Kelly was excellent and was always listening and very helpful!!! It was nice for once for someone to meet me at my truck before getting out and take things over-a huge difference from the many times before where NO ONE took an interest!!!
Would have been 5 stars but an oil change should not take an hour and a half wait nor should I have to get up and ask what's taking so long with my truck?

While the people at Larry H Miller are good and friendly people, I have seen entirely too much of their service department in the brief year I have owned my brand new truck. I spent the money on a new truck so that I would't have to take my vehicle in on a regular basis for repairs. I don't think thats an unreasonable expectation when your spending $50k on a vehicle!!!! In 1 year I have had the truck in for service on the SAME recurring issue 3 times and a different recurring issue 3 additional times for a total of 6 services to resolve 2 issues.
To be brief, if your going to buy a vehicle, DONT BUY A DODGE. Worst, yet most expensive, vehicle I have ever owned. My first Chevy I bought used and had for 6 years and only needed repairs 3 times at which time it was 10 yrs old. My last Chevy was also bought used and I had it for 7 years and only took it in for repairs 3 times at which time it was 9 years old. My wife's ford has been in for repairs 1 time in 3.5 years and is 7 years old. The dodge was bought brand new, is 1 year old, and has needed repairs 6 times! The stats speak for themselves. Spend the extra money upfront at purchasing and get a vehicle that isn't a piece of junk (aka - Dodge/chrysler).

- I should clarify that when I say "service" or "repair" I'm talking only about repairs required outside of normal maintenance (ie: oil changes, brakes, tires, alignments, etc.). I'm talking vehicle malfunctions and failures.

Mike a service adviser came out to my vehicle as soon as I came onto the service drive . He gathered all my concerns and worked me into his full schedule. He told me that it will take about two hours. One hour later I was on my way. Thanks Mike.

I was very disappointed with visit.
Really didn't appreciate Juan and windshield vendor tag teaming me to get a new windshield. Felt pressured.
Juan was very slow to apprise me of work status. When I tried to call him, he often took what felt like was quite a while to get back to me.
Also feel like the grease from the mechanic could have at least have been washed off the truck especially since it was at your facility for almost a week.

I am very disappointed in the service your company provided. Your dealership misdiagnosed my vehicle, charged me a pretty peny and the check engine light came on again two days later. Now I'M going to seek a different repair shop. I took my vehicle to your dealership thinking your technicians were professional's. I don't think I will recommend your services to my friends or family.

My experience with Trevor, the salesman, was great. It was when we went to finalize the paperwork in the back office with Faayza that things went south for me. There was information I questioned and received unclear answers and when i questioned again, was told, I don t know . I noticed items being added to the sales price that was agreed to be removed during our deal making with Trevor. When i questioned this, Faayza became upset and showed me one of the papers that I did not sign, saying I agreed to the price and i had to turn the pages to the correct page. As well, the interest I was receiving was lower than on the deal page and originally stated that the payment will fluctuate due to this. When I questioned this, she was adamant that the payment will still be at the 5.9 % rate vs. 4.9% I was receiving. I am very familiar how financing works and i was being treated as though I didn t even know how to add. This experience will prevent me from sending anyone to this location.

2 stars because the technicians did a great job and Anthony did help me out a lot.

What was supposed to be a 3 day Job (they said 3 days due to being swamped), replacing my fuel pump turned into a 12 day. Communication was extremely poor. The pick up date was changing constantly, I had to rent a car on 3 separate occasions due to being mislead on the pick up date 3 times.

Larry H Miller may have lost my service and I strongly suggest if you like literally any amount of communication from the people that have your means of transportation, you go elsewhere. I'm utterly Disappointed.

I just bought another challenger not to long ago from Larry h Miller and brought it in for service the other day. Eddie my sales guy was on top of the game In making sure I got a car I liked at a price I was happy at. Albert in finance is going above and beyond to make sure I keep the great price. For service kellie my service advisor was super friendly and welcoming. I ll always buy cars from dodge and send friends or family to them. I don t think there is any better dealership in town.

Purchased a charger in July... I was told I couldn t get the tint that I payed for... they won t credit me or my finance company for a service they haven t rendered... they contradict themselves by saying they will call me for and appointment then when I complain they say I could have brought it in...they never let me know my car wasn t registered as I am still waiting for my tags, the dmv contacted them in August and they never contacted me, and I heard someone in the background saying she told someone I needed to be called...I haven t received my loan documents..still don t have my second key!... this is not my first Dodge Charger purchase but it will be my last at this dealer... so unprofessional! Oh and my speaker was blown when I purchased it!!!!!

