped me find the car we wanted at the price point we were comfortable with. I ordered the car two months in advance and he kept me updated throughout the process. When we finally came to pick the car up there were no surprises and everything went exactly as he promised. He even gave my kids some presents when we came to pick up the car. My service advisor Karen Jimenez was the worst service advisor I ever had . This is my first BMW .I was with Mercedes for 12 years . The customer service there was exquisite! I was at work when she called. I missed the call . She left a message and sent a text that my car was ready. I called twice and sent a text regarding latest time to pick up the car and I wanted details on what the problem was with my car. She never responded. I arrived 6 pm to find the center closed and luckily I had called the service center 5 mins prior and a wonderful service advisor who was working late gave me car . Karen Jimenez was unpleasant to me at the inception. She seemed totally annoyed with me as I stated I was disgruntled with the fact I bought a brand new 2021 X6 and it had problems already . It was an inconvenience for me to be at the service center.I was helped by the manager so that I could get my car the same day which I appreciated.
She needs to be placed in training or removed from a position that deals with customers!

Made an appointment and they had my 2011 328i BMW for several days. It had an oil leak and needed the gait belt replaced. They gave me a free loaner and Sam Guzman kept me abreast about the progress via call and text (which is convenient for work hours). Thank God for the recall because the leak was fixed for free. Also, he gave me a 20% discount for the belt issue.

I had a couple other concerns like how the steering wheel felt when turning and the light build light coming on so I returned to them the following week early in the morning. He test drove my car and asked my concerns. With each tidbit, I learned something new about older/newer models. He changed the bulbs for free and sent me on my way.

I live in Lauderhill so to drive to this location, it was due to referral. Previously, they were so helpful when my mother brought her 2007 750LI. I was a bit apprehensive due to the commentary in this review section but give this place a try. Ask for Sam and he'll take care of you!

I never had an issue with the PARTS department until today. They straight up lied to my face about the cost of a part. I saw the price on their screen... don't act as if the customers can't see your screens. Don't disrespect me like that! Do yourself (the customer) the favor and just order the parts online, you'll save 3-4 times the amount, even if you have to wait a few days. As far as the SERVICE department for this dealership, stay far, far away. However, the SALES team are cool from a few years ago.
