I purchased a 2016 truck last November, although i got lowballed on my trade, i thought i was getting a good deal, which i woulda been, except they failed to mention that the vehicle was hailed out and had pdr done on it, only thing was they forgot to pdr the roof of the truck that i seen the following day after i had already purchased. After calling they denied that they knew anything about being hailed, little did they know i had talked to the previous owner and they knew, they refused to do the pdr for free which would of satisfied me, but said i could pay to have them do it,what a joke, wont be purchasing anything in the future nor reccomending anyone to Laird Noller!
