Am giving 5 stars because the service department is very good. They have a few people who work really hard to please the customer particularly Jose in parts, Lisa and Cheyenne in service, and Brad in sales. Have bought 6 vehicles from Larry H. Miller Dodge but do have a couple of cautions: this dealership is far more aggressive than the previous management (when it was Tucson Dodge) in pushing those maintenance and protection packages on which they make a lot of money. Also had one bad experience when a truck I bought was misrepresented as having the windows tinted and I did not get the full amount that had been agreed on for my trade in value. Management was not responsive and I had to go to the Better Business Bureau to get those issues resolved. However, the employee responsible for these errors is no longer there.

Terrible service. They received my truck Jan 10 and called me back Jan 14th to tell me transmission was toast and needed to be sent for rebuild. $5000. I called them 6 days later and they were too busy to pull the transmission but hoped to in the next week. I had it towed to Tucson Transmission charge $2400. I will never go back!

Excellent salespeople and high quality inventory. The entire experience was a pleasure. LHM Dodge made us feel so comfortable and were so patient and knowledgeable, we ended up leaving with two of our dream vehicles! We've already referred several folks to LHM and would recommend them to everyone!

I think the work was satisfactory although it was just an oil change so it's hard to rate such a service. My only complaint is that it took 25 minutes for a service representative to take the information even though I had an appointment scheduled. I think I would have stood out side even longer if I hadn't been proactive and gone inside to get someone.

I hate car dealerships! But i can't stop raving about my experience here. Big Mike was awesome and Chris in finance was so real! Staight forward not pushy and just put options out there for me to say yes or no to. Chris helped me get my rental returned and took a lot of stress out of my day. Highly recommend them for a low stress car buying experience!

By far the WORST car buying experience I have ever...

By far the WORST car buying experience I have ever been apart of. BEWARE of the spot financing! We bought two vehicles and were given a specific interest rate and payment. Two weeks later, we get a call to come back to sign some paperwork. We get there and wait over 3 hours to actually speak with someone who ultimately tells us the contract was "unwinded" because they could not get a bank to buy the loan. I have never heard of such a thing! If we did not qualify for the loan amount, why could they not just tell us like a normal dealership? I would have never taken the car if I had known that.

After talking with some friends and coworkers, I found that this has happened to them to. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

We were on a test drive and advised the Salesmen that we were going with that the car was low on gas. He said it was fine and ended up having to pull over on the side of the street. The salesmen called and they said they would have someone there in 5 mins. We waited for 1 and a half hour before someone came and they still decided to joke about it.

This review is for the service dept. My truck had an emissions leak so I took it here to get a smoke test. They told me my leak was above the gas tank and wanted like 600 to drop the tank and check. I took it for a second opinion and the leak was not even above the gas tank, but under the hood. Not sure if they didnt perform the test or were just wrong, but I lost money going here. 300 bucks and a different mechanic later and I am fine now.

Power control module updated and so cleaned. Told that should resolve engine shutting off when traveling or slight chance it will occur again. This was serviced 1/7/21 and engine shutting off occurred again 1/10/21. Need to bring it in again for service.

The review I left before was a mistake because I thought that no effort was being made to contact me regarding the state of my vehicle-a 2015 Dodge Journey. I still haven't figured out why, positively, I didn't receive the phone calls from Lisa at LHM Service Department but it looks like it was an issue with my cell. I had left a negative review only because I was frustrated with not receiving the updates on my vehicle. I would edit that review, and have attempted to locate it, with no success. So if Lisa Beatty calls me with direction on how to locate that review I will gladly change it from negative to 5 stars like this one is. Thank you

It was a quick, painless and easy process in trading in my old Ford and driving off the lot with a beautiful new Dodge. Victor was my salesperson, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with me to get me the best possible deal on my new baby. Not having commissions made me feel like Victor really was interested in what I needed and wanted, rather than what would get him the most money in his pocket at the end of the day (like some of the other big name dealers in Tucson...).

Started out a little shaky when dealing with the parts department and service department but I talked to the general manager and Juan about the problem and how I was feeling and they stepped it up and turned it around and Juan actually went above and beyond for us and when we didn't quite have enough to cover the repairs he made it happen for us anyways and we will forever be grateful

I had a horrible experience. This service department is unorganized and it took me 3 days of calling just to get someone on the phone. They booked my appointment without telling me there could be a diagnostic fee if not covered under warranty. They also told me they would have my car looked at by 2pm same day and didn't. They found a safety recall on my vehicle at 8:45am and told me at 4:15pm they wouldn't be able to get to it and I would have to come back. There were too many problems to explain here but I recommend staying away from that place.

