Absolutely horrible experience at the service depa...

Absolutely horrible experience at the service department. I made an appointment and was early, when I get there only one front desk check in (on the cell phone). I wait until the other finally gets there about 3 minutes later. Wait for 15 minutes after my appointment before I am called in.

Guy doesn t ask me to sit, and looks like he is recovering from a hell of a hangover. Takes my key tells me I can wait or take a shuttle - he says it will take an hour, so I decide to wait.

2 1/2 hours later nobody says anything to me. I look for my advisor - he left for lunch, lucky guy - I was starving. The other front desk lady says go to cashier - cashier says I owe $95, I ask why - she has no idea. She prints out receipt and asks if I can decipher it, I GUESS it s an air filter and pay.

Give receipt to valet, wait another couple of minutes - they hand me my key fob, that is BROKEN and send me on my way.

Maybe I had a particular bad day, but even though I complained - I haven t heard from anyone. So I m not a big fan of this place either with their service before, during or after.
