I'm useing this Landy"s chemist over 20 years for my self and 3 members of my family. I'm very happy with service.

What an outstanding service! I placed an order for some Solgar vitamins and they arrived within a day and were well wrapped. Definitely be using the service again.

Always good value price on black opium. I always purchase from here. Quick delivery and well packaged.

Always xlnt products (Aftershaves). Some of the best on-line prices. Customer service was good with my last product. Arrive in 2 days. FAB. I shop here regular and sometimes parcel will take time and despatch e-mails can be late and may not get instant order notice thru e-mail but this is starting to happen everywhere i shop on line?.I will defo recommend llandy chemist and appropiatly call it KOSHE. NARR MEAN BRO.

Fantastic Service. Ordered a perfume on Sunday evening and received delivery on Wednesday. Free delivery and arrived by recorded delivery. Really pleased.

Ordered Armani code on line this was the cheapest offer following research.
I was a bit dubious as I hadn t used them before. Not only was it free delivery the cheapest I could get the item it also arrived promptly mich earlier than expected. Very pleased with the service and will certainly use them again

Extremely poor service. No sign of delivery for order placed online. It is almost 1 week. Had to call them to chase the order. Selling goods which are NOT in stock. Extremely poor service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE. AVOID AT ALL COST

Landys Chemist is a very efficient company to deal with. The orders were sent out very quickly and the contact with them from order to delivery was very good. I can't comment of the item I purchased as it is too soon to know what benefits it will have.

Ordered from this site, but order was NOT as placed/promised. They took my money but conveniently "forgot" to credit me back the difference when one of the items I ordered was completely missing from the shipment, with no apology, no explanation. They think that sending 6 out of 7 items which I ordered is adequate and I should be grateful for what I got. In what world is 85% of your whole order adequate??!! Then they refused to send me any replacement and only gave me back the money which I was owed without giving me any other consideration for my trouble. And be forewarned as they charge 20 pounds "flat rate" for int'l shipping but then reserve the right to edit your order at their discretion. Since there is no guarantee they will ship you what you ordered, it makes the cost about the same as an order from a slightly more expensive but more reliable seller with free shipping. Take my advice and save yourself the headache...don't order from this site as the customer service was horrendous and disgustingly rude (see his answer below). Note: from the other review, it looks like they have done this before...no phone calls, no warning, and only a refund if they see fit. Shame on you, this is such sloppy and shady business practice.

Update: 6/30/15: My review is 100% accurate, Mitesh, you are the total liar as you cannot refute a single thing I have said above since it's exactly what happened to me. We both know you didn't refund my money until I had to send YOU an email ASKING for it. Sorry that you have no idea at all how to run a legitimate business. You are the rude and unprofessional one...you tried to steal my money, even if it was as you claim an "accident." That is a fact which you cannot refute. I have every right to express my honest opinion on here, and sending me threatening and harassing emails will not change that. You should focus on fixing your own crappy customer service and stop harassing unsuspecting and honest customers. I am sorry you ever got a penny of my money so I will make sure every one else can see what they are getting into when they do "business" with you.

Website has a fault. Tried calling. Was told 'yeah well, we are actually a pharmacy see? If you want anything online call back tomorrow, ok?' Not a good advert, either website or phone manner

Went in looking for a specific product and though they didn't have it any longer, the clerk was happy to help recommend a different one.

Really good experience. No complaints. Ordered item on Monday morning, received it by tracked delivery service on Wednesday.

I have been to Landys twice this week to collect prescriptions for neighbours who can't get out and buy essential pharmacy supplies. On both occasions the staff wre helpful, kind and professional. I can't thank them enough for being such a brilliant phanrmacy and chemist.

Haven't got my items,not arrived as promised. Don't bother ordering items from them as they don't arrive as promised, still waitinging for them. Will never ordered from them again

Order was delivered very quickly and well packaged.

Waited more than a week for 3 items and then only 2 arrived. When I questioned it, I was told that the 3rd item was out of stock. Landys never let me know this but took my money without delivering. I will never use this supplier again - service is terrible. I d give zero stars if I could.