Travis was my Service Writer this visit, Juan is my usual writer but was off that day. Travis listened to my rather vague discription and accompanying sound effect and was able to masterfully interpret that into tech talk. Additionally I had some other routine maintenance that had to be done. As usual LHM service techs and writers were able to get my truck fixed correctly the first time and with the correct price estimate.

We took our vehicle in to address several recalls, and the service staff were prompt, friendly and professional. Due to the time needed to perform the required services on our vehicle, a courtesy rental car was provided for the day. The service was performed more quickly than expected, and the courtesy wash of our vehicle was very appreciated. Kudos to the service team, definitely a "World Class Experience." I will definitely recommend Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson to friends and family, and anyone else who might ask.

I love my truck but the sales and service at Larry H Miller Dodge Ram is terrible. I bought the oil change service when I bought my truck. I was told I would have 18 months to use the oil changes. At my last oil change, they confirmed that I had one more and just had to get it in before the 18 months. When I went to schedule the appointment a couple weeks ago, I was told that they had changed the terms of the agreement and that I had forfeited the last oil change by not getting in done in 12 months. I told them that was illegal. You can't change the terms of a contract after I've bought it. They refused to give me my last oil change which I'd prepaid for. They are LIARS and CHEATS. And their service takes HOURS for a simple oil change. Had I not bought that package I would have stopped going there long ago.
UPDATE: I contacted Stacy Barnett after he replied to this review. He made it right. He was very gracious and gave me the oil change I was due. It took longer than a day because I also had 2 recalls attended to at the same time. He gave me a loaner car so they could finish the work. I have no complaints against Larry H Miller Dodge now. Stacy is an upstanding guy and I thank him for doing the right thing.

I had a really good experience when taking in my car to get the oil changes and the tires balances and rotated. My service person Kellie was very warm and helpful when meeting me to get started. Service was prompt and every worked out nicely. I'll be sure to return again for future services.

Had the pleasure of getting my 20,000 mile oil change and first rear differential flush here at Larry H Miller. I always enjoy having Daniel help me during my time at the dealership. I always get a text on my phone from Daniel telling me about my services and if I need anything during my visit to enquir. There is free coffee and water in the lounge which I always try to take advantage of. Thanks to LHM I m always up to date with my services on my first 2017 Dodge Ram...

This error was very misleading. It pointed to a "...

This error was very misleading. It pointed to a "low pressure at sensor A on the Regen canister." The problem was that the engine was not up to normal operating temperature when an engine diagnostic was run to set several operation parameters. Because the test was run too soon, the temperature and gas pressure on the regen canister was low. This was cause by a slow or defective Coolant temperature sensor which determines the amount of time between when the engine is a ambient temperature and when the engine should be at normal operation temperature. It was running the diagnostic too soon after starting the engine. It always failed 3 to 5 minutes after starting and most often within one mile of my home, early in the morning on my way to work. This is hidden in the maintenance manuals and I fixed it with a new thermustat and a new coolant sensor. I did purchase a service Information DVD and now I know a lot more about the truck and Diesel engine than I ever thought I would. I was not real happy my truck was in the shop for 5 weeks at one time in July and Aug. and another week in Sept. while someone at Dodge was trying to figure why the Regen was not working. A not of parts at my expense and under warranty were installed and not sure needed. Still, I have been happy over all with Lisa and the Dealer's commitment to fix the problem, one for the books.

Great experience ordering a part! I was having a really hard time finding a part for my 2005 Jeep. I found one online but I'd ordered the wrong part. Gaston called me, talked me through the correct part, and got it all squared away for ordering. He even shipped it directly to the dealership in MI that was going to do the work for me (it was a large, heavy part!). Thanks so much for the effort to finding exactly what I needed Gaston!

I ve bought three vehicles here. As active duty military, Ive received outstanding service and discounts. I see the way they treat others here, and it s always outstanding. As long as i live in Tucson AZ i will never buy from another dealership. Even when I ve had to replace my tire, and get my oil changed, the personnel working here always have a smile on their face and do everything in their power to help get you what you want and need no matter what. Had a great experience with Bob Brown up until the point where we told him we were going to walk because we just couldn't afford the monthly payment.. He sent over his shark of a sales manager that was trying to sell us anything and everything, including a van. (We are 22 and 27 with no children. No thanks, sir.) The sales manager continued to keep us there and talk down to us until we flat out told him no. I am sure if we would of went through with the sale it would of continued to be a good experience with Bob.

Fantastic experience at Larry H Mil ler Dodge Ram. Our Sales Consultant Cody and the Sales Manager were friendly and accommodating. They gave us ample time to make our buying decision without high pressure. Being former Ford F-150 owners, it was a great experience and I recommend going to this dealership for your next new or used vehicle. The new Ram 1500 we purchased appears to be a solid and quiet truck with excellent interior refinements.

