I think the only positive experience I had was the delicious hot chocolate I had while I patiently waited for the car I wanted to test drive came back from a very long drive from a bank run. I gave 1 star based on the TERRIBLE service experience I had. This may have been the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I was extremely interested a car and was in need of a car asap since I did a private sale and had no vehicle. Needless to say, my sales rep was off on Thursday and told me to come in Friday cause his day off is Thursday and he did not want to split the commish with someone else. To sum up my story, the car sold on Thursday. The sales rep was going to see what he could do to get me into a newer model and never called back. Two thumbs down for the service!

I found the same vehicle down the street at Ralph Schomp and was treated beyond great! Not only did they get me in the car I wanted without any hassle, but I got into it at a lower sticker price, miles, and APR. So, on a positive note, thanks land rover for the terrible service because my friends at Schomp were a true pleasure and I got more bang for my buck!