I noticed soon afterwards that my account was accessed without my consent. I have since removed my debit card form Uber so no one can automatically send me the bill against

Just purchased my second car from Larry H Miller. First one was a Dodge Journey in September of 2016. We dealt with Elijah Jaramillo and couldn't have been happier. He found us exactly what we were looking for for the price we were expecting too. Was so happy with this that we asked him to keep an eye out for a 2017 Challenger Hellcat in the Octane Red color as we had heard it might be available for the 2017 year. We hadn't expected to hear anything until possibly April, but on February 16th we got a text saying he had found us one at a sister store. Needless to say we went down the next morning to set the deal up for this one too. Could not be happier with both cars and with the way all of the employees treated us from start to finish, especially Elijah.

After the first hour we realized they didnt have a vehicle on the lot that fit our needs. We should have walked away. We were foolishly convinced by the sales director to buy a vehicle they didn't own. After 7 hours and two failed attempts at leaving, we were signing the papers for a van that was supposedly in Phoenix. A very long story short, LHM Tucson backed out of the deal, refused to replace the vehicle we "purchased" , failed to inform us of any problems before my wife and I wasted another vacation day, asked us to come to the dealer at 7pm only to inform us in person that the vehicle they chose for us was the wrong vehicle. Downright horrible and shady business practices, and apparently will try anything to make a buck.

NO. I will not call you to talk about my experience. You know you've ignored my email for about 2 weeks now. I encourage anyone who's reading this to take your business elsewhere.

I purchased the one year maintenance plan for $75.00 which is cheaper than one visit for the services I mentioned above. The service technicians were very helpful on other questions I had regarding my vehicle.

Can't even begin to tell you how helpful Carlos was. Absolutely amazing guy. Never once did i feel pressured into making a deal, he was there for every question I had and answered it in detail. He was able to help with everything even when I thought it wasn't going to work. he still had the positive attitude and was able to make it happen! Thanks again man appreciate all your help.

I had to bring my Ram 2500 in for some issues it was having. After making an appointment to have it looked at and getting it towed there, I was told it wouldn't get looked at for at least a week. I was upset to say the least. But Tony Durazo came thru for me!! He had it looked at, fixed and ready to be picked up within 24 hours of it arriving there. Very happy with the end result!

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It was recommended that I get my 30,000 mile check up. I told the gentleman that I didn't have enough money to do the 2 check ups but that I would do one. He didn't try to force me to get the 2nd one, which I greatly appreciate. Then I forgot that I was able to get clear coat for free with the purchase of my car. He put it right in. I was only there for 3 hours to get all of that work done on a saturday morning that was very busy. The gentleman that was helping me also kept coming out to let me know the status of my car. I was only there for 3 hours to get all of that work done on a saturday morning that was very busy. Very impressed with the service.

I still can t believe how hassle free and easy our experience with them was! 100% recommend and we will be back to buy our next vehicle with them.

Was overcharged for service, I am a Chrysler retire and as such I receive a discount on parts also I had a coupon from Larry Miller for $25. I was not given the employee discount nor the $25 coupon. I have been trying for over a month to get a credit for the over charge with no success. Probably will not be back and will not buy a new vehicle from Larry Miller.

We bought a car from them they advertised as family friendly and safe. Within 30 days it was in the shop, and 3 more times within 6 months. We brought it in to trade it in and were given a new car, promised that it would go through. And surprise! YoYo financing tactics and being told we have to resign the contract. It's not quite the same price or payments we agreed upon. Nobody ever calls you back, appointments are pointless since you end up waiting anyway. Stay away from these scam artists.

Wasn't listened to, told the man not to do a credit check, which he did do! All in all a bad experience for going to hot Tucson! Not again, thank you!

Our sales associate was very nice, explained everything well, worked hard to get us approved with financing and took care of all the little details very well, his name was Dylan. The finance manager Chris also was amazingly efficient. The entire process was very smooth start to finish, despite us less than perfect credit. They got us into a beautiful new Dodge Ram truck for my hubby, who deserves it greatly. Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there, and others that take the place of dads too..

I usually walk into a car dealership thinking that I'm inevitably going to leave disappointed, chafed, or just plain angry. This especially applied to the few other local dealerships I visited during the course of my search for a new car. LHM Dodge Ram Tucson, however, was a totally different experience. I truly felt like everyone there valued my business, from my salesmen Brendan (Shoes) Mosley and Ryan Smith, to the managers, to the finance department...absolutely everyone was awesome! Laid back, reasonable, and they worked hard to get me into the car I really wanted. I even got a great deal, and the process was the fastest I've ever experienced. I will definitely return for service on my new Dart, and recommend anyone looking for a Dodge or Ram give this dealer a shot.

