I have a 2013 Dodge Charger and my fuel pumps went...

I have a 2013 Dodge Charger and my fuel pumps went out on my car and had a outside dodge mechanic replace them and the air pressure line would keep popping off and it was doing this for like 2 weeks and every today s it would pop off again so I took it to Larry H Miller dodge on 22nd street at 7an and the had my car figured out and ready by 2:30pm with the problem fixed and now my problem is gone and repaired, thanks to them I m driving my car without the line popping off. So if any thing goes wrong with my car I definitely be taking it back.

I own a 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager and brought it in for a clockspring recall. Lisa, the service manager, greeted me with a big smile on her face and was very helpful and knowledgeable. They even washed my van for me at no charge. I would highly recommend going to Larry H. Miller Dodge for any of your vehicle needs. When you do go, ask for Lisa. She is amazing at her job!!!

I was struggling to find a vehicle that could fit in my budget and offset the negative equity I had in my current loan. Fayza from Financing, Ricardo and Aaron from sales and Shawn from Finance were absolutely amazing and worked extremely hard to get me the best possible deal and got me into a truck that far surpassed my expectations!!! Five stars all the way!!

I was helped by Jordan Thompson and he helped make it a quick and enjoyable experience. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and was able to point me in the right direction. I never felt pressured and all my questions and concerns were addressed and very well taken care of. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but everyone here was super helpful and friendly.

I had a tire issue and walked in on Saturday without an appointment. Kelli was able to work
me into their full schedule in a reasonable timeframe. I hadn t noticed that I had a cracked windshield on the bottom of the driver side. They replaced the windshield as the vehicle was waiting for a spot to get the tire changed. Saved me a trip across town. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and working as fast as they could to reduce my wait time. The price to replace my tire was less than a shop which I had contacted. Great service at a fair price!

BEWARE OF YO YO FINANCING TACTIC AND REPORT TO FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. My mom, Julieann Sanders, bought me a car for my birthday and worked really hard to get it for me. After over a month of driving it, we found out that this dealership had lied and tricked us and is now trying to take the car back while still keeping my old car we traded in and is now not answering our calls. She worked with Troy the salesman and a financer Art that were both extremely rude. We've been talking with the attorney general because they're yo-yoing and how they went about things like lying about not actually having their own financer ready for us is illegal. They pulled out and blamed each other over well over the 10 day mark. Good job on screwing a family over. Also for saying that we couldn't get a loan for a cheaper car, making us buy a more expensive one for over $350 a month.

UPDATE: They have called and will not work with us on this. They demanded the car be returned in the morning, 7/15, and that they will only give us $1000 back instead of refunding the entire amount spent. They also stated they would return the car that was traded in but according to other reviewers, that is usually a lie. They also stated in the call that this is all due to not getting my mother's driver's license number in time which is not a valid reason. She supplied them with her driver's license number and gave them a copy of her actual driver's license within an appropriate time frame. An attorney general, Mark, has tried to make contact with them to let them know they can't be doing what they've done/what they're currently doing and they aren't answering his calls.

UPDATE: Came in, the receptionist said loudly, "OH THAT WOMAN'S HERE" and proceeded to make my mom extremely uncomfortable. One of the managers Dave was very nice. However, they returned our car back with no gas, it's not running properly, and left trash inside that we did not leave when we turned in this car. I'm honestly afraid driving it home, it feels very wobbly. We got a receipt for a refund of $1000.

After spending 2 days trying to work a deal at Jim Click Dodge me and my wife decided to drive over to Larry H Miller Dodge on 22nd st. I was very impressed with the service they offered , Our salesman Abel Castaneda was awesome. make a long story short Larry H Miller beat Jim clicks price all across the board they even gave me more on my trade In. Chris Chadwick the sales manager assured me that he would do everything possible to make the deal.. Everything went smooth and was updated on every step while we waited.
Once again Thank You Abel and Chris fro making this the best buying experience!!!!!.

I have bought 2 cars from this place and both times were awesome, well, finance was a bit bumpy but the rest of the process was great! Good prices that make the trip to Phoenix not even worth it. Service is on point as well, fast and reliable. Good place to do business.

What made the experience so great is because of the service writer Lisa. If it wasn't for her I would have gone somewhere else. She's on top of her game, never talked down to me or belittled me as other service writers has in the past. The work preformed seems to be done to my satisfaction, time will tell.

This is the most poorly run dealership/Service center I ve ever seen. I waited in the service bay for 25 minutes in 110 degree heat watching employee after employee ignore me. I finally gave up & went inside only to be herded against a narrow back wall with other customers all wondering how to get help. I finally interrupted someone who couldn t be bothered to look up from her screen and she said, someone will be with you eventually . Really?! Left my car @ 11am and received my first phone call 30 mins prior to close to let me know they never even looked at it. That s right, I had no car for a day for no reason. I called the next morning to ensure work would begin & they couldn t tell me whether work had been started and when it might be done. Inept and could care less about your business.

2 years ago my former car salesman retired. I wasn't sure who was going to help me in the future with car purchases because he'd sold me every vehicle I've ever had. I came across Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram and a gentleman there named Carlos J. who guided me into honestly the vehicle of my dreams! I highly recommend Carlos as your salesman! He never once rushed me. He listened to all of my budget concerns, family concerns, and long-term concerns as far as purchasing a vehicle I wanted to pay off and keep to give to my children one day. He was patient and extremely kind. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from him! If you get to read this Carlos......THANK YOU!! To you and your amazing team at Larry H Miller!

Kevin was my service rep. He was very friendly and took time to listen to my series of minor issues with the car...I didn't walk away feeling rushed. He kept me informed on the status of my car. My car ended up having to stay overnight, but he informed me several hours before the end of my work day, so even though my plans had to change...I had plenty of time to adjust my plans. Everything I asked to be taken care of was resolved, along with several other updates that my car was due for. Overall, the experience was great and I would absolutely take my car to Kevin again.

