The people at Bellevue Land Rover are very nice. Unfortunately they are very disorganized and there is very poor coordination between Sales and Service departments. I have purchased a new Range Rover Sport and have had to go to the store 4 times to some after additions to my vehicle purchased at time of sale that originally I was told would be 1-2 days. First trip was to get my temp license plate they did not install in my original pickup. . Second trip to get my running boards and Exterior paint protections added. After one day they shared the parts would not be in for another week as Sales had not notified service properly. Third trip was a 1-2 day scheduled appointment for the running boards and exterior protection package. It took 5 days and then found they did the wrong exterior package. Now scheduled for November 6 to get the correct exterior package added. This has been frustrating at best and while the people are friendly, the management coordination is poor. I get numerous automated emails asking of experience and asking if they can do anything better. Unfortunately the computer does not coordinate with the Sales promises and commitments to the service department. I am sure it will get resolved, but my time and energy where I live 40 minutes away on a non traffic day is less than optimal. I am not one to write negative reviews or complain, but am hopeful this review will prewarn others of the issues one may expect.
