I can not within my spirit give a star at all .As I looked over some of the reviews it is proven to me that the service department does not know what they are doing . You have to get some more trained and knowledgeable techs and please have them go to some type of customer service training . It is negative stars for me and I am very disappointed with the service of having my company vehicle come in for the exact same issue 4 times. This has costed my company unnecessary money because each time we had to get the vehicle towed and get rental vehicles . I had my assistant call and I had to call and no one could get use any positive feedback or showed us any concerns . One star because I am unable to give negative stars .
I had a very good experience with the salesman. I wasn't pressured into buying the new truck and I was able to negotiate a fair price for my trade in. I appreciate that the staff stayed late to get everything completed. The only part that I didn't like is the sales approach of the extended warranty. I don't like how it's broken down into monthly payments instead of just telling me the cost of the warranty, I bought the lowest cost warranty just because it was late and I just wanted to get it done. Jimmy was great and fair to work with.
Verbally quoted 250 for plugs. Came to over 600. Charged for parts not used, time not spent, and even for fixing a flat that was quoted to be free. They admitted overcharging and offered to refund 150 dollars. After a month I had to go back in person, as they still had yet to cut the check. No apologies offered, and the tire still went flat. Never returning.
