We had an appt set to go negotiate on a car that we had seen online, but half an hour before that time, they called and said they sold it. I was driving from Manhattan to Topeka and was already almost there. The salesman said he would hold it for us when we called to set the appt. We are very unhappy with how this occurred and will no longer give them our business.

I was on the road from Washington state to Tennessee when I started having trouble with my truck s engine. Laird Noller staff got me in right away to diagnose and fix the issue. Even got me a secure spot to drop my trailer so I could maneuver my truck into their garage. Their staff also had no problem letting me sit in their waiting room with my dogs, which was most helpful while traveling cross country and not having many options. I would recommend their service department to any Ford owner.

We had an accident and had limited funds to work with. They would only show us one car, and the financing that went on it was enough to buy a new car. Also, there was NO service warranty at all, not even 30 days. Then eight months later they offer a limited service extension for as much as our down payment. I don't know what they thought they were extending. If we had known that was even an option we would have asked them to include it in the financing. And it took forever to get the paperwork done. We went in during the morning and didn't get out until the evening. And don't get me started on their service department. I already knew about that, so anything that goes wrong with it, I take it to someone else. High Prices, and you have to bring it back over and over.
I have nothing but sheer praise for the experience I had with not only my salesman Ty "The Car Guy" Jones, but the entire Laird Noller family. From the start, I came to Ty with very specific requirements of what I wanted out of my next car. He knew I absolutely regretted my last car buying experience and wanted out of that car so badly. After I told him everything I wanted and needed out of a car, he sent me a few different options to research personally. I narrowed my choices down to 2 cars and we set an appointment to do a test drive and appraise my car.
After the test drives my choice was very clear on what car I wanted. Ty went above and beyond to ensure I got this car and could leave the same day with it. He stayed AFTER HOURS and helped me every step of the way with the paperwork and financing. Speaking of financing, Jordan McGillis my financing representative also went above and beyond to ensure I understood exactly what I was being paid for my trade and why, paying for my new car, and what I needed with warranties and the cost of them. He got me an amazing interest rate and payment plan. After warranties and interest I STILL ended up with a monthly payment that was less than I'd expected.
This experience has not only changed my outlook on car buying, but now I wish I could buy a car way more often. If you need a car, look no further. Impeccable service from start past finish. I wish I could give more than a 5/5 star rating because I would.

Worst service department you could deal with. I went in for an oil change and diagnosis on my battery. Any other Ford dealership I've been to takes at most 45 minutes for this exact appointment. Arrived on time to see that there were multiple bays open for vehicles. After waiting roughly an hour and a half I flagged down one of the service members there who told me I had another hour to wait before it was done. My husband demanded to speak to the service advisor who point blank lied and claimed I'd only been there 40 minutes. Needless to say with their two faced back and forth,lengthy and unnecessary time frame for their service department and overall experience I will never go to that dealership again.
Everyone there was so nice and worked well with us to get us into the truck we wanted!
I bought a used Ford Edge from this dealership several years ago and had such a great experience that I now have a Ford Explorer to go with my Edge. My salesman was Griff Swank and he was the main reason for our great experience. I sent my son to Griff when he needed a different car and he is now enjoying his Ford Fiesta. I guess you can say we love your products but it was Griff who made us feel so comfortable. He is very knowledgeable without being pushy. I will go back to Griff and this dealership again.

