Be very specific about your room selection! Room 1...

Be very specific about your room selection! Room 150 shares a wall with the parking garage & is right by the entrance where guests are coming in & out. 1)That door slams loudly every time. People do NOT enter politely or courteously, you will hear people coming & going at all hours of the night yelling, laughing, talking as they enter right there. 2)The cars coming & going & checking into the hotel & the bellhop desk & the parking garage are on the same wall as room 150. You will hear every honk, revved engine & car/trunk door. Not to mention the luggage carts that sound like an automatic weapon constantly rolling across the stone tiled floor. If you are a light sleeper or have small children, be sure to tell them you DO NOT want to be in the first floor near or in room 150! If you want a pleasant or scenic atmosphere of the hotel, ask for a room facing the river, pool or courtyard and no where near the garage entrance or main street entrance. 3) You are right by the elevator and you will hear it as well revving up & down. I hope this helps! I wish we would have asked to move, it will make or break your stay here!
