We had a top notch buying experience. Cordaryl was very knowledgeable about the technology advances in the C-Max, answered our questions by cell-phone over the weekend even though he was out of town, and worked well with other members of the Laird Noller team. We were never made to feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Cordaryl was very easy to work with and helped coordinate a trade at a reasonable value through the used affiliate at the same location. Pat helped us to get exactly the color and features we wanted and avoid options we didn't need by bringing in a vehicle from another dealership. Morgan was excellent at explaining the service plan options and getting additional information on them. We haven't used the maintenance/service facilities yet but were introduced to those employees -- they keep a very clean and professional looking facility with convenient in and out. A shuttle service to work is available for when you can't wait for work to be completed. I owned a Ford once before and had a very good experience with how their dealerships are run and the quality of their service --but had to find out the hard way that not all shops under other brands are equally reliable. With the quality of workmanship and innovative technology features in Ford's today, coupled with a commitment to top notch customer service, it would be a mistake not to give them a look before you decide on a new vehicle.
