Great location. Historic property. Nice rooms. We were in a corner room in the newer section with two balconies, one overlooking the patio, and the other shared one with a river view over the bridge. I wish they had a larger patio by the Riverwalk unattached to the restaurant. We dined elsewhere on the Riverwalk as the on site option was unnecessarily expensive.

If it s good enough for Tony Bennett, it s good enough for me. :-) We saw him signing autographs outside of La Mansion for his crew on our way out.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were totally come back.

My husband had a fall on the street across from The Alamo.......I was thrilled that the hotel had a wheelchair for our use during the last few days of our visit. Not sure what we would have done without it. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful.

Had a great time in San Antonio, and this hotel was located in a great area. The staff was fabulous and met our needs for anything we needed without hesitation! Would definitely stay there again.

Every single person we met at this hotel was nice and gracious from the bellmen to the front desk, to any maid walking the hallways. The hotel is immaculate and interesting to look at. The rooms were nicely adorned, clean and we greatly enjoyed the river walk view. The breakfast buffet was well prepared and I enjoyed everything. They even went out of their way to prepare my wife pecan wafers to order along with the buffet. The hotel is so convenient to everything and two exits to the river walk were nice. This is now my favorite hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are fantastic. But one of the main things i look for in a hotel is sleep and of the 3 nigjts we stayed we slept 1 night. On the second night the hotels alarm went off and we were forced to evacuate and stand outside in the cold for 15 minutes. The hotel left a nice note under the door apologizing.
On the last night we were kept up the entire night by construction crews working outside. Between the hammering, honking, workers svreaming, and constant back up alarms of construction equipment, there was no way anyone could sleep. Far be it from me to stand in the way of progress but how can a construction crew be allowed to operate all hours of the night by all these hotels? Doesnt San Antonio have a noise ordinance? The lack of sleep made this stay very unrelaxing. Next time i have a deatination to pick I will think twice about the river walk and spending good money on a nice hotel that doesnt care about its customer's sleep.

Not bad... convenient to all the downtown attractions and staff were very friendly and helpful.. The only issue was that I had asked about a late check out and was told it would not be a problem however the day of it was denied.

I had a room over looking the courtyard with the pool. It was a spacious room with a nice bathroom. I am really glad to have picked this hotel as you have easy access to the riverwalk and when we were done walking around, we could just walk right up to our hotel and into our room! So convenient! I wished they had a jacuzzi though!

I highly recommend this hotel. It's right on the edge of Riverwalk and from our balcony we looked down at the shops, restaurants, walkers, barges carrying people, etc. The room was beautiful as was the lobby and pool and other public areas. Staff was professional and very nice. I can't imagine staying anyplace else in San Antonio.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, great hotel staff, beautiful views from the balcony. Since it was my honeymoon, my husband and I walked into our bed with towel swans and rose petals around them. We had champagne, truffles, and chocolate covered strawberries. Best place to stay!

Major hotel brand that lacked in expectations. The fridge was packed with drinks, plenty of available snacks but lacks microwave. The location isn't very toddler friendly. The staff is accommodating but asking staff for hot water in the middle of the night because the baby wants formula is ridiculous. The room has two full size beds. You would think a major name would go with queens. I understand it's an old hotel, but there are smarter ways to update a hotel with our current technological advancements

This was not our original booked hotel, however due to a mix up with Wyndham Riverside Suites they transferred us to stay at the Omnia.

What a wonderful surprise for our first time in San Antonio. The Omnia staff were beyond welcoming and made my partner and I feel super welcome.

Plus we had a Riverwalk view with a balcony so how could we not be happy with our experience.

Miranda from the front desk was exceptional and helped make our time even better.

The service and accommodations of the staff are exceptional! Chris Stumbaugh went above all expectations when I had a medical emergency and needed to go to the emergency room. I will never forget all the kindnesses and concern shown to me.

Hubby and I stayed there for our anniversary back in June. Staff was amazing, they were so nice and professional. They also upgraded us to a better suite with a better view at no extra cost. Room was quiet and CLEAN. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this hotel, and hubby and I will definitely be back if we go to San Antonio again!

We booked this trip for my birthday weekend, upon check in, we were asked reason for our visit and we told them my birthday ! Our room was excellent, we did not have a direct view of the river walk but our room had 3 balconies 2 private and 1 shared! The access to the river was just down 1 elevator and we actually never needed our vehicle the whole weekend! The hotel was in walking distance to everything, the Alamo all of the restaurants. One night we were delivered a special dessert for my birthday ! The staff was very helpful and even though the fitness center was in the sister hotel across the river , it was very accessible! Once we arrived home I found that I left my Beats headphones in the room and placed a call to the hotel with no real hopes of them finding them. However they did find them and have sent them to me by Fedex, we definitely will be going back!!

Well located hotel on the River Walk. Well maintained with lots of historic detail throughout. We stayed on the River side with a terrace and a balcony on our room so we could sit and enjoy SA river night. There is a public parking garage across the street from the hotel or, the hotel has valet services.
Staff was friendly and honest during interaction and very knowledgeable of the area and what services were and were not available due to COVID.

