Even though dealerships get a bad rap when it cones to service, Star is an exception!! I had a warranty claim which was not as clear-cut as it should ve been. They went above and beyond the call of duty and took care of everything. Angela Tomlinson is the best customer rep there is!

Went to Star Chrysler earlier yesterday and my experience was great. Brian Perez was such a huge help, he was attentive, answered all of my questions and was super patient with us. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to go buy a car.

I went in to have my oil changed like I always do and Teresa the service advisor informed me that it was time for my tires to be rotated also. And if I liked for my engine power flush which I could wait on till I come in for my next oil change. I told her to go ahead an do the engine power flush now. When Teresa informed me that it was time for my engine power flush she also told me that I could also wait for the engine flush till the next time I come in for my oil change. Teresa was friendly, polite and professional while serving me with my car. I appreciate the service advisors because push or try to sell you something that you don't need. I bought my car from Star in 2007 and I only go the service center to have my car serviced. And my Chrysler 300 stills runs like its new.

I had a good experience in getting a new car today. Jc paulino helped me get the best price I really like them.

Jeep had a recall on it.... they told me I had to take it before 8am, and they usually work on recalla last... so why keep my vehicle all day? Then they say they will call me to pick it up...i waited until closing time and they never called...it was Friday afternoon... so I called and they say they about to close, I can go collect vehicle in 15 mins but they don't have paper work that they fix recall, I have to go back....i even sure if they did anything..... and when you call them, you have to wait forever.....
I had better experience with Burnside jeep service... they tell you exactly what time to go, and they take Care of vehicle... you don't have to leave it all day.

I ve been shopping for a car for a month went to several jeep dealership was getting nowhere a lot of waiting for nonsense back-and-forth one time I spent 2 1/2 hours just to get a price And then it happened again the same amount of time.
Afterwhile I left it all to my husband he got a quote from Star I did not go I was exhausted from it I wanted someone to just be honest he came home with a smile on his face he seems to be very happy he spoke to Robert and Brian Perez so I finally went and we wrap things up so quickly very honest and friendly so worth it we picked up the car Friday I was so pleased with it. Went in to get a potential lease for a Dodge Durango and was informed a price of 4K over the phone and have evidence of text as well. When I got there they doubled the price we discussed and was a huge disappointment. Never coming back here again.

I have been coming to Star for many years... I will only get my cars through them and I travel all the way from Riverdale in The Bronx...They have excellent sales people willing to go the extra mile for me.... Thanks to all of you! I want to thank Zaire Coore for his service and hard work helping me find the car I wanted. The car was sold as I had to come back with the proper paperwork, it was my fault for not leaving a down payment. I am still interested in another car, but I will keep in contact with Zaire when I am ready.

Walked in to just ask questions and see what my options were, I was given the opportunity to speak to Mr. Shakim Butler. Now this is a man of his word, he promised no long wait to receive my new car, he explained all features of the car in full detail. Within 2.5 hours i was leaving the lot. The entire staff was friendly, and engaged in conversations even when Shakim had to attend to my paperwork. Great work Shakim you are indeed a man of your word.
PS. not to forget Mr.Persaud who also assisted with finalizing the deal.

The best dealership in town by far they sat with me for days and hours to get me the best deal possible and they made it happen for me. The service from the management team was outstanding. When you go ask for Sheldon he'll work his hardest to get you in the car of your dreams within your budget.

Loved our experience here! My dad takes a lot of convincing when it comes to cars. Brian was so patient and took all the extra time to go over all the features of the car and even explaining things through the test drive. My sales rep, Javier made this a great experience. He went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted for a great price, beating out all Jeep dealers in the area. One dealer said it was impossible but Javier made it happen. Staff and administration were incredibly nice and helpful.

Waaaaay overpriced, came to lease Charger gave me ridiculous price, I said I'm going to put money down brought me new price which was 200 more at the end with no down. What a joke. Then manager came talked a bit about price so he Sent me home to do some research. I couldn't believe it, like this is the last place on earth who selling new cars...
Don't know who leaves 5 stars cuz this place has ton of bad reviews.

First time there and leased a new car. The process was quick and efficient and I was able to drive away with my new car a day after the purchase. Definitely recommended if you don't want to spend long hours at a dealership.

