Pembroke BMW is the worst dealer in Florida. Before you go there do your search online. Carfax and the KKB has the list of BMW prices for new and used cars. Do you yourself a favor, check online with everyone else before you go there. As a BMW customer for over 10 years, I have nothing good to say about Pembroke BMW. Vista, South Motors and Naples has the real deal. I will share every week about the saleman and the finance manager at Pembroke BMW. (99% of prior post are bad)

Contact Frank Fulzer for all your needs! He made this process quick and painless. He is extremely helpful, fast and knowledgeable; he even took the time (went out of his way) to help us set up the car (bluetooth, radio, seats etc) when there wasn't a 'genius member' available to help us. We will definitely continuing leasing with this location and of course working with Frank! 100% recommended and I wish I could give more than a five-star rating!

Workers are horrible no one say good morning good afternoon, just nothing at all makes you feel very uncomfortable. Looks everyone is about money if you don't fit that criteria the don't approach you . The is my second time here and it's the same experience the workers have poor training they only approach certain people because they think they have money not knowing what's in my pocket sad . I only see this type of stuff in south Florida . I am very sure I make more than a lot of people that come these places . I may not look the part , but I have a good job to play that pay in south Florida most people judge the book by the cover. SMH .this is my third car I have bought since I came to Florida six years ago two paid off except for one I just purchased six months ago(mdx). I was was in the store because a friend of mine was buying a car and asked me look around for him and let him know what I saw . I will never recommend this place to anyone ever , a matter a fact I will never enter their doors ever again I will go more North where people have more respect for all . ... All it takes for being a good sales person is approaching a customer and say if u need anything just let me know I am here to help . Garbage

All BMW dealerships are not the same. BMW of Pembroke Pines it s amazing with the customer service the entire staff provides. I m going to brag about my sales advisor TONY CLARK, his level of professionalism and great customer service skills are superb! I was only going to return my 2017 with no intention to get a new BMW. But this gentleman was so amazing I ended up leaving with a 2020 BMW. With all the extras I wanted for an amazing price! I recommend him above any other sales person. His goal to make a happy customer out of me was successful at 100%. Thank You Tony Clark BMW has a great asset with you as part of their team!

I want to thank Fabrizzio Rosero for being AMAZING!! I really enjoyed my experience at BMW of Pembroke Pines. If you are considering getting a vehicle BMW(Definitely should get it) & make sure to ask for Fabrizzio he will get you the best deal and will make sure you leave happy with a car. I got my first BMW car & I love it so much!! It feel like I m in a spaceship spacious, beautiful, luxury & love all the techs the car offers.

The only problem that I have is the extension of my warranty and my service agreement, I paid a lot of money for additional 25,000 miles after the 50,000 and only to find out it was or for 12 months whichever comes first , nobody drives 25,000 miles in a year , this is bad , I haven t had the car a year yet , had only 2 service, and now it has expired, this is bad business.

My car sat in the service shop for 1 week before anyone worked on it.
No one wanted to take responsibility on how to handle the paint defect.
Service advisor was horrible, didn't call me. I had to be the one calling him.
Received conflicting information from body shop and service area.
Met with Sales Manager Jerry. He never followed up on anything either.
Car returned very dirty. I had to ask them twice to run it through the car wash.
After 1 hour the service advisor David said there is a backup of cars. It should have been clean before I picked it up.
Loaner car smelled (Toyota Corolla) for two weeks
Extremely unsatisfied after buying a new car and having it for 4 weeks and then two weeks in service.

That s is BMW services. The tires exploded 5 times on the car. The brand of the tires is continental, those defective tires has not warranty. No body take responsibility. I have to pay insurances for tires but can t claim any services because they replaced 3 time already( it s what they say, I try to cancel the insurance payment then and of course I can cancel but don t stop the payment because it s a long term contract). Beware when you sign any service through the dealership. I was customer for 20 years until I got the worse experience in life, almost die because BMW.

Worst "stealership ever!!!" They are unprofessional, and they do the least possible and charge you the most possible. Stay away from this place. I even called the GM and he didn't want to hear it. He passed me off the the service manager Darryl Walden, who I was calling to complain about in the first place. I mean $1300 paid for back brakes (pads/rotors) only!!! They gave me the car back with my brake warning light still on!!! They also had to jump my car because it sat for so long with the key on and the engine not running. When they called me to come pick up my car it was dead. The service advisor Ron, had my car jumped to deliver it to me. The car died the next day and I was left stranded after paying $1300!!! I told Darryl and he acted shocked that they had to jump my car. He said if I bring my car back in (because I have nothing better to do) he would have them put in a battery at no charge (no charge for the installation). The battery costs $400. So I said no way it takes maybe 15 minutes to change out the battery. Thanks but no thanks!! This is the king of service you will receive here. Stay away!!!!

I was this dealership today for like 20 minutes. No sales associate approached me when I walked in, I walked out and started looking at cars and then went back inside for assistance and nothing. This is the second time that I go to this dealership. When I am planing to spend over $50,000 on a car I except to be approached and my questions answered. The sales associates seem not to care to make a sale. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

My Service Advisor Alejandro is the best. He always makes me feel at ease with my service and is very attentive to my concerns. As a result, I haven't had any major issues with my vehicle. This is important considering my vehicle is now out of the CPO Warranty. So I will definitely feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back to him for whatever my vehicle may need.

Watch out for this dealership!!! Make sure You check your contract before you sign it and look for balloon payments at the end. When you think you re going to pay off your car in five years or three years or four years and then at the end they stick you with a balloon payment of over $10,000 that you still owe for the car you think is paid off

Never go to this place again.All the prices are super expensive compared to others BMW dealers. For the other hand i got to this place 2 times and they never showed any interest in help me( bmw 535i M Sport 2014 with a bunch of packages including carbon fiber interior) my car still under factory warranty. First trip with appointment they told me that they can't replace my center console of carbon fiber that was cracked because this part was "after market part" and now the question of the year South Motor BMW replaced without any question (after market part?? Mmm i don't think so idiots) second trip there was because the sunroof needed a little adjustment ( not flat to the roof) . They pull out a stupid report that this sunroof was service before on another bmw dealer and i have to go back to the same dealer to get this fixed and i call this a complete disrespect and lack of integrity. Why? Because I Don't born in United State? No way. I gonna escalate this to the highest level to see what happens because Im paying a 38k car. South motor Bmw fixed my sunroof same day.
