This is my second review for the same order (the first one, given a couple of weeks ago wasn't published, so perhaps I'll keep getting invites to write a review until it's a good one!). My order was made late November for a Clarins product. My order status was updated to say it had been despatched but nothing arrived for 8 days (everything I ordered from other suppliers arrived in the meantime) - Royal Mail Track & Trace stated they were still waiting for the package from Landys. Referred it to Landys - they said probably lost in the post & would enquire/send replacement.
Nothing heard for a couple of days, sent email, no reply. Rang Landys and they said it had been lost by Royal Mail and the item was out of stock so so I couldn't have a replacement. They processed a refund and I had to purchase the item 2 weeks late at greater cost than I could have ordered it from an alternative store for. Looking at other reviews it looks like this happens alot. I would not bother considering Landys again, they are a waste of time.
