I usually go here to get my Ford product serviced, they are usually fair in pricing, but I have had a problem in the past getting an accurate estimate on a wheel bearing replacement, ended up having Yingling's do it, because they gave me firm price. I don't like the fact Laird Noller Ford will charge you labor to replace a battery that you bought from them. For example an Auto parts store won't charge you labor to replace your battery. I do like "The Works" Oil Change, I believe this is an excellent value compared to other places. I don't like there new appointment system, seems to take a long time to get my car in. The Service Advisor told me the day I had my vehicle serviced they had service around 150 vehicles that day. So it sounds to me like they are a really busy Service Department.
