They're very helpful. I call in for my refill and they get it from Temple Fortune surgery and it's ready in about 4 business days. They're quite busy but very nice. Mitzy is lovely! They pierce ears too btw... have regular OTC meds, a huge make up top brands and huger cologne and perfume section of top brands, knee and other types of braces, hair brushes, soaps, dental supplies. Anything u need for ur body or injuries. Just not clothes. Great advice from the chemist too.

Went with Landys because the price was 2 pound cheaper. Still waiting 2 weeks later so I hope they are a genuine seller. Service is terrible.

Avoid. Very long delay in delivering. Cancelled after more than a week with no prospect of delivery on Amazon Prime. Other suppliers are one-day and no more expensive.

Quite frankly terrible online experience with this company, i placed an order on the 15 October 2019, by the 21 October I still had received nothing. Rang to chase, they admitted they didn't actually have the product in stock (not disclosed at the time of order) and was advised it would be delivered by Thursday 24 October. As of 28 October I still had received nothing, rang to chase (again) had a conversation with a very curt individual when I explained I had not received my item yet, they said they still hadn't received any stock. Asked for a full refund. terrible communication throughout and alot of wasted time, I'd recommend you buy from a more organised retailer.

I bought a body lotion on amazon and they never sent it!! I reported them at amazon. Thanks to G.od, they will soon be banned from amazon. Anyway, now that I got their adress, I will personally pick up the product that I paid for. I am coming ;).

Good fast service they can get most items. I use them instead of boots.

Visited recently. Went in for advice on alternative supplements to take for joint pain. Pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable, and gave me three options for treatment, explaining how each one could help. This was offered in a professional way without imparting any pressure to buy, which I liked. Bought all three and have already noticed a considerable improvement in my symptoms after only a short time!

Returning customer. I find Landys have good prices for vitamins, fast delivery, and they also wrap the items very well.

Only ever used Landys online. Prices are fantastic, and delivery rapid. When I had a small issue it was sorted immediately by a very pleasant customer service gentleman.

My only niggle is the website. I put in a specific brand of skin care and product often to get a page of vitamins etc.

Ordered perfum6 days ago and have just rung to ask where it is...its out of stock..so why didn't u let me know,very unprofessional..wont usr this site again.

Brilliant service! I got my ordered so fast and of course the price is amazing low compare to anywhere else!

Not a particularly positive first experience. Price is very good and item appeared to be in stock on the Friday, then no updates. Chased it later the following week and no reply to email enquiry after a couple of days. No one to answer the phone regarding online orders on the weekend. They seemed to have no issue taking money for the item though.

Came in store looking for some advice. The pharmacist seemed to know everything about medicine. I now feel like I'd trust him before I came to see a doctor. Lovely family business feeling with his kids buzzing around the place whilst he stands around giving out great advice.

Rubbish customer service. Ordered perfume for my partners birthday and paid expedited p&p and did not arrive. On her birthday rang them and they told me to call back the following day. Rang back the following day and they refunded me as no tracking information available. Did not seem to care. EDIT: Just looked at other reviews and almost identical review below so they are obviously not sending these and misleading people.

Not good for anyone who worried about Covid ... Issue was that no effective distancing ... Three separate customers not wearing masks ... Felt like chaos on the customer side... Whilst I was paying customer without a mask reaches over me... No control from Landys ... No clear way to leave or move around aisles

RUBBISH SERVICE!!! Ordered an item and was then told a few days later that it was out of stock and my money had been refunded. Given it was a present and I was waiting for it this wasn't acceptable.

Was so impressed with the service. Had a long list of beauty and medical questions and I was given suggestions and advice on everything. Items were delivered very quickly as I was unable to get to the chemist myself. Large choice of products. If you want personal, caring service I would recommend Landys.

The new cutting head for my razor says that it fits my make and model of shaver, but it is not as good a fit as the original. The shave is very poor, takes twice as long as my old shaver head. It's also rough and uncomfortable on the skin. It seems like a poor quality item .If I had bought this on eBay I would suspect that in was a cheap Chinese fake, but I trusted this website to provide legitimate goods, I m still unsure of this. I have had to go back to using my old shaver head which I luckily kept. Poor quality. Will not buy again. This feedback relates to the product rather then the shop.

