Once my Service Advisor got to me, all was good - even washed my car. Uber to work and back to Dealership worked perfectly. But waited 30 minutes for advisor, despite having an appointment. At about 20 minutes, Service Manager apologized for the wait, but work was also waiting on me.

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles through LHM Dodge and one through LHM Chrysler/Jeep. This review is a bit late, however I wanted to share our experience with the purchase of our 2017 Ram 1500. Brendan Mosley (aka: Justin Timberlake) went above and beyond to get us into the truck we wanted, which was a 2017, not what we had expected. He worked tirelessly to get our deal done to our satisfaction and we absolutely love our new truck! We highly recommend all Larry H. Miller dealerships for a new or used vehicle purchase. All aspects of the process, while never a person's favorite way to spend a day, we're handled professionally and courteously. We will.continue to use LHM for all future vehicle purchases. You guys rock!!!!

Parts took forever to come in with no phone after I called them to ask if the truck was going to be done that Day till after I left town I got a call and a text. Plus the truck wasn t washed when wife picked up the truck. The problems it went in for are still a problem but what do you expect for buying a ram truck it a junk truck. The service advisor was unfriendly did not introduce himself to me or my wife. Just a joke of a vehicle manufacturer and dealer. I will not be returning!

Marcela samaniego was my finance manager and did an outstanding job. I would recommend her anytime if you are buying a car or truck from Larry h miller. She took her time and explained the whole process and worked to get the best deal for her customer. There are other dealers in town who will not help you the way Marcela helped me. An employee of caliber should be treated as if she was made of gold. Marcelas good will goes a long way in saying what Larry h miller says about its employees. This place is great when it comes to selling you a vehicle but don't expect anything else from them. Bought an suv took it back about a week later because of clicking noise they gave me a hard time about "fixing" it. After arguing about their 15 day policy they took the car in and kept it for a week to replace the parts that were "needed". Noise is still there and they refuse to fix because its a "maintenance" issue despite the fact that the car was taken in a week after it was purshased for the same issue.

And forget about oil changes people are rude and they do a bad job. You pay for car washes and they dont even wash your car.

Take your business elsewhere if you can!

Very well organized express line for oil change and check-up. Someone pick you up outside in the car line and keep you informed. Only 4 star because they forgot to adjust air pressure after tire rotation (even with extra $20 for that), have to do it myself.

Had recall work done on my RAM 3500. Everything went smoothly, but they promised to wash my truck and didn't. It was the end of the day, almost closing time, so I left without the truck being washed. Also, my owner's manual says to change the oil every 15,000 miles. They always put a sticker saying to come back in 5,000 miles. Do they even know? Doesn't give me a lot of confidence in them.

Here's an update. Larry H Miller sent me a response to my review above saying to call them so they could take care of the problems above. So I left them a message and still haven't heard back from them. It's been almost two weeks. I guess their idea of customer service doesn't coincide with mine.

I always bring my 2004 Dakota to Dodge for all the service. Lisa is my service adviser and she is great. She is always happy and smiling. She offers other products and services that she thinks I should have. I have always had great service and they take really great care of my vehicle. My vehicle is ready when promised and she stays in touch with me to let me know what is happening and if anything else may be needed. The whole experience is great and I am glad that I can depend on the service department and Lisa to get the job done and done right the first time. I now have over 210,000 miles on my truck and it is still running great.

I wouldn't take a toy car to these guys, Took my truck in for repairs, got an estimate of $300, but didn't have the part in stock. Two weeks later the parts arrives but now they want to charge over $450. Grudgingly said OK. turns out it was the wrong part, another 2 weeks and now the price has gone up to over $550, I don't think so that bait and switch. Run don't walk from these turds!

I will never go back to Larry H Miller again especially when I told my service guy Juan that I'm better off taking it too Holmes Tuttle to see if they may be able to find the problem and he agreed. I also Expressed that I would not be giving him or Larry H Miller a good review and he didn't seem to care so neither did I in posting this.

