Me an my wife were considering a new 3 series an were wanting to test drive one. The test drive experience was good. After wanting to cogitate and discuss options with my wife I was repeatedly messaged via text after clearly asking not to be to buy the vehicle. Stated I will contact the sales rep when I m ready to purchase, an I m still messaged about cars. After I responded to not be contacted due to me feeling pressured an the reps intrusive tactics to close the sale lol. He responded with saying he s giving great customer service. I literally told the auto message STOP an he overrides the request an messaged me. I m not buying a car from here an the experience from a used car salesman ruined it for me.
