Had a simple oil change and a complicated electrical problem with camera. No one else could fix camera. Rollie kept me informed and ultimately treated me fairly and charged me reasonably. Thank you! I will be back.

He has a great attitude and very positive to be around. He is the reason we came back to this dealership a second time a year later. Went to test drive a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, the frame was broken and bent, there was no oil in the motor. None of this was disclosed and to the untrained eye it would be hard to find. They have not taken it off the sales lot after me saying that the truck was a danger to the public

After three weeks of following up I quit, if they can t return phone calls I definitely don t want to work for them

Brought my vehicle in for regular scheduled maintenance. Had an appointment at 8:00 a.m., left the vehicle and requested a shuttle to work. Had to wait for the shuttle for at least 20 minutes before a sales associate, Gene offered to take me to work. This was going above and beyond of his duties, and was greatly appreciated. Received a call at 9:00 a.m. from Rick indicating that my vehicle was ready. Also went into details about items checked during the visit. Called to be picked up by the shuttle to retrieve my vehicle. The driver was on time and very courteous. Highly recommend Laird Noller Service Department!

Did my service fine. Customer service kids never asked if I needed assistance. Truck didn't get washed. My windshield is cracked from top to 2/3 up and never offered an estimate.

Recently took a 16 Lincoln into Service department on emergency. Chad Hight accommodated my auto with Professionalism, respect, and due diligence to great service. Got the auto diagnosed and fixed within a day in a half. Well done staff and Chad with complete knowledge of tough issues. Kiddos!!!

Aside from their lackluster sales department, their "service" section is horrible. They had my Stratus for a week...to change a water pump. They broke my drive train in the process, proceeded to JB Weld it, and then tried to tell me they couldn't guarantee the work. When I explained that it was unacceptable for a barely literate high school dropout to set those conditions, I suddenly got a guarantee.

Seriously, folks, you'd be better off driving your car into the Kansas River and having the fish check under your hood, than taking your car to these idiots.

I had been planning to buy a car in the near future, but my former car broke down on a Friday evening, and I was forced to get a new car on that Saturday morning, no other choices, before I went to work. I contacted Eric Houser, and he got everything ready as speedily as possible and I was able to get in and out with a great car at a great price, and made it to work on time! I can't say enough about how he bent over backwards to work with me. Truthfully, I felt like a pain in the rear for most of the process because I was being so needy, but Eric got me taken care of. I texted the sales person ("Ogre"), he politely asked me to keep usage to a minimum and bring it in at my first chance to swap-up. I upgraded, however had a problem because I lost some rebates with the higher trim. They worked to beat every dealership between KC and Manhattan. I am greatly impressed.

He explained everything to me that was done and made it easy to understand. My experience with Laird Noller Ford was great. Thanks for all you did.

Had to have my windshield replaced. Took it to Jayhawk and they put it in wrong and it leaked really bad. Took it back. Still didn t fix it. One of the guys was rude so decided to go to Laird Noller Ford. Worked with Caitlyn. She was very understanding. Got my vehicle right in. They explained to me what was wrong and even took pictures to show me. They reset the windshield and replaced the A pillar columns (that Jayhawk had glued on). Everything turned out great. No leaks. Excellent customer service by Caitlyn. Thanks For the great job and taking care of my windshield issues.

Had a problem with my F150, and we were traveling, from out of town. They worked us right in. Took quite a while to troubleshoot and the fix was fast. Best part, they checked and had the work done under my power train warranty! Great experience!

This was the best experience I've ever had buying anything. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and truly had my best interests in mind. I came in with a tricky past vehicle situation, but Bryan George helped me through the whole process and never pressured me at any point. I will definitely be back in the future!

So I actually bought my car from Lewis Toyota. When I took my car to Lewis because it was misfiring. LEWIS said sorry. Nothings wrong with it. After throwing a fit, I had them re-check it. Of course, only then did they find an issue. But still they couldn't diagnose it. They took it to Laird Noller, because they had the correct computer to diagnose the problem. I had bought a 3800 platinum warranty with Lewis. They then told me sorry...again. The carbon issue I was having wasn't a covered service. My cruise control didn't work either. But they would cover that. But they weren't going to fix themselves. They'll just have Laird do it. Which honestly....after the BS I got from Lewis....I didn't want them touching my car anyways. Not only did Laird fix my cruise control, they also tore my car apart and fixed my carbon issue free of charge. So, I'm giving Travis and his excellent crew a high five. Travis has been kind, compassionate and professional the whole time. Thanks Laird Noller. You got you a customer for life.

I was looking to purchase a new F-150 with a specific list of features included. Lance Noriega at Laird Noller found the exact truck I was looking for, gave me a great offer on my trade so I didn't have to finance a vehicle I needed to pay off before the end of the year, and the price was right where I said I'd like to be when I sat down with him.

The truck he found was on a lot in Kansas City, they had it in Topeka the next day. It arrived on their lot a short time before I came to pick it up, and Lance went down to the service dept to help finish detailing the truck so my wife and I didn't have to wait any longer than we needed to. This will be the first (and probably only) dealer I head to for my next vehicle. Very professional, straight forward, and helpful.

First of all I want to Give Thanks to Jordan for all the time and patience with all my questions I had about repair, cost etc.. He even had the repair completed on B-day 2/3!!! I had returned to the body shop a couple of times that afternoon with few more questions and he was very patient and resolved both concerns quickly!!! I had my SUV towed there on 1/14 and was initially greeted by Tucker, who reassured me that all will be well, and then walked me through the process for the repair. JoAnn always greets you with a big smile and makes you feel at home. I don't know the names of the people who did the body work and paint job, but I want to say Great Job!!! It was in pristine "Showroom" quality when I drove it home, then the snow came. Thanks to everyone for your great service!!!