My service advisor is Lisa Beaty. Lisa has been my service advisor since I bought my new 2009 Ram Truck from Tucson Dodge (now Larry Miller Dodge Ram). She also is the service advisor for my 2001 Durango 4x4 with 148,000 miles. I know when I have maintenance performed by her and her team, the job will be done right the first time. Lisa greets me by name. She is constantly looking after my best interest and ensuring I am safe in my trucks. I trust her with all of my vehicle maintenance needs and highly recommend her.

Satisfaction guaranteed yeah right took a vehicle for detail inside only. Needless to say was not satisfied with the job! It looked like was never done.. took it back the second time, it was the same!! Even after complaining and the poor job all they had to say was need to talk to a manager..I was not even offered to refund
my money... After taking it back twice with no difference? Waste of time and money

We brought my son s Liberty into service 4 different times for engine and brake light. They sold us a brake neutral safety switch as part of the $500 we spent there. Within 4 days and 30 miles the brake light was on again. 4 visits, same thing, and no one checked the brake fluid in the reservoir. It registered below the fill line. We added $2 worth of fluid and the light went out. Absolutely the worst performing shop I have ever been in. Bunch of wasted time and money. I talked to the service manager Brandon and he was impossibly rude and condescending, if he worked for me I would have fired him on the spot. I have personally been an auto dealer here for 40 years and have never been so discouraged with service. Never going back.

I prepaid for three oil changes. Recently I have put fewer miles on my truck. Today I called to schedule an oil change and fuel filter service and they told me they won t give me the third oil change as it has been too long and the package deal has expired. I see this as them stealing my money. I prepaid for a service I won t get. The service writer who talked me into the package told me at the last oil change not to worry as they would honor the third change even though I would likely exceed this cutoff date . Why would I waste good oil and have it changed when even under Ram guidelines the truck oil did not need changing. In addition to the package oil change I was going to have another service done that would have been an additional charge. This is unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere. If I were to pay for a service now, I d essentially be paying twice for the oil change/tire rotation. It seems loosing a customer is no big deal to this dealership.

I have a 91.5 12 valve that I just bought and wanted to have inspected. The diesel shops in tucson do not service Cummins, their techs are not qualified and they say it in a round about way. I called Larry miller and spoke to Jim Powers, who was beyond helpful and even told me he didn't think the motor needed to be diagnosed ($129) since there was no known issues, instead that I should just change the oil (89) and they'd look at everything else at the same time.

I was overall very impressed with Jim's genuine desire to not rip me off, what an honest bunch of people. If you have a Cummins Turbo Diesel, DO NOT take it anywhere else.

Much better this time as I could leave my car and then they had plenty of time to do it with all of their business, which I am happy that they are that busy. Time before I had to wait 2 hours and then Liz came and told me that my brakes needed attention and i just couldn't wait. It was not her fault as she was extremely busy. i will return. Had brake issue with my 2018 Charger Hellcat, had it towed to Larry Miller Dodge in Tucson where I purchased the car. They had to order parts and the car was tied up for a few days. When the parts came in a crucial piece was missing, so the repair was delayed longer. I was bummed but Dodge more then made up for the issue. I was able to get a loaner and Nick Riley had the service department perform preventative Maintanance by replacing parts on the opposite side of the car at no Charger. This is my 4th Dodge Charger I have purchased from Larry H Miller and they have always more than taken care of me and my cars. Thank you Nick Riley for awesome service!

I had an appointment for a diagnostic test on Thursday. Dropped off my car and was told it would be a day or two before I'd know what's going on. I get a call on Monday and was given the wrong information several times. I confirmed with the tech that he was talking about MY vehicle. My brother called down and was given the same information. Tuesday we call down to confirm the repair and to pick up the car and was told that my vehicle hadn't been fixed and sorry about the mix up. Had two of the same first names on file. Highly doubt that I'll ever go back.

Classic bait and switch tactics practiced here: advertise a car at a low price, get the customer to drive all the way down, then tell them it's sold, then ask them if there's other similar models they want to look at.