We made reservations to have dinner prior to attending STOMP at the Majestic Theater across the street. The appetizers, main course and dessert were all delicious. The service was professional, well timed, and polite. We'll go again!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years, and this was the worst experience EVER! When we arrived, We waited almost 30 minutes at the desk for the guy to figure out what room we were supposed to be in and when finally waiting half an hour to go to our room, THEY LOST OUR LUGGAGE!! Not to mention that our 2 year olds medication and diapers were in the suitcase, but all of our things as well. 3 hours later the manager comes out and says he was told nothing about the situation and would fix the problem. Our bags were in a room that we were never in!! Someone just dropped them off in a room that they felt like putting them in. UNBELIEVABLE! We missed our dinner reservations, and had two very upset children. Our room was very out dated, and the linens smelled like cigarette smoke. This place has never looked so bad before. I called the vallet at 1105 to let them know we were leaving. The woman said the wait was no more than 30 minutes. We came down 30 minutes later to wait AN HOUR AND FOURTY FIVE MINUTES for our vehicle!! They simply forgot!!! They forgot about our luggage, they forgot about our reservations, they forgot about our vehicle, EVERYTHING. To top it off, no one really cared that we were upset. I was told it would get brought up in a meeting. Very sad, this was my favorite place to go when in San Antonio, and will never be returning.

Best place to eat on the River Walk! I was treated like a princess! Came to San Antonio for a business/vacation trip and ended up sick with a cold and they took very good care of me with homemade chicken vegetable soup and hot tea. I recommend to go and eat here for lunch or dinner! Our waiter was excellent!

The Omni La Masion in the Riverwalk is a lovely property in a great location. I was surprised at how quiet the room was despite being in the heart of downtown. The room was cozy and clean with nice amenities. The pool was a lovely place to relax.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in March 2019 to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. It was the best low-key vacation and break from our kids. We took long naps with the French doors open to the balcony. We walked everywhere we wanted to go (except for when we visited the McNay Art Museum). It turns out that March is the perfect time to visit San Antonio, and this hotel is in the best location.

The hotel us beautiful and the hospitality was exceptional, from the parking valets to the wait staff at La Canarias. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a shared balcony overlooking the riverwalk. The only complaint I had was that the mattress was older and need to be replaced. It bothered my back at night, but not my husband's.

The older I get, the more I appreciate the Riverwalk (and all beautiful things). The two- and three-hundred years old bald cypress trees are breathtaking. (I also recommend the river cruise tours-- they're short and educational.)

This is our second year to stay at Omni La Maision del rio, with many choices we will always come back here! The staff, cleanliness and excellent restaurants make this hotel stand out far above the rest! Not to mention the beautiful architecture and perfect location on the riverwalk!

Be very specific about your room selection! Room 150 shares a wall with the parking garage & is right by the entrance where guests are coming in & out. 1)That door slams loudly every time. People do NOT enter politely or courteously, you will hear people coming & going at all hours of the night yelling, laughing, talking as they enter right there. 2)The cars coming & going & checking into the hotel & the bellhop desk & the parking garage are on the same wall as room 150. You will hear every honk, revved engine & car/trunk door. Not to mention the luggage carts that sound like an automatic weapon constantly rolling across the stone tiled floor. If you are a light sleeper or have small children, be sure to tell them you DO NOT want to be in the first floor near or in room 150! If you want a pleasant or scenic atmosphere of the hotel, ask for a room facing the river, pool or courtyard and no where near the garage entrance or main street entrance. 3) You are right by the elevator and you will hear it as well revving up & down. I hope this helps! I wish we would have asked to move, it will make or break your stay here!

Lovely hotel. Love the views, as our corner room actually had 2! Nice staff. They guy that was in Valet on the morning of 5/19 (his name starts with an A???) His is absolutely the best! He was so kind, very patient, but was able to keep up with myself & multiple guest. He was very busy vut still greated me on the elevator.
It has great location on the riverwalk & great restaurants.
Only down side were the very hot hallways. They leave the doors open, so its just as hot as it is outside. Also, in the rooms our like flickered & when we turned the restroom lights on or of, it would cut the lights of in the mirrored desk area. Still easily fixed & I'd definitely stay again!

My experience at La Mansion was quite satisfying. This is my first time back to San Antonio in about 15 years when I was stationed here in the Army. Staying here on the Riverwalk is an experience I did not have as a soldier and what better way take in the city than to stay at this hotel. All the staff was friendly and very helpful when you needed them. The complementary chocolate covered strawberries and wine was a nice treat since it was our anniversary. The food at Las Canarias was delicious. Best breakfast ever, only second the the brunch at Caesar's in Vegas. I would recommend this hotel to all who come to the Alamo city. In fact my wife and I might stay another night. Not only will I remember the Alamo, I will definitely remember La Mansion.

Located next to the Nix hospital and across from the Houston parking garage. This grand hotel provides many amenities that are sure to impress. Although it tends to be on the high end when it comes to price, the view it provides and lovely architecture make you feel as if you had traveled back in time.

I loved this hotel! Not only is it located on the river walk, but it's beautiful. Has a lovely pool, great customer service and loved Ostra restaurant across the bridge. Easy access to everything and how great to relax on terrace people watching after a full day of sight seeing. Stood 4 nights and already planning on coming back next year for a nice long weekend.

We made a reservation for the morning buffet. Service was great, the food selection had a wide variety. They provided a full breakfast selection, omelets made just for you, full dessert area as well. Mimosa's are included as part of the meal.

Been here this time of year 3 years in a row for a convention. Its a lovely historic hotel with a restaurant, a small coffe shop, and a bar inside. The wifi is not included, which is a knock since other hotels will offer it. Parking is not included either, but that's not unusual for the Riverwalk area hotels. Rooms are spacious and clean. I have been in both Riverwalk overlook and interior rooms and found them all pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. My big complaint is that I do not trust the roomservice cleaning the room, as they have thrown away important documentsand buisness cards twice now.