Recently had oil, filter, tire rotation, and warranty work performed at Larry Miller. Everything was completed as requested. All employees were very cordial. Though the work took longer then anticipated it was performed satisfactory

I see there is no option for zero stars. The service was some of the worst I have had at any dealership. Precursor was when we originally bought the car. The salesman was so intent on speaking with my husband even after he told them that it would be my car, he had to walk away with the children before they would even talk to me. Fast forward a year later to when I need service on my vehicle under warranty. A tire pressure sensors wouldn t turn off when filling the tires up. The service desk employee asked me to wait during diagnostics. Three hours later, I had to ask him what was going on. The timing from the technicians log showed that he didn t get the vehicle until I had asked the service representative. Magically my car was ready to go in half an hour. The service desk personnel lied about what my car was doing. I would ve been fine if I was told if I was in a service queue for three hours, but he made up some BS story about how he was working on it. During my three hours in the lobby, the parts desk representative was so intent on upselling that he was pissing off his clients. I heard the staff members talking about the clientele, I saw a lot of the staff members just goofing off in general, and someone even thought it would be funny to walk up to me and say I looked way too comfortable in the chair I was sitting on. When I called to ask for the GM, he didn t really listen to what I was saying and even though I didn t say that I was uncomfortable coming back, He politely uninvited me to come back by saying that he could see I was too uncomfortable to return. I later got a follow up call from the service desk manager, which I purposefully did not want to speak with, and he seemed much nicer than the GM, at least he seem to listen. Once when I was returning the call to speak with one of these gentlemen, the receptionist on the phone said she need to put me on a brief hold you get a pen to write my message down, and she laid the phone on the desk and I could hear her yelling at her coworkers about stealing her pens. In general, dealerships have shown all of the true colors that you hear of urban legend stories that make you never ever want to go into one. Misogyny aside, this place still sucks to go to.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was my 13th new vehicle purchase in my lifetime and was by far the best. I inquired about the availability of a truck that they had listed online at about 9.30 PM. Because of the the time, I wasn't expecting a response. However, as soon as I submitted my inquiry, an automated response came followed by a response from one of the internet sales managers (Dan). After a few email exchanges, I was able to set an appointment to see the vehicle. Once there the next morning, the same person met me at the door and had the vehicle ready for show. I have never met a salesman that was as knowledgeable, courteous, professional and accommodating. I'm not a Prima Donna nor do I expect to be treated like one but every effort was made to make this as smooth of a transaction as buying a pack of gum. No high pressure BS, just a straightforward, honest and almost humble presentation. A short time later, I was on my way out the door with the perfect vehicle for exactly what I was willing to pay. Great people from the top down. Congrats Larry H Miller Dodge, you know have a long term customer!

We pull up to the service department and no one came out to great us, well at least up to the point of opening the door and there he was. It was not the happy feel at home feeling I got when we got are new truck but hay it's a Saturday I guess. Si he asked what's going on with the truck I told him about the steering wheel being out of alignment and then mentioned to him the brakes Squeak taped on the I pad for a moment and then my wife asked how long it will be he responded 3 hours I thought that's a long time so well its a certified pre owned so brakes should be good. I told him to just do the steering and we will look at the brakes on the first service. Now it's an hour and a half. I would like to add that obviously the brakes still squeak sounds like from the rear but after my service that Sunday I was in contact with the GM Monday and he was very willing to let me vent and I felt he truly listened to me we had a great conversation. I know this dealership will have a great service department just like the sales department because the sales team there is without question the best I have ever had working for me. Heading in today with a check engine light so we will see.

I had an appiontment scheduled for a recall on my car and I dropped it off an hour before then hoping worst case it would get done early. I was told when I made my appointment it would be 2 -3 hours and when I dropped it off the person who helped me said they would call. I didn't want to sit there so I left to kill time some where else but after 4 hours with no call I went to check the status of my car. When I got there I was told they didn't have it done they had done evwryone elses first because I wasn't there waiting. They told me they would have it done in twenty minutes and it was done in fifteen. However I'm nervous about the quality of the job done being done that fast. They employees were all very nice I just wasn't happy about the way the situation was handled. My car should be done at it's appointment time whether I'm there or not.

Walked in to Larry s today 100% sure we wanted a Journey and ready to make the purchase! The current sale price made our decision easy peasy!!

Online and in store advertised Everybody s price as $17,888. With a conditional price of $13.xxx with a bunch of additional rebates. which I didn t expect to get any/all of

Asked salesman to run the numbers and he walks out with a paper that s $22,866. What the heck??

$1,753 in taxes- ok, expected, but not not 8.7% of $17,888...

$952 in fees- a bit steep- but alright..

But then $499 for vehicle theft, and $1,753 for options?? Come on now...

I left feeling like I wasted my time and was lied to. Totally disappointed.