A few days later, the model is still in their online inventory and when I called from another number they made an appointment for me to go see it.

Lots of fake 4-5 star reviews too...

Shady sales practices - buyer beware.

I bought a used 2005 jeep wrangler at Larry h miller dodge ram 3 years ago and I couldn't be happier. I bought a five year mechanical warranty and a five year interior/ exterior package. I have used both and only paid my $100 deductible each time, no matter who much work was needed. I also buy a $90 a year oil change package and get my fair share of senthetic blend oil changes. The staff has been very helpful and when I have had any issues with staff it was taken care of right away by management. Thanks so much for caring for your customers!

Have taken our vehicle several times for paint and dent repair and they keep giving us the runaround. When we purchased the vehicle a year ago we were guaranteed and purchased paint and dent repair and to this day have not been able to get it done. It's always an excuse with these people. We took our dodge charger for maintenance and they didn't even wash it, I walked up to my car and the clerk asked if I wanted him to run it real quick I had an hour drive home both ways of course I said no I had no time, they should have done it before I got there to pick it up. Terrible.

Having my truck serviced at the Dodge dealership has made it easy to maintain all my general maintenance and keep my 2011 truck running like new. My advisor Lisa is always cheerful and always takes care of me. Kelli was super friendly and helpful for my oil change. The technician was honest and informed me that i didn't need a service done that we thought was due.

Made an appointment at 9am, When I dropped it off I asked for the oil change package that included car wash and tire rotation. Made two phone calls throughout the day trying to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and if it would be ready to pick up soon. Finally got a call back at about 5, with diagnostic... spent my whole day off waiting around and waited another hour and a half to have it put back together. Didn't have it repaired (I'd probably still be there) and paid what I think is a ridiculous amount to have "diagnosed" I guess that's not covered under warranty? AND never got that car wash either. Makes me wonder if tires were rotated and oil was changed. Not happy with my experience today.

I live in Mexico and made an appointment to have new passenger door window regulator installed. When I called to make the appointment, I explained that the part needed to be ordered as it was not in stock (per service person who I has spoken with earlier). I was given an appointment time and told to meet with Ashley. When I arrived, there was no appointment, no part, and a lot of confusion. Ashley thought the phone number that I had called was for the other Dodge Dealer so I drove there, but they did not have my appointment either and told me that the number was for the main service operator who then sets up appointments where necessary?? Anyway, after driving 8 hours and paying for fuel & motel, I was pretty upset. The parts manager, Keith, said "give me a minute". He went back and made some calls. Found the part in Phoenix. Had it rush delivered and he and Ashley made sure the the Van was fixed in a timely manner for which I am very grateful. I did have to wait until 3:30 the next day to pick up the Van and didn't make it back to my home in Mexico until 10:00 that night. BUT, I made it, the Van is fixed, and I'm a happy camper! Thanks for the extra help!

I won t be purchasing a package deal with Larry H. Miller any more. During my last visit I received mediocre customer service and even worse vehicle service. The front staff is very nice and friendly I have no issues with them. They do try to push off services on you that have no justification. For example, I had just changed my transmission fluid myself and 2 weeks later the customer service reps recommended the same service. They obviously only recommended the service because of how old the vehicle and probably it s service schedule but it bothers me that they recommend service without inspecting that area first. As far as vehicle service I would think twice before allowing them to service your vehicle, unless your service agreement states you have too. I took my car in for its regular oil change, which I bought the package. The package includes a tire rotation and complementary car wash. My oil was changed but the oil plug was left loose and I was leaking oil for about half a day. After getting that taken care of I noticed that my tires were not even rotated. I was very frustrated with the outcome in those two things only added to the fact that I wasn t even given a complimentary car wash.

The customer service was warm and friendly. The cost of the services were not properly explained and I was surprised and ended up going over my budget for services that could have waited until another day. I asked for air in my tire, was told air was put in the tire, I double checked to make sure that air was put in the tire as it was not listed on the check list of the many things they do check. The price was not bad but you get better over all customer service at PEP Boys and you know they filled your tire with air.
