I purchased an F150 XLT on a Saturday and decided I wanted higher model after leaving the lot. I texted the sales person ("Ogre"), he politely asked me to keep usage to a minimum and bring it in at my first chance to swap-up. I upgraded, however had a problem because I lost some rebates with the higher trim. They worked to beat every dealership between KC and Manhattan. I am greatly impressed.
