Visited the agency back in early January on a whim. Les greeted myself and my family and proceeded to showcase the car we were looking to potentially purchase, During that first visit, Les was thorough and expressed confidence and was genuine in his response and never asked for the sale, nor pressured me into buying the car by the end of the month. I continued to research the car and even contacted three other BMW dealerships, who's professionalism did not even compared to Les'.
I finally contacted Les on February 8th and determined that we would need to order the car, as it was a gift for my daughters birthday. I presented an offer that I felt was fair and equitable for both parties, to my surprise was immediately accepted. Throughout the order process and actual deliver on Apr 11th, Les either answered my calls/e-mail immediately or was quick to return my call, even while he was on vacation.
His professionalism and approach really made the car buying experience a pleasure. I don't think I'll ever shop around again if I decide to purchase another BMW. I'll go straight to Les for the best overall service.

I'm very sorry but I have to change the review. I took the 2018 BMW X1 to normal maintenance and the person who attended me tells me that it had already expired. I thought that would not happen with the lease but I asked and they tell me that the lease gave me 36,000 miles or 3 years, and I answered the car has 31,500 and the 3 years expire in November 2021. The person told me that this is what the system tells , I asked how much it would cost and he answered 500 dollars. Of course I left and for 115 dollars everything that took to the car was done for it. I also asked what type of oil they put in and they said that it is synthetic 5w30, and the manufacturer makes it very clear 0w 20. Thank God I already have until November to change it and I was thinking of changing it at that dealer. I don't think so.

I was also very happy to receive the video of my vehicles inspection of the undercarriage & brakes.

The BMW Lauderdale Service Dept. is wonderful and Julie Miller is an excellent service advisor! Julie is a true professional. She provides information clearly so that a layperson can easily understand and does her best so that customers have a good experience when having their cars serviced. It s also so nice to receive your vehicle, not only expertly repaired/serviced, but so nicely cleaned.
These guys are bunch of crooks. They have an unprofessional sales person that makes innapropriate jokes. He also sold me a car different from the one I test drove and I kept asking to test drive the one I'm taking home never did I get to. And the service is always trying to sell you things you don't need. Again i got sucked into buying a new tire I did not need. They are great at fooling you not so great at service.

Carlos Ayure is your go to guy if you are in the market for a BMW. He was a pleasure to work with, and our favorite, and this is the 4th BMW dealership we went to. He gave us the best deal and went above and beyond. My girlfriend purchased the car and I m honestly tempted to switch from Mercedes to BMW just because of Carlos.
After a service, I called 3 times and left 2 voicemails (to finance - forgot the name of the lady) to understand what would be the pricing to buy tires warranty. Never heard back. I have my first BMW for almost a year, and I am not impressed by customer service in this particular dealership. I am not doing a drama or trying to make a point, it is just an open and honest feedback. I feel a sense of entitlement of the employees; and not a truly sense of care towards their clients.
I like this place they are very good. I liked it the first time I went in 2014 because there were not 10 or 12 sales agent at the door hurrying you to buy a car. I buy a car the same day in only 3 hours. Thanks Enrique Moncada for all your help!!
Wouldn't go anywhere else in south florida. Never headaches, always best deals in town. Neal will take good care of you, make sure you get what you want even if needing to order. Keith the sales manager is easy to deal with and always gives fair competitive deals. No reason to go elsewhere.

My salesman Carlos Ayure was amazing. He was very helpful and attentive to my wants needs.
Returned 3 - 5 times each for 3 separate issues - these are just the most noticeable. Left shop only to have warning lights for same issues come on within 24hrs. Service Manager is dismissive and condescending.

Julie is a wonderful service writer. Marco went out of his way to resolve the issue with my tire pressure. He told me if I have the problem again, to come back and they will totally reset the computer system.
Logistically, service team should keep car ready when called to inform car is ready. I had to wait for 25 mins to get my car back after I reached to pick up car.
Other providers are doing a better job at above. Other than that, service was fine (standard per expectation)
The buying experience was flawless and easy. The only issue I have is, after driving the car back to Tampa I realized a ding in the door and a scratch in one of the windows. I brought it back to pembroke BMW and they took care of me like no other dealer has in the past. I'm one happy BMW owner.
I have been negotiating with Bob Ford during my last 4 leasings (including the resent 330i). He's an experienced salesperson with a vast knowledge of the BMW portfolio and with a straight forward approach that allows me to have a clear understanding of my possibilities. However, I could say some of the staff don't respond at the same pace (e.g. I was waiting an undesirable time for both, some cars to take a look and for the Finance person to close the deal).
I leased a new BMW from this location a few days ago and could not be more pleased with my experience. Fabrizzio was an amazing salesman who was knowledgeable, kind and patient. He always had a smile on his face, worked with me over a period of weeks to make sure I received what I really wanted, and went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I went to look at the x5 today and ask so many sales people no one take me to see the car after 10 minutes I just left without looking at the x5...... Maybe I look young and I dress casual the salesperson thought I can't afford the car....
On 1/22/2020 after spending a considerable amount of money on a brand new 330i bmw I have to say please BEWARE of this dealership.From the sales team to the sales manager there LIARS and UNETHICAL. Extremely disappointed. I am a prior customer of this dealership and went into BMW this past Sat. to have my 2016 BMW inspected for lease turn in and was looking to buy a new one. Advised the rep. that I had 4 payments left and asked what type of deal would I qualify for. He comes back with numbers from the sales manager....with a total of 5 payments included. He tells me that if the amount owed is incorrect they will send me a check. I showed him on my banking website where the payment for June had been made and to please correct there numbers. Again he refused to re-quote the car using a 4 payment figure...I told him that without accurate figures the contact and pricing will be incorrect. I called BMW just to confirm....and I was correct- only 4 payments left. They need to send this salesperson to school. Would anyone sign a contract using incorrect numbers??

But today I feel so disappointed where they told me I can get off my lease early but when I went there today, even though I told the sales person I didn t like the X2 I feel I didn t get a chance to trying it on. I asked for the X3 he told me the payment was going me too much without seeing the number. I wasted my time today.

This dealership is just full of scammers! Avoid at all cost. My BMW needed new rotors and had an oil leak. I took it them and $1400 later I thought I was good. Nope. Leaving the dealership I noticed that the squeaking noise was still there. I didn't believe that wouldn't do their job so I went on with my business. Shortly I feel a grinding with my wheels. I decided to take my car somewhere else. Found out, the dealership never changed my rotors, brake pads, AND oil gasket. My car is still leaking oil. Trust me when I say they are only after your money. Consulting legal action to get money back.

Worst service ever! I had an emergency and I took my vehicle to this BMW Pembroke Pines dealership, the attitude of the advisor Karen Jimenez was off from the beginning, apparently it bothered her that I arrived 15 minutes before closing. Her response to my problem was just to get out of the way so I asked to speak to the manager who was not very helpful either. The customer service is terrible in general, I have been to other BMW dealerships such as the one in Fort Lauderdale and BRAMAN Miami that is exceptional in their service and the truth is that BMW Pembroke Pines service falls far short.
When I told her that I did not authorize the service because of the excessive charge they wanted to make, she was extremely rude demanding that I return the loaner as soon as possible.
Due to the annoyance they put me through, I decided to take my car to another Bmw dealer. When I went to pick up my vehicle the same, the customer service was terrible, she was not courteous or friendly and completely ignored my presence speaking with the valet parking. I don't think this is the way BMW does business and treats customers who have been using bmw for years. I do not recommend going to this service dealer.
Horrible place; horrible service. Avoid this folks. Buy something else. You don't want to depend on this people
