We ordered a new Ford Fusion Titanium Energi. Took delivery yesterday. They were thoughtful and thorough. Much appreciated. The car has performed flawlessly since. We made it all the way home, with two stops on all electric power.

I am military and deployed out of Kansas. My daughter s car had mechanical problems in Topeka and I called Laird Noller and they saw my daughter s car that day and repaired it on the spot. And this was close to closing time. Their service is outstanding and the repair cost was minimal.

Amazing experience with Gene Glass. I live in Los Angeles and saw an SUV online that I was interested in. I snet an inquiry to Laird Noller, was contacted by Gene and he did 3 zoom video calls with myself and my wife so we could see the car. Before the third zoom call he had the car detailed so we could make sure there were no issues with the car. Gene went above and beyond to make us comfortable purchasing a car that we couldn't see in person. He is hard working and extremely trustworthy. Buying a car can be a daunting experience, especially when buying one halfway across the country. Gene made this a pleasant experience and I appreciate all that he did.

They didn't have exactly what we were looking for. But they kept looking for about 2 Hours before we quit. It must not be available, that happens, have plenty of time, no rush so looking till we find the right one.

Laird Noller had my company vehicle for 3 weeks. ...

Laird Noller had my company vehicle for 3 weeks. I picked it up today and made a stop at Walmart and came back to a dead battery. Would of been nice to know I needed to drive longer to charge my battery back up. Stranded in a parking lot as I type this. Service person tells me I need to call Ford Roadside service which won't be covered since I'm past warranty.......I just want a jump start but their not set up for it. The service person told me to hold on because he had been waiting on hold on another call for 10 minutes.

Went for an oil change and quotes on multiple parts and installations. First time I ve ever been. Dropped it off 2 hours early for them. My appointment was @ 10am. They sent me the text where I could text them at anytime for an update. 2 hours passed and I texted because I thought it was taking a while. No response. 2 more hours later @ 2 pm I called and was told it was done. Where was my phone call? Do we just not call people anymore? Then I went the next day to get it, it was dirty. Covered in what I think was tire rubber smudge. Never did I get any quotes either. Bad experience all around. Maybe they will make it up to me and I ll change my review, but as of now I am severely disappointed. Ironic, they sent me the request for this review via email or I never would have vented here today. Step up Laird Noller Ford.

Aaron Rowe made my buying experience at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka the best buying experience I could have asked for. He asked me what I wanted in a vehicle and then went out and found it...he didn't try to sell me what he thought I wanted. From finding my F150 to closing the deal, he kept me up on what was happening and the personalized attention that he provided was beyond anything I could have imagined! Thank you to Aaron and his team for making this a memorable experience! On top of the experience in buying my vehicle, I continue to receive follow-up calls to make sure everything is going as I expected...NO ONE else does that! I had an appointment to get 2 new tires, took almost 2 hours and cost $10 more per tire, with a discount, than when I bought the exact same tire a year ago. Staff is friendly but very busy. The technicians always do an excellent job which ultimately is what really matters, if I was just rating them they d get 5 stars.

Just recently had a bit of a bumpy experience with the service department but the service manager called me and apologized and even gave me a couple free oil changes. That s the sign of a good business to me and we ll continue to use Laird Noller going forward.

Thanks to him, his integrity, and his willingness to care about helping people -- not simply making a sale -- my son is driving a great car as he begins his college career at KU. They have taken care of my 2017 Expedition for the last year and have never had any issues with the service it gets. They do what it needs and haven't asked for unneeded services at any time. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to use them for repairs and service on my Expedition.

We had a top notch buying experience. Cordaryl was very knowledgeable about the technology advances in the C-Max, answered our questions by cell-phone over the weekend even though he was out of town, and worked well with other members of the Laird Noller team. We were never made to feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Cordaryl was very easy to work with and helped coordinate a trade at a reasonable value through the used affiliate at the same location. Pat helped us to get exactly the color and features we wanted and avoid options we didn't need by bringing in a vehicle from another dealership. Morgan was excellent at explaining the service plan options and getting additional information on them. We haven't used the maintenance/service facilities yet but were introduced to those employees -- they keep a very clean and professional looking facility with convenient in and out. A shuttle service to work is available for when you can't wait for work to be completed. I owned a Ford once before and had a very good experience with how their dealerships are run and the quality of their service --but had to find out the hard way that not all shops under other brands are equally reliable. With the quality of workmanship and innovative technology features in Ford's today, coupled with a commitment to top notch customer service, it would be a mistake not to give them a look before you decide on a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus new from Laird Noller. Jimmy Brough was the salesperson I dealt with. I have purchased several new cars on my own from Topeka dealerships. Mr. Brough was the first salesman I have ever dealt with that treated me with respect and dignity. As a woman I have been turned off by salesmen who have not treated me with the same respect and dignity as Jimmy Brough. He has and continues to be available for any question I have about the car. He personally took care of the needed items I had purchased for the car. I would recommend him to any of my friends with no hesitation.

Wait to bring car around...not the smoothest hand off...usually I rate Noller A+...this trip was a B-...

Great place, great customer service. My grandmother and I went in from out of town with a flat tire early in the morning and they were already busy. Nicole in the service department was helpful and pleasant right away. Patricia took great care of us even calling the dealership in Colorado to get the warranty information. We had a while wait, but the lounge is very comfortable and everyone there was helpful and smiling. Left with a great experience and so happy they were on our way. Thanks!

My experience with purchasing our used F150 through Laird Noller was more the exception than the rule, no hard sales and Jason actually listened to my questions and followed through on items of concern. I am not one that cares to have someone tell me how great a deal I am getting, I believe I can tell a fair deal from one that is not. I never heard any of that noise from Jason, I believe that he and Lair Noller treated me straight-up.

Sales department is super nice though haven't bought a car there. Parts and service are like most American car dealers. Decent, clean. They don't have as much knowledge of special feature cars as I would like in parts service (ST, RS, Raptor, GT350 etc) though it is in area that doesn't probably sell a lot of them. I usually go here to get my Ford product serviced, they are usually fair in pricing, but I have had a problem in the past getting an accurate estimate on a wheel bearing replacement, ended up having Yingling's do it, because they gave me firm price. I don't like the fact Laird Noller Ford will charge you labor to replace a battery that you bought from them. For example an Auto parts store won't charge you labor to replace your battery. I do like "The Works" Oil Change, I believe this is an excellent value compared to other places. I don't like there new appointment system, seems to take a long time to get my car in. The Service Advisor told me the day I had my vehicle serviced they had service around 150 vehicles that day. So it sounds to me like they are a really busy Service Department.

We arrived at this dealership after driving two hours for an appointment to get a car from a different dealer. When we arrived at the other dealer (Lewis Toyota) they had sold the car 20 minutes prior. We were very disappointed in that experience, since they knew we were coming for that car (especially from so far away), but headed to Laird Noller anyway- honestly in horrible moods. We were greeted by Rick Jackson, who was so understanding and never pushy. He helped us look around and only showed us cars we were actually interested in. He worked within our budget and even searched for cars at sister shops in other towns, where he would not have any compensation reason to do so. We ended up finding our perfect car from him and they worked out an amazing deal with us. We also worked with the manager, Christian, at the store on Kansas and the financial manager- all of whom were extremely helpful, never pushy, and so kind. Even though this dealer was two hours away, we have already recommended them to several friends who are car shopping. We will be working with them exclusively for all of our future car needs. Thank you for being so accommodating and pleasant, Laird Noller!!
