I made an appointment a month in advance to replace an oxygen sensor on my gorgeous XF, and to install a set of mudguards. I arrived at 7:30 am, the first one that day.

After being told it would take 4 hours??? I had no choice but to wait,

Finally, after 8 hrs. the car was ready. I was told that as the oxygen sensor was not covered by the warranty, when in fact it was, I had to pay $460. After I was about to call Jaguar Central Customer Service it was promptly rectify that, indeed the car was still under warranty.

That weekend I was planning to buy a Evoque SUV. I did buy a Cadillac SRX somewhere else instead.
