I have a brand new BMW 3 series 2020, that it have...

I have a brand new BMW 3 series 2020, that it have been 5 times into the dealership in 6 month of ownership and, there are few failures or malfunctions that hasn't been corrected yet with the simple argument that the failures does not replicate into de shop, also knowing that I've recorded a lot of videos about those failures, the service manager Mark Nichols dismissed the videos previously mentioned and he also said that the videos did not have any validity. The past Friday I just picked up my vehicle and two hours later the vehicle was still presenting the failure that was reported by 3rd time, and the dealership was not able to repair it yet, I'm planning to take the vehicle again into the dealership and report that failure by 4th time. I'm highly disappointed about how BMW and the service manager Mark Nichols have dealt with my situation.

I am very disappointed with the work done on my car.
When I said about my car to them the car had only one light on in the transmission, but it worked very well. The window pane didn't work, that's all. But now my car is crazy, I am driving and it suddenly stops. We almost caused an accident, when I stopped at traffic lights and it was hanging up. I am deeply upset about that.

Exemplary did not apply to this experience. Before you sent this survey, I had already decided to find another dealership.

Did not have a good experience. Radiator Cap broke in two pieces. Only 18 months old. Made of plastic.Molded in two pieces. Bad design. Service guy said had to have service tech look at it for warranty. Pleeeease. Just bought the replacement part.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 BMW X3 back in February 2015 and ever since then I have had nothing but bad experiences with the car. The vehicle has been in and out of service since I bought it, and if it weren't for the one year warranty the car came with I don't know what I would have done. It seems like I spend every other month in the service department, which is a headache to get to and get ahold of. Sad to say the service department needs to work on their communication skills and their customer service. I'm extremely disappointed that such a luxurious and beautiful car like a BMW could give me so many issues to the point where I would think twice about buying another one again. As meticulous and caring as I am with each vehicle I have ever owned, I have never encountered any recurrent issues with any of my previous cars. This experience has been an inconvenience since the moment I got this car.

Very good dealership to work with. My client advisor Fabrizzio was very helpful in finding the right car based on my needs and what I was looking for. We showed up 5 minutes before closing and he stayed with us for an hour afterwards showing us the cars in detail. They ended up giving us a really good price on the car that I wanted.

Took five hours to speak with the service advisor. I called four times to no avail!

Charged $425 for a battery which is laughable!

Finally, you didn t even wash or clean my car. Reason given was Covid which is crazy considering the exorbitant cost of a battery

My service advisor Jose Alamo treated me so nicely and quickly. He was amazing! My car was ready at a very promptly time.

Overall everyone was nice and fast to attend me. Will come to this dealership again.

Lots of issues.
1. Scheduling--I called the dealerships service number to make my appointment. They made the appointment with Audi of PP. they didn't even know I traded in my Audi (that I bought at Audi of PP) for my new BMW.

2. Greeting at BMW. Imagine this, when I aaroved the receptionist told me I didn't have an appt since the scheduler made the appt for my new bmw at Audi next door. Receptionist was unsympathetic. She said this was no big deal. I found her comments insulting. This was a big deal to me since I was off Veterns day and was going to wait for my car to be serviced.

3. Disengaged service rep--Not very helpful. He examined my car and he recommended rebalancing the wheels. He didn't realize this couldn't be done since my back wheels are bigger than my front wheels.

4. Organization of service area. I used to go to Audi of Coral Springs. You drive in. Your names flashes saying welcome. You are greet warmly at the car. Service reps are knowledgeable. You feel special. I also used to go to Lexis of PP. much nicer service area. Overall a very average experience.

I left my car for service bmw in Pembroke pines. It took a week to get my car back. When I went to pick it up, they didn't even wash the car. The valet guy told me that the car wash was broken. When I complained to the manager, he said it's not broken and it will take 15 mins to have my car washed. 45 mins later, I still didn't have my car. When I inquired about my car, they took another 10 mins to bring it out. Not even so much as an apology. I will never take my car there again

Last year my wife and I had decided to purchase a used BMW. Our experience at other dealerships were good. However, last month we were finally ready to buy and just happened to "use" Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines as out first stop in our "expected" extensive journey through South Florida auto dealerships. Needless to say we met Rani, our sales associate, at this location. Not only was he extremely helpful and courteous, but that was the only place we had to visit. Rani asked us what our needs were. He showed us a couple of vehicles and next thing we doing was signing on the dotted line! His professionalism and attention to detail with our needs had us behind the wheel of a Certified Pre-Owned BMW that everyone in my neighborhood is also amazed at seeing what we were able to purchase with such great value as well! The internet is the future of car buying. I moved from NH and was able to negotiate and finalize my last few vehicle purchases using the internet. I moved to Florida and needed to purchase 2 new vehicles. I found that the majority of the dealers down here at least in Northern Florida were not willing to deal, negotiate or take anything over the internet seriously. Very frustrating!!! I don't have time or want to waste time hearing the dealer give me all the excuses they can't make a deal. It was refreshing to find that Pembroke Pines was very helpful, efficient and great about negotiating over the internet and putting together a great deal. It was a 4 hour drive each way there but that was a lot less time wasted then going to a couple dealers and sit around for hours to find they really don't want to sell me a car. I will definately be back in a few years to buy another BMW from you. Thank you!!!

