I have a brand new BMW 3 series 2020, that it have been 5 times into the dealership in 6 month of ownership and, there are few failures or malfunctions that hasn't been corrected yet with the simple argument that the failures does not replicate into de shop, also knowing that I've recorded a lot of videos about those failures, the service manager Mark Nichols dismissed the videos previously mentioned and he also said that the videos did not have any validity. The past Friday I just picked up my vehicle and two hours later the vehicle was still presenting the failure that was reported by 3rd time, and the dealership was not able to repair it yet, I'm planning to take the vehicle again into the dealership and report that failure by 4th time. I'm highly disappointed about how BMW and the service manager Mark Nichols have dealt with my situation.
