Quite frankly terrible online experience with this...

Quite frankly terrible online experience with this company, i placed an order on the 15 October 2019, by the 21 October I still had received nothing. Rang to chase, they admitted they didn't actually have the product in stock (not disclosed at the time of order) and was advised it would be delivered by Thursday 24 October. As of 28 October I still had received nothing, rang to chase (again) had a conversation with a very curt individual when I explained I had not received my item yet, they said they still hadn't received any stock. Asked for a full refund. terrible communication throughout and alot of wasted time, I'd recommend you buy from a more organised retailer.