This is my second review for the same order (the first one, given a couple of weeks ago wasn't published, so perhaps I'll keep getting invites to write a review until it's a good one!). My order was made late November for a Clarins product. My order status was updated to say it had been despatched but nothing arrived for 8 days (everything I ordered from other suppliers arrived in the meantime) - Royal Mail Track & Trace stated they were still waiting for the package from Landys. Referred it to Landys - they said probably lost in the post & would enquire/send replacement.
Nothing heard for a couple of days, sent email, no reply. Rang Landys and they said it had been lost by Royal Mail and the item was out of stock so so I couldn't have a replacement. They processed a refund and I had to purchase the item 2 weeks late at greater cost than I could have ordered it from an alternative store for. Looking at other reviews it looks like this happens alot. I would not bother considering Landys again, they are a waste of time.

The gentleman pharmacist and homeopath here is very helpful and courteous. The older lady is the opposite. Very offensive, schoolmarm attitude. A horrible experience - was told off for using makeup testers, she said I could not come in there just to make up my face, and the testers could only be brushed on the hand. I apologised for using the brush (which I thought was there to be used!) on my face and went to try something else (not using a brush) whereupon she raised her voice across the shop, repeating what she had told me and saying she had told me off several times - when in fact I had been prepared to buy that item and just wanted to make sure of the colour. I am quite happy to comply with requests but I don't go into shops to be ticked off and humiliated. I was quite shocked as I am a regular customer here - or rather, was. Never again! Any other cosmetic counter assistants encourage customers to try out the testers where they are to be used and help you choose. Went straight to Boots and asked if I could try a tester eyeshadow on my eyes and was told pleasantly 'Of course you can, that's what they are there for!'

Landys is brilliant. I use it to get my tailored compound as part of Dr Aron's regimen for eczema. I live outside of London so they post it to me next day. Always very efficient, helpful and knowledgable of Dr Aron's patients' needs.

*AVOID* If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased three products but only received one. When I received the package it was sealed, but with only one product in it (i.e., they did not place all items in the package). After emailing, the problem was not resolved. The advice they gave me did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. Poor customer service. I was not given all of the products that I had purchased online. And I was not reimbursed for the products that I did not receive. So, I was charged triple for one product. I would not recommend buying anything from this store.

I have been looking for some aftershave for hubbie, I wanted the big bottle and the prices in the shops were a lot more than I wanted to pay. Started searching online, found this chemist and the price. Found the same product and size on a very well know site beginning with "A" however had mixed reviews about the authenticity. So I called Landys Chemist as the price was very similar, spoke to a nice friendly lady, I asked her straight if he aftershave was genuine, to which she gave me the answer and justified the excellent price. Having done several hours of research trying to get the best price I could, I ordered the item from Landys. Arrived today which was quick, received updated from Royal Mail on the delivery process.

Have to say how thrilled I am! It's just like buying it from a large well know store beginning with "B" however cheaper, and I didn't even have to leave the house.

I made my order on Saturday and got slightly worried after checking back my account on Landys Chemist website where I saw no updates 2 days after. I then checked the reviews on here and got even more worried as here there are so many negative reviews. Anyways I received my order on Tuesday which was super fast, product was amazing and I cannot understand why poeple are giving bad reviews. Please do not be put off as my experience was really good and I usually do not write reviews but i thought it would be only fair to share my positive experience!

As a customer of 28+ years I have found Landys ,to be helpful, caring and understanding. Though its six miles from where I live, I still prefer to go there , they add a personal touch to their service.