Naturally I researched my choice of car since I was deciding it'd be my final car to drive for a good long while. Picked myself up a Challenger 5.7L Hemi. I'm telling you if you buy a car from here request Nick cause that man knows his stuff! I did thorough research but still was given a walk through and learned additional features of the car. I know this isn't the norm but through our chat I admitted I have a problem managing money and Nick introduced me to helpful saving tips he used and found helpful and also gave me advice to cheaper ways to upgrade my car in the future if I so wanted. After implementing I have found managing the car budget easier than my first car. Like I said not the norm but that's a great relationship builder I've never had between consumer and salesman. You can tell they honestly care and just don't wanna put you in something and kick you out the door.

A few months later I got into an accident and was back shopping for the car that had saved my life with the incredible air bag system that I hadn't known about until Nick did the walkthrough. I upgraded to a 6.4L Scat Pack and have been COMPLETELY satisfied since. Wait time can be long for servicing but nothing a little plan ahead can't ease for you. I definitely recommend this dealership and have been telling all my friends if you want a dodge... I got the fam that'll hold ya down! Thanks guys!! You're all the best!!

Todd the customer service agent in the repairs department. Did not listen again. I retold him we only have one automobile and so need to know approximately how long the repairs will take. He said he would call me by 2. I dropped my Dodge off at 8:30 he did not call or text. I was not offered a loaner car. I had to have my kids walk home from school. I tried calling the service department to ask Todd if they would have my SUV fixed by 5. No one answered the phone multiple times I called and my husband called. My husband got ahold of them around 5:40 and they said Todd was busy and would call back by COB. Todd never called my husband called the next morning they said they were busy and didn t get to our SUV yesterday they would start on it and finish before 6 P.M. still no loaner vehicle was offered. This establishment is unprofessional! They don t have the decency to call you with an update or return calls. I had to cancel plans because of their lack of professionalism.

This dealership is the worst Larry Miller one i have been too. They scammed me in my contract by giving me a totally different bank than I signed up with. Told them I wanted a local bank so I can go pay in person, and the manager dude told me "you dont need that". Excuse me for having a preference. He was so condescending and belittled me and my mother telling us what we do and do not need. Like. Who do u think you are? I'm the customer. Customer is always right. I took a video of him arguing with us and have posted it to many places. On top of that my salesman to begin with lied and promised me all these things they would do for me in regards to fixing my used truck. He only put 1 our of 3 things on the contract. Go figure scam artists. I fought and argued with Brooke and some mexican manager dude (ugh) and after 3 weeks, things finally got fixed, but I had to wait 5 hours for 3 little things to be finished. I was told it should take no more than 2 hours. Also, i had a lot of return phone call promises by Brooke that were never followed through. I had to do all of the calling and it was so tedious. When you say I'm gonna call you right back in 5 to 10 min, you best call me back or I will keep calling the dealership until you answer. I was already lied to, scammed, and tricked. I will never shop here again for a vehicle. And I highly recommend to just go to Chevy or Jim Click.

This dealer is a rip-off. They charged me for work that wasn t done, twice. Took it in for the same problem both times and was told that there was a different cause both times.
Went to another shop and they fixed it first time in.

Terrible Service. I brought my truck to the same Dealership I purchased from for a simple oil change. The next morning I found oil leaking on the driveway. I figured it was probably some residual that didn t get cleaned up, so to be sure I crawled under my truck and discovered they had left the old oil filter laying upside down on top of the steering rack. I will not be a return customer, as every time you try to call to speak to someone they are to busy, and don t return your call. This is another one of the long laundry list of other problems I ve had with there Service Department on other visits. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service! Unfortunately, I had something fixed, which cost $1,2000. It was the wrong part that needed to be fixed. I was offered an opportunity to purchase the right part for approximately $1,000. Needless, to say I was not expecting that expense and my car is still not fixed. Yet, I have a new part (that I did not need) with a two year warrantly. Now I am broke and my car is not fixed.

Had a recall mailed to me the day before for front steering link. Called and they scheduled me to bring it in the very next day. I live 75 miles away, drove in and after 1 hour ( which was good) they said FCA, decided it did not need to be fixed. FCA s problem, right.

Fair deal on a new Ram with expert service. Ryan was very organized and experienced on the paperwork side which made the entire process enjoyable.

They have a problem with not making sure they have a technician available to do the certain types of work on vehicles. I was turned away from my appointments after driving across town to this facility just to be told "i am sorry we dont have a technician here that can do that type of work" when i had an appointment for this work and this happened multiple times. The service advisors were polite at least.
