Had a great experience with Bob Brown up until the point where we told him we were going to walk because we just couldn't afford the monthly payment.. He sent over his shark of a sales manager that was trying to sell us anything and everything, including a van. (We are 22 and 27 with no children. No thanks, sir.) The sales manager continued to keep us there and talk down to us until we flat out told him no. I am sure if we would of went through with the sale it would of continued to be a good experience with Bob.