I had scheduled an appointment for my 2016 Impala LTZ to have a oil change which was part of the package that I bought when I bought my car I arrived at 3 and I didn't get home until 7 so it was over 3 hours maybe even three and a half for oil change but they were nice and considerate thank you

Lack of attention to details and customer service.

I was quoted a price for parts for my Ram 1500. They were going to have to be special ordered, so I went down to pay etc. I get to the parts department and there was a significant price difference. The parts rep went and spoke to the person we talked to. He said I stated it was a 2500 model. The actual price for mine was 3 times the amount quoted over the phone. While the rep went back to see if the part was in stock, I googled and found the online store for the same dealership and instead of almost 1,000 dollars it was under 700.00.

I was told they weren t in stock and to order online to get that price. So I ordered online, called after I placed the order since local pick up was an option. The person who handles the internet sales said items were in stock... and he would process them in the morning for me to pick them up.

I waited till the next day for a phone call. Never received one, I called to follow up and the same guy answers the phone and processed the order when I called. So I was annoyed that again I was told one thing and it turned out to be something else I.e price/processing-calling me to pick up items.

I drive down to the dealership and sat down in the chairs by the parts department since someone was being helped at the time. About 10 minutes go by and someone walks up to the counter right as the person being helped when I arrived was leaving. The parts department rep completely ignored the fact I was sitting there for 10 minutes or more and started to help this other guy. I made a comment out loud to him and he didn t even acknowledge me standing there.

Finally when the person who cut in line/was helped before me left. He looked at me and asked if I needed help.... I informed him that I did need help and I wasn t just sitting and walking around the parts counter for nothing and thanks for not asking who was first.

He got my items and didn t even offer any apology. I asked to speak to a manger and he pointed to a guy sitting to the right of him. I said do I just go over there? Do you need to get him? Apparently he wasn t his manager but a service manager.

I asked for his direct manger and surprise he is in a meeting.... I m sure I won t be getting any phone call from his manager at all being how well they have done with customer service so far...

I stopped going to this dealership a few years back because of bad service like this and misinformation. I thought to give it a try again...

This has to be the best car dealer shop I ve ever been too. Literally! Carlos Jurado (the salesperson I worked with directly) was so patient, personable and he was very polite. Super knowledgeable and educated in what he does! The other employees were also very polite and friendly! If you re looking for a hassle free car dealership THIS IS THE ONE!!

We were met at door by Dean Heffelman. He told us early on he was new at the dealership and was still learning. He worked very hard to help us gain information about making the right choice for us. He was assisted by Chris (sorry don't remember last name) and they showed us many vehicles so that we could find the best one for us.

Would be 0 stars if It would let it. Very disappointed in the Service Department@ RAM.Took my truck in for the following items. 1. Oil Change, 2. Stain removal (Covered) 3. Right rear fender flare not tight against body of truck (second time in for this) never worked 4. Bed liner on tail get pulling away (second time in for this issue) re taped bottom last time. 5. Driver seat feels loose @ starts & stops. 6. Transmission lurches forward @ starts & stops (slight). The amount of this list that was done after leaving the truck for the day -NONE - nothing at all. I get it the transmission shop was backed up, but why in the hell has none of the other items get addressed at all. Now have to take time out of my schedule again to drop truck off at the Jeep Dealer this time, work finally got addressed and most fixed.

My experience with the service department was great. The people who I interacted with we're personable, professional, and knowledgeable. My rep Michael Maxwell was awesome and did some warranty work with CarMax that saved me about 500.00 .

My service technician, Daniel, checked me in making sure any and all issues were addressed. He kept me informed of the service process and informed me of upcoming needs I d my Jeep.
Daniel was courteous and friendly. His positive attitude and the manner in which he made sure that all of my concerns were my makes me confident that when my next service is needed I will return to the dealership.

We bought a minivan advertised on their website. No haggle price, but be prepared to be inundated with service options. I turned down the mechanical service option and the salesperson immediately cut the price by half and asked again. That didn't leave a very good impression. Tire options, oil change options. On and on.

The vehicle has performed well.

The service department is friendly and efficient, but they continually remind you that their bosses require a 5 star rating for their internal survey. Kind of annoying.

After saying this, I would probably still buy from them again, if I needed a vehicle type they sold. Their practices are pretty industry standard.

I just wanted to thank Thaddius Salazar and Sylvia in Finance for the best car buying experience ever. I have purchased MANY vehicles in my life and this was by far the BEST one. I had a BAD experience with trying to buy a new Ram Sport in Scottsdale. That dealer SOLD me a new Ram but then was NOT able to deliver it! They had traded for it but were not able to complete the trade - AFTER I HAD ALREADY signed for the loan and gave them a $5,000 deposit. They were shady and didn't even tell me about this until 1 day later when I called to find out when I could pick up my new truck - they tried to find me another but I gave up on them -they never even apologized to me! I found one in Tucson (about 110 miles from my house) and talked to them on the phone and it sounded promising but I was still not sure what would happen seeing my BAD experience with Airpark in Scottsdale. I drove down and it was the best thing I could have done. They worked with me fairly and I feel like I got the best deal I could. They gave a fair price for my trade and stayed there until midnight to complete the deal for me. I have to say it was a GREAT experience! I would HIGHLY recommend them - they will do a great job for you -thanks Thaddius and Sylvia for a GREAT experience! I will be back for my next Ram....

Parts department is a rip off. Won't honor their website prices in the dealership. Drove 40 miles one way just for this waste of a company. They wanted to charge me $90 for a $45 part. I'll drive the 120 miles to phx before I come here again.
