As usual, my appointment was convenient for me, early mornings my preference. The courtesy car was comfortable & clean. The driver was alert to traffic & other "distracted" drivers. He got me home and then returned when my vehicle was ready. Sorry my vehicles exterior was so nasty with the birds' hackberry seeds--got car washed after servicing.
