From sales to service avoid this place, make the drive to Broomfield. Sales person doesn t know anything about the vehicles and then management just makes the excuse they are new. Um maybe have someone more senior help and make the sales person go look at the vehicles they are going to sell. Really bad first impression! No spare key provided and now still over 2 months still no key. Took the vehicle for service because it was making weird noises and shifter didn t work and it was there since Friday 9am and didn t hear a word until 4 because I reached out and was told it would not be ready until Tuesday. Really? Where is the communication and no loaner car. Seriously the worst! Management doesn t care or even comprehend how frustrating from purchase to service this has been.