I bought my second BMW from Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines on Saturday. I could not have asked for a better experience. Our BMW Genius , Javier was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. Our Client Advisor Florian was very helpful and made sure we got everything we wanted and then some. He was our advisor for the first BMW we bought at Lauderdale as well. And finally, the Sales Manager, Keith, was the one to really seal the deal for us. We felt very confident that he gave us the best deal he could and did not jerk us around on price.

The last four cars I have owned have been BMWs and the next car I own will also be a BMW. When it is time to buy the next one I have no doubt where I will be heading to make the purchase.

My car has been in this dealership for over 50 day...

My car has been in this dealership for over 50 days after the engine blew in 8 inches of water. I drive a 2015 640. I cannot see how my engine could explode in such a small amount of water and I do not understand that after spending $20,000 to repair the car I go to pick it up only to find that the axle had a stripped bolt in it that was causing safety and noise issues. I return the car to BMW they told me they fixed the issue with the bolt and when I picked it up again it drove like a 1972 cutlass. I indicated to corporate and the dealer I would like to get into a new car and that considering the issues I have had with their product and service they should eat what's left in my lease and put me in a new vehicle and I can't even get a call back from corporate and only got a five minute courtesy call from a manager? Is this how you treat a client driving a 90 k vehicle. Will see how this ends and amend this review if they do the right thing . Otherwise blogs and websites to come illustrating my story and frustrations .

Made appointment, dropped car for service (only oil change) and got a call end of day that car MIGHT be ready Monday or Tuesday.
Car was ready on Monday after pushing to get it ready. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!! Why do I need to make an appointment for service if I get this kind of service and why call end of the day Friday to say car was not going to be ready FROM AN OIL CHANGE!!!!!!!

Sad to say I will never own or lease another BMW in south Florida thanks to this place. Lost my key fob for 3 months, gave me a Camry when I got my car serviced (I drove an M5). Then they forget to put washer fluid not once not twice but three times in my car. This is a sorry excuse for a BMW dealership. Next time I decide to get another it'll definitely be where I leased my M5, North Carolina.

You've been warned. This place is not in the industry to allow you a luxurious experimce as they claim.

My experience with Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines was excellent! You should go see Raymond Penuela he is honest and truly tries his best to help his clients. We went to Mercedes and back to BMW because we felt Raymond was more knowledgeable and honest to us about the product that he is selling. You will never feel like he is trying sell you more than what you want. The transaction was completely transparent and it was great to work with Raymond. You will not be sorry to buy a car thru Raymond he is truly an amazing person and a excellent client advisor.

At both times after waiting for a while and asking for a salesperson I was told that they are under staffed with no one available to assist. Absolutly redicoulus. I can t even believe that BMW allows this kind of midiocracy to represent their brand!!! Stay away

They are very knowledgeable about their products (I have encountered very few that are) and extremely easy to talk to. There were no hard sells and, more importantly, they were willing to negotiate. He worked with me ahead of time and got the paperwork prepared before I even arrived at the dealership. The process was smooth, easy, quick and simple. Pembroke Pones BMW will not repair vehicles correctly and question the consumers integrity. I recently have a malfunctioning AC unit that has been in their service 5 times. The AC problem has not worked properly since the first few days of taking ownership. It has 500 miles on it currently and they still can t fix it. They will not replace the vehicle. They lied about what they had done to resolve this and try to intimidate the consumer with their power. Buy another brand vehicle.

When i first got there it was my first time. There...

When i first got there it was my first time. There was no one to greet me or clear signage where to pull up to just the general area. Then I was told to pull the car to valet so i did and then i got out to give valet the key and he just gave me this look like I was doing something wrong. And when the sternest voice told me to bring the car up to the bay. Then i finally checked in and the receptionist just told me ok wait your advisor would call me when she was ready but I wasn t directed towards a waiting area so i just stood outside. I later found out there s a whole socially distanced waiting area in the back. Advisor was great and process from this point forward was seamless.

We had a fantastic experience at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines! They worked with us endlessly to close the deal and we feel like they actually tried their hardest to give us the best price possible. This was a big difference from our previous BMW dealership experience at Braman.

I can t say enough good things about our salesperson, Fabrizzio. He was super responsive, welcoming, with AMAZING people skills - something I really enjoy. Even three months later he remembered me and helped me with a series of things I had forgotten to follow up on.

So if you re in the market for a BMW, you know where to go and who to ask for!

Amazing place the attention is really good. Christian is the best and nicest. I had to wait 2 hrs for my service to be complete but i did not mind since they provide coffer, hot chocolate, soda, chips etc. I was able to even borrow a charger for my phone. Overall great experience.