Started out with a positive experience, but is declining quickly. Purchased a used vehicle, on the drive home found out the passenger side headlight wouldn't dim. Called them in the morning and used cars says not our problem call service. Set up appointment for service, they determine what the problem is, bad ballast, but inform me that initially used cars doesn't want to pay to fix it. They will call me when part comes in and take care of it.
That was two weeks ago. I have since been told part is on national back order, couldn't I just buy non OEM parts and repair myself. Buyer beware.
Update-
Noller called Monday morning and scheduled repair. Made me very happy, due to unforeseen circumstances they ended up with the vehicle longer than anticipated. But they fixed the initial problem, only for another problem to develop. Service advisor has promised prompt repair and compensation. I am much happier than intial review. Thanks for trying to remedy the problem.

Bought a car 2016 car from them in May of this year ( so roughly 4 months) and the transmission is failing. Am waiting to see what they say Monday morning. Gave them two stars right now because i am disgusted with them at the moment. JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER, SAYS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. SAID A DR ISNT PERFECT, SOMETIMES PEOPLE DIE AND IT IS THE SAME WITH CARS. WILL NOT BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. HAPPY TO KNOW THAT LAIRD NOLLER FORD DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR INVENTORY.

They staff at this place even the first time is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed...

Forget all the millions of reasons you ve heard why not to take your car to the dealership. let me give you a few reasons as to why you should. And more importantly and pacifically why you should bring your car to THIS location.. I took my car in because my transmission was starting to act a little bit sticky. Knowing these types of issues can get really pricey really quickly. Mixed with the fact that I ve been taken advantage of by several auto mechanic shops here in town.. well you can understand as to I I was so nervous.. to my surprise I got a friendly call telling me that the transmission was actually covered under warranty and there would be no charge.. they even took care of a couple of other manufacturing recalls that I didn t even know were on the vehicle and I didn t even ask them to. Ever since that day they have a customer for life and I ve taken my car back for everything since! So regardless if you re working with Rollie, Dylan or Rick or anyone else in the service department I can promise you that you are in good hands!! To everyone in the service department that has helped me and worked on my car THANK YOU!!

I was so LUCKY to find Jordan McGillis at Laird Noller. My husband and I were in the process of rebuilding, when we lost a very dear family member, and we needed to find another vehicle. I was just terrified any deal we got was going to be too expensive. Jordan (and Bryan) worked their magic and found us not only a beautiful car that worked for our family, but made the process nearly painless (only painful part was committing to a car payment for the first time in 7 years). He surpassed our expectations and gave us a little hope for the future. No nonsense, no pushy sales tactics, no pressure. He really wanted us to get the best deal. I think when you can find someone who's willing to sit down and have a conversation with you, that doesn't have a thing to do with cars, you've come to the right place. I purchased a 2016 truck last November, although i got lowballed on my trade, i thought i was getting a good deal, which i woulda been, except they failed to mention that the vehicle was hailed out and had pdr done on it, only thing was they forgot to pdr the roof of the truck that i seen the following day after i had already purchased. After calling they denied that they knew anything about being hailed, little did they know i had talked to the previous owner and they knew, they refused to do the pdr for free which would of satisfied me, but said i could pay to have them do it,what a joke, wont be purchasing anything in the future nor reccomending anyone to Laird Noller!

A few days after service, I heard a dragging noise and discovered my wind deflector was not screwed on all the way after they serviced it. Wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in for front end shaking. Had 3 alignments done and was told it was a tire problem. I put new tires on it Monday and it still shakes. I asked Ford to find out the problem. Dropped it off at 7 am. 2 pm rolls around and I haven't heard anything so I text the service team. No response, I called at 2:30 and spoke to Rollie. He states he got the report after lunch and says it is a bad tire after doing a road force test. I go pick up the car he states it is the front RIGHT bad tire. I asked several times are you sure it is the right and not the left from alignment printout it states LEFT. He said it is the RIGHT. Ford states that the tire shop should pay for your bill since it is a bad tire. I was charged $75 to confirm that the car shakes. I was not given a road force printout. I take it to the tire shop and they say it is not the RIGHT tire, it is perfect. Problem is the LEFT front tire. Tire shop says why were you charged from Ford to confirm what you knew. And why didn't Ford spin the tire quarter turn to fix the problem. Ford charge me and did NOT fix the problem. I got tire shop and FORD and the phone together so they could blame each other. I paid FORD to fix the problem and they did NOT and I was not given a road force printout which they told the tire shop they gave me. FORD never gave me a printout, just a blue receipt paper. They had my car for 7 1/2 hours and didn't fix the problem. My are you ASE certified and can't fix the problem? Are they photoshopped?

I ve left the same review on a couple different platforms but I would not recommend going to this dealership, they were quick to get you to the car you want, once you leave the lot they re no longer helpful. We had several manufacturers defects that we got put into a couple year old Ford Fusion after purchasing a brand new explorer, after a several complaints of the vehicle not being as suitable as the vehicle we purchased we finally got put into a similar explorer. After them having our vehicle for almost 2 months out of the first 3 months of owning it, we requested a buy back, which was denied and counter with a sell back at depreciated value. After moving out of Kansas we ve fortunately been able to find a seemingly reliable dealership that has helped us correct the defects. Final words, go to a different for dealer.
