Excellent real estate agent, Sonja helped me super at the time with the purchase of my apartment in Arnhem!

Dolron is recommended. Our apartment was sold in no time and bought a house from their own network. Really feel that Anita has taken an extra step so that there was certainly a chance for us in this difficult housing market.

In the higher price range, Dolron has moderate knowledge and understanding of the market in certain areas. The brokerage appears passive and masters insufficient psychological knowledge to approach potential buyers. The support during the negotiation is poor. No recommendation.

The contact is pleasant and smooth. Contact with the ladies in the office in terms of, for example, planning and administration was excellent!
The broker himself is great, clear and honest. And the other ones too
contact persons and real estate agents that we had contact with within the office were great to work with and also thought along nicely!
We are so satisfied that they are now our buying agent for the next property. 10/10

Great broker with good knowledge on the housing market. You can go with all your questions. Search and think along with the customer.

Erg onprofessioneel, komen niet terug op gedane mail. Maken het af met een vlotte babbel wat kant nog wal raakt.

First viewing went well, but we found the process of looking a second time, additional questions, the bidding process and communication with the broker to be very chaotic. Contact was difficult, no open communication and no feeling that we (as potential buyers) mattered. Broker lets the days fly by without responding.

Onlangs heb ik zowel mijn huis verkocht als een appartement aangekocht met bemiddeling van Anita van den Brink. Ik ben heel tevreden over de zorgvuldige en klantvriendelijke benadering van zowel Anita, als haar collega's op kantoor.
Het is de bedoeling dat ik heel lang op mijn nieuwe plek blijf wonen, maar mocht het anders zijn, dan zal ik zeker weer voor Dolron kiezen.