I bought a new F-150 from Gene Glass last week and he was fantastic. He cared about our needs and they found us the perfect truck. We live in Kansas City so we shopped around several Ford stores and Gene and Curt (the sales manager) gave me $2,000 more for my 2009 F-150 trade in than any other Ford store. Even though it was past closing time, Gene stayed after and went over all the features and got my phone synced up and made sure I knew how to work everything. Thanks, Rob.
They were able to get me in and out quickly even though they were very busy.They were aware that I was from out of town and had my recalled airbag replaced and out in less than an hour,thanks to all for the quick service.
I had a one vehicle accident on July 27th, 2020. Per Dealership, I was recommended to have car towed to Noller Body Shop. Car was delivered there and my contact person reached out to me once, then I made the phone calls to ask questions.
To make this story short, my car was in their hands until September 2020. Over six weeks. . . After I had been told on multiple times, 'Hopefully next week'. The other excuses were they found something else.
I reached out to Alan Rowe who is the General Mngr and explained I was done. He made things move and get done.
When I picked the car up, my rear wiper wouldn't work. I took the vehicle back the next day and after the technician and the "New" Liaison looked it over, they explained it had to be the motor of the rear wiper. She explained I should take it to the dealership for my car and have them look at it. It took me a couple days because I was livid. My rear wiper worked just fine when the car was taken in to their shop?!
I stopped by the dealership and they looked it over, did the same diagnostic test and low and behold. . . They had no fuses in either box. The relay box and the fuse box. The only thing the body shop could say to me was they don't know how that happened because supposedly, that wasn't even in the area the worked on from the accident. IF that was true, then someone inside the body shop REMOVED not one, but BOTH fuses and used them for another car! Sounds crazy? No, that's what my dealership did for me so I could be on my way. They ordered new ones and placed them in the vehicle at the dealership.
Then the next week, my husband and I both notice that while driving on the hwy at speed of 60-65, the starting wheel shimmies!
I took out to Nollers Shop and the technician balanced my wheels he said.... What I wasn't told... Was the people who did the alignment left a piece off, about 2 oz difference. Guess how I learned that?, Well the nice Liaison shared that with me.
Why am I so sickened by this mess I walked through? Every corner I turned working, no Waiting on them to get my car done, there were lies, tech broke some piece, had to order new piece. I was always told safety matters, obviously not, we could have been in a major accident and killed going 60-65 mph due to their neglect to "Be safe".
I appreciated the new Liaison K, she was pleasant, seemed extremely knowledged. Then I feel lied to about the wiper motor vs the two fuses that they saw missing in my fuse boxes. The lid to the fuse box showed them where that fuse was to be, but the didn't seem anything wrong?, Their machine told them this was a history issue?, No, a technician in your shop obviously removed not one, but both of them for either personal use our for repair. Either way, I was lied to SO MANY TIMES.
I recommend their be more technicians placed in that body shop (trained ones) so jobs can get done!
So disappointed in my experience at Laird Noller Ford. Looked at a used 2014 Toyota Camry and it had almost $1700 worth of repairs needed for the suspension. Took the car back from the test drive and the Salesman was not interested in fixing the damage or reducing the price to cover. The mechanic who found the damage is a reliable shop that Laird Noller currently sends most Non Ford vehicles to for repairs. Car was parked on the front of the lot before we even left. Now some other customer may have bought a damaged car without knowing about the repairs needed. Wouldn't buy from them. Currently living up to the idea of "a used car salesman"
My wife and I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2017 Mini Cooper from Laird-Noller. Gene Glass handled the transaction in a very professional and courteous manner and each person he asked to assist was helpful. However,Gene went out of his way to satisfy our needs. We had the best experience at Laird Noller in Topeka. They were very professional and willing to work with us. There was no pressure to buy like most dealers.
I followed my gps and it led me to the wrong place but the staff at Laird Noller Ford was very helpful in directing me to the parts department where I needed to go and then the parts department was very helpful to get the part I needed ordered.
After having made an appointment they had my work truck 7 days (Wednesday June 10th through Tuesday June 16 to do a 11.5 hour AC condenser core R/R, and 2 hour AC flush and fill. I've bought 2 trucks and a car there, and expect a bit more concern for expedience than what I have experienced the last few times I've been there. Not very apt to take my truck back for any further repairs or buy another vehicle there at this point.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Explained everything they were doing. Took good care of my car while they had it. And, in the light of our covid situation, all staff were wearing masks and seemed to care about social distancing.

