Would like to leave a no star review but in order to leave a post you gave to rate in stars well I give a Zero. My parents bought a new Lincoln about 5 years back It was a fully loaded MKS , Bought all the warranties possible Glass, paint, tires, etc. They where promised loaners when in for service and all the jazz that comes with buying a $65,000 car, At first it was grand but after about 2 years I guess the romance wore off. My 70 yr old dad would drop the car off and he would be told sorry no loaner and noone could give him a ride home. 2 winters and they didn't have a block heater cord yet one was listed in the documentation Dad took it in and was a bit firm about needing one and they charged him a service fee to find and route the cord ! Then they became more and more restrictive saying this isnt covered that isnt covered yet in documentation it is indeed covered. 100,000 KM tire warranty ( The vehicle has 65,000 Km on it ) yet 1 week after a service where the tech told my parents their tires where good for another year. My dad went to move some stuff to Edmonton when he returned the one rear tire was SHREDDED !!!! Any one with eyes could tell the tire would not make it much longer! Had to drive 6 hours on the donut to get home, besides the fact it could have blown and possibly sent my dad into the ditch or worse !!!! My parents are not rich they where budgeting for a new set of tires next year, We are trying to get ford involved as Hansen always gives a runaround. Lady on the phone told my mom last year after a crackhead slashed one of their tires that after 3 tire claims they get a free set ( as per warranty ) well guys its now been 4 and nothing. We are escalating this to ford head office as I'm tired of seeing my dad walk everywhere as he doesn't want to wear out whats left of the car ! At Hansen your only as important as your last invoice I guess which is sad ...
