I been a BMW customer for many years . I return my lease this time and the person who received was very dry and to the point . I feel very disappointed on this specific dealership that been so many time and everything was great . Maybe he was upset working on Saturday was not happy at all .I was expecting more cordial treatment and explanation on our return .
