I had been planning to buy a car in the near future, but my former car broke down on a Friday evening, and I was forced to get a new car on that Saturday morning, no other choices, before I went to work. I contacted Eric Houser, and he got everything ready as speedily as possible and I was able to get in and out with a great car at a great price, and made it to work on time! I can't say enough about how he bent over backwards to work with me. Truthfully, I felt like a pain in the rear for most of the process because I was being so needy, but Eric got me taken care of.
