Started out with a positive experience, but is declining quickly. Purchased a used vehicle, on the drive home found out the passenger side headlight wouldn't dim. Called them in the morning and used cars says not our problem call service. Set up appointment for service, they determine what the problem is, bad ballast, but inform me that initially used cars doesn't want to pay to fix it. They will call me when part comes in and take care of it.
That was two weeks ago. I have since been told part is on national back order, couldn't I just buy non OEM parts and repair myself. Buyer beware.
Update-
Noller called Monday morning and scheduled repair. Made me very happy, due to unforeseen circumstances they ended up with the vehicle longer than anticipated. But they fixed the initial problem, only for another problem to develop. Service advisor has promised prompt repair and compensation. I am much happier than intial review. Thanks for trying to remedy the problem.