Stopped in here because my father in law was fascinated with the Hellkat. Salespeople were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional even though they knew we were not looking to purchase.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible service. Real shady dealers. Only tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy any car then take long to issue refunds. I wish I never came here. DO NOT go to this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 2nd car Durango i purchased from Chris Lewis always was a honest and professional sale man. He became more like family for the past 3 years. Always checked in with me to see how my 2015 durango limited was treating me and he look me out of the car and put me in a 2018 durango gt taking care of all of my remanding leasing payments. Worst experience ever bought a 2011 dodge caravan 30,900 miles one previous owner. Not even Three months later needed new transmission put in, and nine months into the car and it's been problem after problem. They refuse to change my vehicle being I was sold a lemon. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle this is not the place to go. Spoke to an attorney who specializes in this area any interested in a law suit please leave a response I will put you in contact with my attorney.

brought car in for service wasn't told my car would be held for 4 days. no loaner car option. car was held hostage. also ordered new key and was told i would get a call when it came. no call. 4 months later still no key. for me it was horrible experience. hope it was just my case or doubt they'll be around for long

Bought my truck here 2 years ago. Got it serviced the other day.. no complaints. Prices are prices when it comes to cars. But they were very honest and upfront about what costs what and what actually needed to be done and what didn't.

This place does not even deserve any stars! My husband and I were sold a used SUV that was supposedly in "good condition" etc. Not even within 2 months we had to change the brakes, our AC was not working and our battery went dead not to mention the battery remote on keys went dead as well and we were given 2 faulty ones we had to replace with Hyundai who has helped us out alot with the damage on this car that star screwed us over with and I don't usually ever leave comments about places but I just had to with the horrible experience with this scam of a place who only wants your money. I already found it fishy with a used car being almost $30,000 with a $5,000 down payment when my credit is great so for your own good do not buy a car from here they will just screw you over like they did to us and it's not even worth it. Star absolutely sucks!!!!

look closely at contract, make sure everything is in writing- if the salesperson is saying your getting something get it in writing!!! I wouldn't recommend but if you do go make sure everything is written down they play games

Would give zero stars if possible. They are the nicest people prior to purchasing a car. Once you purchase a car from this dealership, it is impossible to speak to someone who doesn't sound miserable and like they are getting ready to jump over the edge. It is impossible to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about, or even cares to do a little bit of ground work to get an answer to a question. I called in and spoke to one person, and they said I can take my car in to be serviced free of charge as the car is still under warranty. My wife spoke to someone else and that person said the car is not covered under warranty anymore. This is the first review I am leaving ever, but they have pushed and pushed, and now enough is enough. I have had several terrible experiences with this dealership and it is impossible to get into contact with management. I purchased a 2017 Maxima from this dealership that was advertised as a Platinum, but in fact, isn't even an S model. When I first went to see my car, I checked, and the SD card was in the car (the SD card is used for navigation, saving settings in the car, etc.), and when I left the dealership, the SD card was gone. When I called to find out about the SD card, I was told that the manager of the Sales Dept will call me back. Never heard from him. Called back several times, and it was either the Sales Manager will call me back or he wasn't in. Sent several emails, but no response. I even went in a few times and was told that the Sales Manager was not in. I let that issue go. I try to find out what is actually covered under the bumper to bumper coverage, and yet again, no response from anyone. I have called several times, but no one knows anything. I was also told the same thing, the Sales Manager is not in or he will call me back. I let that issue go. I am not trying to get my car service, and it seems no one knows what that means or entails. One person says the car is covered under warranty and I can take the car in for servicing free of charge, while another person says the warranty is expired and I will have to pay. I do not know what to do anymore under than going to the dealership and storming into the Sales Manager's office to get a straight answer and some decent help. With all of that said, please avoid this dealership at all costs as they are all thieves. They have welcoming faces when you want to buy a car, but they are wolves in sheep clothing

The most horrible hardened criminal operation at Star Chrysler Dodge. They ran my credit six times without my approval. They tried to steal $85k from several banks on my credit for a $58k MSRP priced 2018 Dodge Durango Hemi RT custom built which took these IDIOTS three months to deliver. Then these unemployable losers drove the SUV on a dirt trail for a joy ride and crashed, destroying the driver side front. They put miles on my vehicle which wasn't even ordered to my specification. Destroyed my credit because of they're dirty filthy little swamp adventure. And they still have the b@lls on them to demand I purchase they're used junk.

Get e v e r y t h i n g they promise you in writing because they are very vague in their sale pitch. They yes you to death, rush you to close the deal and when you realize they screwed you it is too late.

My experience with Teresa Hynes, the service advisor was GREAT! She is a lovely person and kept me up to date with the progress the service people were making with my car. I will deffinetely service my car there again!