I have ordered online 2 bottle of shampoo, after 9 days still waiting for them. I had to call after 8 days because no news received from the seller and no one answered me from the online department, I have talked to a lady which told me the day next they would call me...again day later no news until 3 pm when I have emailed them and they have answered me the deliver will arrive in the next 5 days....unbelievable! But it is not still all....after checking my mobile I have realised the number they have for client is a special telephone number which charged me 5 pound for roughly 6-7 minutes of call. So my shampoo will cost me a 35% more than in other online shop, definitely great deal for this shop. Never again buying from them

I placed an order for 3 pack of 4 but 3 packs of 2 were sent that took time to arrive, I emailed them no response; then phoned through the customer service apologised and said will respond to the email BUT COULD NOT SEND THE RIGHT ONE, in addition no response till now; totally ridiculous.

Your reply is outrageous you sent the paperwork for me to send the oral b heads back after I complained through PayPal, and what the hell do you mean that I work for a competitor and perhaps trying to take advantage ; totally despicable. I work in one of the offices in the same building and the pharmacy kindly allow me sometimes to accept my mails. Please do not make judgments based on assumptions. By the way you are the one who advertised online that oral b heads for kids of 4 in a pack and said that it was discounted then sent the 2 heads pack instead; luckily I made the payment through PAYPAL otherwise with your reply probably would have taken forever for this to be sorted. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

Had a flu jab here a couple of years ago. Very helpful but considerably more expensive than Boots, which I only found out later. Then again, you cannot put a price on good health.

Don't waste your time with this lot. Totally unreliable. They don't answer phone or email and only respond when given a poor review and then claim it's not their fault. Absolutely no customer service.
Look at Trustpilot reviews for all the evidence regarding this shower!!
I find it remarkable that in this day and age you put so much more effort in replying to poor reviews and then none whatsoever in providing a prompt and timely service for online orders. You seem to believe that late delivery or failure to answer phone or email is perfectly acceptable. It's very obvious that in most cases where you have received a poor review it is your lack of communication with your customers that is at the root cause of their and indeed my own total dissatisfaction with your service.
Your attitude in replying to my review speaks volumes -- it's only a day late, it's only a hair brush. Need I say more! I - I hope not.

More then 30 days and I haven't received my product yet, very disappointing... I sent a few e-mails reporting the fault, I was told that they would sent me another one, but after 3 weeks complaining, I still don't have my product...

Friendly, helpful staff. Quite quick for prescriptions. However, I got my ears pierced here in 2010 and the earring design had a bell-shaped back which got clogged with dirt and my piercing then got slightly infected and I had to take out the earring earlier than I should have. Would not recommend Landy's for piercing - anyway it is best to get needle rather than gun piercings as guns are harder to sterilise. Furthermore, the pharmacist gave me a homeopathic cream for my acne which did not help at all.

Landys is great! I can't wait for my products to finish so I can order again. They had the best price online and a very nice customer service. After I placed my order I needed to change a cream, very responsive to my email Mitesh changed it in the same day, not affecting my delivery. I highly reccomend!

I used the website to order some Vitamins, I found it easy to navigate and it was simple to place the order. The Vitamins arrived on time and were extremely well packaged! Will be using the store again.

I ordered perfume money taken order not recieved phoned monday explained was a special present already late told it would be sent straight away on 48hr and should recieve wednesday just phoned again told oh dear not helpful now got to wait for refund. Not great service loke i told staff shouldnt be doin internet orders if cant cope told only her there really not impressed

Price was good but perhaps look elsewhere if you're in a hurry because it took 13 days (!) for my order to turn up, including an extra weekend lost because Royal Mail failed to deliver and didn't leave a card which meant I had to opt for re-delivery instead of next day collection. Website is poor, i.e. no prominent warning about long delivery times, and some pages are missing a submit button so cannot be used. So 3* because they lose one star per irritant.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEMIST!!! I bought some eye serum that was defective -the product had no batch or expiry date and when I tried to use it the product was attached like glue to the stopper! Asked to return it as faulty and they have been very awkward to say the least -despite the Law saying they have to refund me as I returned it as faulty within 28 days of purchase. Several emails later still no refund and the excuses continue, they haven't opened it yet, not inspected it yet even though they've had it now for several days, still no refund, no aplology just ongoing rudeness as others have experienced too. If they do reply to this I'm sure you'll see the tone of how they deal with customers who want to return faulty goods.
