Drove almost an hour to get scheduled maintenance. Was told the computer system was down, they were way behind for yesterday and they couldn't give me a tentative completion time. Was not going to stand around wait for hours and hours, so we left. Why not call and tell me they had problems so I could save the drive.

The costumer service was the worst ever I had in m...

The costumer service was the worst ever I had in my life, and the prices are extremely high.
So I had an appointment at 8 am on Thursday and they got me an uber and said we will call you about the diagnoses and the estimated price, they never called I waited until 12pm and called them and they said the guy who is responsible for this is not here!!!! Then they called at 4pm and said they didn't finish diagnoses yet and they will call me in the morning next day!!!!
They next day they obviously didn't call and I tried to call them and no one responded. They called me at 11 and said they still doing diagnoses and they will call me back in 20 mins and get me an uber to the dealership. They never called and they didn't get an uber, finally I decided to go there and take the car from that place, when I arrived they pretend like there was nothing wrong.
It's just awful.

Because of a recall issue we had to get a rental car for the day. Miller Dodge paid for it and we so appreciate them doing so. Travis was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done for our car. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I needed an oil change on my 2015 Ram. I have delayed going earlier in the month due to my not making time for it . Well we haved planned a trip to Phoenix to watch Spring Training baseball for my girlfriend's birthday. I called the afternoon before we were scheduled to leave hoping they could fit my oil change early the next day. Jim the service rep told me they were busy in the morning. When I explained my situation to him he offered to have my oil change and inspection that very night. He went beyond anything I could have ever asked for in a service rep. He put the customer (me) first and even though he did not create the problem he was more than willing to do what ever it was going to take to make it right for me. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.!

Very poor poor customer service in parts departmen...

Very poor poor customer service in parts department. Gaston did not have customer service skills and did not solve the problem or offer additional solutions to the problem. He was very rude and sarcastic. Knowing that I was upset leaving the store he told me to have a nice day to be sarcastic. Will no longer do business here and will take services with Jim Click.

We had a medical procedure appt. to get to and dropped our vehicle off to have a routine oil change and there were many other customers and vehicles also getting checked in. My husband talked to Lisa Beatty (his usual advisor) and she was very understanding. She immediately checked our vehicle in so we could head to our appt. Lisa is very professional, and customer service oriented. We always know we can trust our vehicles in her care. The mechanics at the LHM Dodge on 4220 E. 22nd St. do a thorough job with our vehicles services and with great care. We highly recommend Lisa Beatty!

Shout out to Lisa Beatty for always providing exceptional customer service and helping me keep my 2012 Ford Explorer roadworthy!!!!! In the past, I came to her with several problems with my car ranging from smelling exhaust fumes in my car, leaks from my sunroof, and routine maintenance. She reached out to a Ford Service Department to make sure the problems she couldn't get fixed at Larry H Miller and even followed up to make sure I was well taken care of by the Ford Service Department. I'm simply highlighting a brief summary of her exceptional service and if you are someone who has car issues that just doesn't seem to get fixed correctly. Then, call Lisa and she will make it happen.

My bf took his truck in for a transmission rebuild...

My bf took his truck in for a transmission rebuild. It took three weeks to get done and then when we got the truck back the horn was not working and none of the buttons on the steering wheel. Also we found out one the transmission connectors where broken transmission which they fixed with a zip tie . the service agent from the dealership said that it was like that when they took it in. Plus they refuse to fix it very poor dishonest customer service

I purchased many vehicles from Larry H. Miller Tucson. My most recent, a precertified 2014 Dodge Charger RT in June of 2017. Since I purchased the vehicle it has been in for multiple appointments with their service department for a slew of things including a safety defect that they didn't catch on the vehicle inspection. They rectified that problem after some coercing and multiple appointments and back and forth. My frustration is due to lack of communication from the service department. I live, with traffic, an hour away. However, this is not my biggest issue. I purchased this vehicle with a GPS in it. It was priced at the point it was because of the screen and GPS. Unfortunately, it has yet to work and they have yet to fix it. After about 3 appointments and them telling me they couldn't fix it that they'd have to get approval to order another one and replace it. This was months ago, we left it off that it was ordered. I followed up when I never heard anything and they said it was never ordered after I was told it was. Currently it's 6 months this later I still do not have a working GPS and do not know the status of this item, hence why I am writing this review. I was working with the service manager but communication has once again stopped.

I was greeted by Kelly she was efficient by checking over my truck prior to them taking it to service.
I was told 1 1/2 hrs and that s all it took to change the oil and check over other items on my list.
Also found out why I could not use a K&N air filter Kelly did that on her own .Now that s a good Service writer ! Thank all your people that took care of my truck .Especially Kelly!when I m in the area again and need service , Larry H Miller Ram will be the place to go! Bought a 2017 Nissan Altima last year in March 201...

Bought a 2017 Nissan Altima last year in March 2019 and now I m walking because the cars been having issues with the transmission or the fuel pump the car only had 24,000 miles and is now leaving me stranded and I m SOL just because I went to this dealership put $4,500 down on this car just for it to give me problems! I wouldn t recommend this dealership to no one unless you wanna buy a brand new vehicle and get screwed over with it in the end ! With high payments and very poor customer service from sales men and poor quality of a car .

We couldn't be happier with our overall experience at Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson! Danny was an excellent sales person, he answered all of our questions related to our 2014 Ram 3500 purchase. Gene in the finance department was friendly, non-pushy, and got us in and out in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend LHM to our friends and family!

My car was done in hours and came back to me washed and ready for the road. I ll be bring my car in for service at Larry H. Miller Dodge from here on out...and I don t even drive a Dodge.

