My recent service on my Explorer from Laird Noller...

My recent service on my Explorer from Laird Noller Ford was excellent. The service manager, Roland, went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and work to get everything fixed. He explained everything to me that was done and made it easy to understand. My experience with Laird Noller Ford was great. Thanks for all you did.

Had to have my windshield replaced. Took it to Jayhawk and they put it in wrong and it leaked really bad. Took it back. Still didn t fix it. One of the guys was rude so decided to go to Laird Noller Ford. Worked with Caitlyn. She was very understanding. Got my vehicle right in. They explained to me what was wrong and even took pictures to show me. They reset the windshield and replaced the A pillar columns (that Jayhawk had glued on). Everything turned out great. No leaks. Excellent customer service by Caitlyn. Thanks For the great job and taking care of my windshield issues.