We didn't plan to buy a vehicle in Kansas, as our other vehicle blew its engine on our way home to Minnesota. However, we were very pleased with our experience at this dealership. Johnny Pittman was an excellent salesman, working with us to get the best value he could on our trade and maximizing rebate and financing incentives. Nick, the sales manager, was also very friendly and professional. We left feeling that a misfortune had been turned into a stroke of good luck.

Oct 2020 Edit: I've decreased the stars in lieu of covid. The service person I dealt with stopped wearing his mask properly. We were in close proximity as well, with nowhere for me to distance. As the morning progressed and more customers came in, there were too many in a small area, made worse by the fact that many had no mask on at all. Since our county is in a required mask mandate, this was extremely disappointing. On a good note, they didn't forget me this time.

They said replace timing belt or Replace engine to fix issue. Still have the same issue after spending 9k. Engine now has warranty but the engine isn t the issue. Would not recommend.
Went in to get my truck appraised, told me they'd give me $16000 for a car that kbb said was $24000. Told me they had to put tires on it which the ones on the car were brand new. Noller treated me like I was totally incompetent and I told them with trade $275 car payment was easily doable they asked where I was getting these numbers. Well I'm getting these numbers from Zeck Ford now because with full warranty I'm in a 2016 new f150 and I got $4000 more for trade and $3000 lower on the new vehicle that's $7000 I saved by avoiding these guys. They are the cornerstone of "car salesman" Angela Talbert was fantastic and was the only human there it felt like. They acted like they didn't believe me when I said I got that good of a deal well here's my new car so stop sending me "deals".

I m very impressed with the service department at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka Kansas. So many auto repair shops tell customers their autos have problems when they don t. Laird Noller Ford has always been honest with me and never tries to sell me services I don t need.
I took my two vehicles to have the oil changed, and they found something wrong with my brakes on one vehicle. I agreed to let them fix that problem, then after changing the oil in the second vehicle I was told I needed $975 worth of work on it. I took it for a second opinion to a reputable mechanic and I was told there was no problems with the vehicle. Customers beware of service price gouging. I recommend a second opinion. After 20 years, Laird Noller has lost a valuable customer.
Recently purchased a used vehicle from Noller Ford used cars in Topeka. Very nice experience, I found the vehicle I wanted and the price was fair. Two people helped me out on this purchase; Chelsea Ramirez who helped locate the vehicle, helped with my trade in price and set up my test drive. Ralph Six was the used car salesperson who assisted me with the test drive and sale; very knowledgeable and a very nice man. Noller Ford brought the car to me in Lawrence on a Friday. Very convenient. On the following Tuesday I traveled to Topeka and purchased the vehicle. Very satisfied with this purchase. I traded a CRV in for a 2017 Escape Titanium with 2.0L 245hp. The Honda was way under powered and the road noise was unbearable. Both issues fixed with the Escape purchase. Again, thanks to Noller Ford for helping me with this purchase.

Don't ever go here worst service I have ever had they ripped me off four over six hundred dollars my truck was there over a month, me and my dad were working on my truck putting in a new clutch after he died the bolts got lost so I took it to Ford to get fixed they didn't even put in the right bolts stripped out the starter my trucks missing bolts underneath to hold in the sway bar and the bar that holds in the back of the transmission I will never go here again and will never bye another Ford again

Within minutes she had talked to someone in finance and scheduled me an appointment with Rick Talley. At my appointment Rick advised me the vehicle I chose did not pass the Laird Noller inspection but he had another vehicle to show. 2006 Dodge Dakota with low mileage. I finished up paperwork in short order and met Dalton Cooney in the Business Office where I signed final documents and drove my Dakota home. Service was as expected. However the lobby was a little crowded and many customers were not wearing a mask while coughing, sneezing, and talking amongst one another. I chose to sit outside for most of my service which is fine. Maybe having some hand sanitizer in the lobby for people using the coffee station and some sort of practice to clean the lobby waiting area between customers