When I get my car serviced here, I truly feel like I am not ever going to get screwed over. Everyone who works here is knowledgable, nice, and easy to work with and genuinely care about their customers. I will continue to bring my car that I purchased here for all service as well. Kelli is a star in your service department and needs to be commended for doing a great job as always!

The service was horrific beginning with the Service Advisor who was unprofessional. I did not want to give it one star, but 0 rating out of 10. They lost part of my key opener, and was told they would replace it. It has been about three weeks and the Manager has yet to call me. I would AVOID this location and make sure that you NEVER schedule with Kellie.

Unfriendly staff. They all acted like i was bothering them. No explanation of repairs after vehicle was picked up, had to ask advisor to tell me what was done and he was short and rude. I had ask multiple times if the tires were checked since the sensor light was still on and it wasn't done. Had to wait for them check on it. Employees were eating and smoking their e-cigarettes at their stations.

I dropped my Truck off with Kellie for service and a windshield replacement. She always greets me with a smile and is a gem to deal with. Truck was done when promised and all went smoothly. I always use Kellie because I know everything with be taken care of and she keeps you informed from beginning to end.

This was was first experience with the service dep...

This was was first experience with the service department and it was disappointing. I was promised special service for being a small business. The truth is I received hardly any service.

Here is what to expect

1. The service guys could not tell when when a regularly scheduled oil change is due for a diesel. Sad.

2. They didn t check anything else when I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and recall notice. The truck fluids were not topped up. Makes you wonder if they checked anything.

3. They rotated the tires when we agreed not to.

4. They promised the work would be done in 3 hrs. It took just shy of six hours. I don t really care how long a repair takes so just be honest. I planned my day for 3 hrs at the shop. I lost several hundreds of dollars in work because of their inefficiencies. What did they say well it happens

5. Vehicle returned filthy. Other dealerships take care and even return your vehicle washed. Forget that at Larry H.

It was such a frustrating experience. Go elsewhere if you can.

Maintenance technician was very helpful. I previously had a review of this place of 2 stars because I had to wait a long time for an oil change. Ivan contacted me because of my review and stated that customer satisfaction is a priority. He made me aware that the wait was the result of getting an additional diagnostic check and this required a special technician. After this was brought to my attention, I switched my review to 5 stars. They did a thorough job of diagnosing my truck and pinpointed the problems that my truck was having. The price for this diagnostic was very competitive with other mechanic shops around Tucson because I did shop around. I'm very happy with their service and have been here 7 or 8 times.

Every time we come in here, we get crappy, worthle...

Every time we come in here, we get crappy, worthless service. We have a regular mechanic who costs much less, is more reliable, more friendly, more helpful, and more trustworthy. Jack Furrier's on Golf Links and Kolb is probably the best mechanic in town. Unfortunately, we've had a recurring issue with our Caravan that they can't fix. If it weren't for this, we'd never come to the dealer, but here we are.

There is some sort of electrical problem with the van. After checking what they could, Jack Furrier's told us they couldn't fix the electrical stuff, so we brought it to the dealer. We paid over $100 for them just to look at it. Their dealer's response? The battery died because we left a phone charger plugged in. Really? Really?!

Fine. We don't use the charger anymore, stupid as that solution is. Lo and behold, however, but less than a month later, with continuing issues with warning lights and such, the van's electrical systems completely shut down. We couldn't start the car; we couldn't even unlock the doors without manually using the key. We had to go get a new battery just to get it going again. Turns out the battery was so dead, it couldn't be recharged. The problem with that? It was less than a year old.

We took it to the dealer again (in early fall/late summer), and their response was to try to charge us to look at it again. Less than a month later with consistent problems. Their reason? Well, a lot could have happened in a month. Sure, that's true, but we told them that we'd had consistent, regular trouble the entire time. So their tune changed... Now it must have been the changing weather and it getting cold outside. What the hell? It wasn't even close to freezing at this point. So... It MUST have been a bad battery cell, right? Sure, Dodge, sure.

Well here we are today, and guess what? For the last few days, the warning lights have been going off. We scheduled an appointment and waited to even start the engine all week, just to make sure we could get it there. That failed, and it died on the way to the shop.

There are lots of details missing from this story, but let me set the record for anyone still reading at this point. This is our 5th battery in three years. They die so often that every replacement has been free under warranty. Dodge's thoughts? That's normal for batteries to not last that long. Are you kidding me? So now it's at the shop as we speak. It's going to cost is over $100 costs yet again... To tell us there's still nothing wrong?

That's just the practical, technical problems. Let's now talk about the people? Except when you want to schedule an appointment, good luck actually talking to anyone who can help you. We dropped the van off today, and a little later, we got a text message saying to reply there is we needed anything. Too bad, after waiting hours, there still hasn't been a response. So, maybe we can call in? No. Our technician isn't available right now, so I'll leave him a note and he'll call you right back. 60+ minutes later, no call back. We call again, ask to speak to a manager, can't find a manager. Great. The receptionist actually tracked down the tech and got him on the phone. After 6 hours sitting in their lot, after an early drop off for a 9:30 appointment, they still havn't even looked at it for a diagnostic.

Technician says he'll get to it and get back to us. So we wait a bit longer and hear back. It's definitely the alternator. Except that Jack Furrier's could have fixed that for us, but they nearly insisted that this wasn't the problem.

So after spending hundreds of dollars for multiple visits for the same, recurring issue, now we'll see if this is money well spent, or if we'll be back in 6-12 months, where we'll be told yet again that it's just a bad battery.

High pressure sales. Charged $400 for tinted backglass and windows. Come to find out that my Journey came from the factory deep tinted windows. Salesperson claimed my windows had "extra" tint which was a lie.

This was several years ago. Maybe they've improved now.
