I went in to have an oil change, fuel filter replaced and to purchase Larry Miller's maintenance pkg (3 oil changes for $210). I am a snowbird and travel btw. Montana and Tucson on a yearly basis. Daniel, my rep, was quite polite. He told me my differential fluid was grey and needed to be changed. I'd just had a full differential service done less than 8,000 mi. ago while under warranty. I told him the fluid should not be grey since it has a two year warranty.. His warranty manager looked up the information and told him to tell me the fluid was fine, and I was good to go. Shame on Larry Miller to request an expensive fluid change on my dime, but when it came to their's to deny that a problem existed. They should have changed the "grey " fluid for this female senior citizen who relies on others to keep her vehicle in tip-top shape! This was NOT corrected or rectified, as the General Manager's response (below) stated.

I have been going to Larry Miller Dodge for years....

I have been going to Larry Miller Dodge for years. I have brought a dozen or more customers in over the time. After my miserable visit to the service department yesterday, I will take my business to Jim Click from here on out. My truck has been in service for the same issue not once but twice and it still is not fixed. My truck sounds worse than when it went in to the shop. I had an appointment last week to put it back in the shop and when I got there at the scheduled time I was told they were too busy to take care of it and that we needed to reschedule. They could not schedule me for an appointment and needed to call when they could get my truck in. That call never happened so I took it upon myself to stop by and see what was going on and was brushed aside. This doesn't sit well with me. I asked if I could just take my truck to any Dodge dealership and was told i could but it was going to cost me $100 deductible to do so. I think considering all the issues over the past year with service department circus it will be money well spent. I would rather have put negative stars up than putting a 1 star rating.

I took my Durango in to have the wipers repaired. After two visits and almost $800, not only is the problem not fixed, but they actually made it worse.

I have called and emailed trying to get this fixed and they will not even return my calls or emails.

If they couldn't fix it, they should have just told me so I could take it somewhere else.

I am very disappointed in both the repairs and the very unprofessional customer service.

I would recommend everyone go somewhere else for the vehicle purchase or service needs.

I am very please with the quick response upon my arrival from Jim of the service department. Jim was extremely helpful and polite. He assured me that my vehicle would be repaired, washed & interior cleaned within two hours time. The vehicle was presented to me in less time looking fantastic! I want to say that because of my experience & Jim's professional & courteous treatment, I will not only continue to use your service department for future car care, but will certainly refer others to your dealership as well.

I recently had my Ram truck serviced at LHM for the first time. To be honest I had been told by a friend not to expect much in the way of service. He was wrong. I met with service advisor Todd Lowe and he totally took care of me and the service I needed. And got me out of there before my quoted time estimate. I found the customer service area to be nice and took advantage of the complimentary coffee machine that served espresso! So I left there with a very good impression as a first time customer. I hope they continue it.

My wife and I had been traveling for 6 weeks when we arrived in Tucson in need of an oil change and a general checkup. We had spent several thousand miles pulling about 2500 pounds of travel trailer with our 2005 Town and Country and were only staying one night. Your Service Advisor
(Kellie Sinkinson) was able to fit us in without an appointment. She made our stay comfortable and kept us informed of the shop progress. The shop did a thorough job of inspecting and reporting the overall condition of all the vehicle systems and provided a short list of items (2) to be addressed at our next service. Kellie was exceptional and we were extremely pleased with our service at Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Tucson.

Should really offer a 7 day guarantee, traded in a perfect car for a car that s already having issues right off the bat and it s a 2020...... now I get to constantly worry about the next thing that s going to go wrong with this car.... extremely upsetting and I can t go back on the deal ( I never was emailed my copies of the contract after I asked for it) and now I m stuck with it. So don t waste your time. We ll see how my appointment goes.....

Their mechanic department is horrible I had a new engine put in and they try to say that I need a complete fluid change when all the fluids are changed and multiple of other things that were not wrong they try to sell you work on your vehicle for their come up and they lie about it

I have been coming to this location for over 5 years. When it was Tucson Dodge and now Larry H. M. Now that it is Larry H. Miller, the customer service area has greatly increased. I recently just bought a used Dodge truck and worked with Jacquari, He was a great person to work with. If I have any questions about my truck, he's very happy to help. Wonderful human-being. I have been getting all my trucks serviced here, always satisfied with their work. And just because I'm a girl, they don't try and sell me things I don't need, and they're always looking for ways to save me money. Just recently I got an oil change and was in a hurry for another appointment to get to, they got it done in a reasonable time and did a great job.

My experience with Dodge was very much improved from my previous visits. I was greeted by a services rep who gave me direction. I was quickly checked in and ushered to the waiting area. My customer service rep (I believe it was Chris Warren) was very pleasant, came to check in with me and gave me an update on the status of my oil change. My wait was not terribly long (1.5 hrs) which was pretty quick considering I hadn't made an appt like I usually do.

The Dodge service team cleaned my car up nicely (it was a mess with bug juices everywhere) and Chris even walked me to my car and opened my door for me. Major improvement from all my previous visits as I truly felt like I was a valued customer. Previously I hated coming to your service center but I feel you may have redeemed yourselves with this visit.

Please continue to keep up the good work!

Drove over 100 miles to buy a car. Manager told me the average price of the car was $17,000. Of course that was false the average was $23,000. Big difference. Don't trust these people. They lied Just to get me here and then feed me a bunch of bologne.
