I ve always had good experiences buying here (3 new vehicles in a row now). Just recently had a bit of a bumpy experience with the service department but the service manager called me and apologized and even gave me a couple free oil changes. That s the sign of a good business to me and we ll continue to use Laird Noller going forward.
