Great service, great locatio, beautiful people. Probably the best outdoor patio space in all of Los Angeles. Highly recommended.

The walls of the room are thin and you can hear people partying all night at the bar. The Fig restaurant is good. Gym is nice but no squat rack. Walking distance to the beach and third street promenade

Absolutely stunning grounds, but the bed was so uncomfortable and hot, and the faucet on the shower was broken.

There the service is very good and fast. It's a very nice place that everyone should go their once in life. The rooms are brilliant and full of AC.

Bungalow is a nice place but plays the worst music Playlist I've ever heard in my entire life. It could literally be any songs from any genre and be better than what they play now. The music is excruciating.

Beautiful historic upscale beach hotel. I live in Santa Monica and always enjoy stopping by for lunch or dinner or drinks. I have never stayed there however.

The hotel staff was incredibly accomodating and friendly. Great service all around and close to everything! Within walking distance of the Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade.

Only went to exhale spa which was great! Beautiful inside the hotel and very attentive service.

Bathroom So small Shower curtain rubs all over side of toilet.

Not enough room for 4 suitcases even though sold as a 4 person room. Closet had shelves built in, so only allowed 1 suitcase to fit. Anyone who travels would assume each person would have a suitcase! Our duffle bags even zip in half when space is tight, but the bed wasn't even tall enough to place underneath as an option. His left us with virtually non existent walk space which is considered a safety hazard. Beds were pushed up against the walls so virtually no walk space to climb in.

Dirty looking Crusty Faucet leaked water all over the counter which soaked all toiletry bags.( faucet was immediately repaired to stop leaking, but it was still crusty from hard water, and not replaced which was long overdue.

No shear curtain in window so room either had to be pitch black by using the blackout curtain or blasting sun directly in your eyes.

Basically room should have been changed to a king size bed with a small couch to have any chance of being more comfortable, not 2 double beds for 4 people.

All rooms next to us had balconies, ours didn t. At least make this room comfortable by not overselling and cramming so many people inside. We just left the Californian Disney hotel which was a comfortable room. I would have never dreamed a Fairmont property would have such a crummy room. Clearly the reputation of both these properties should be on different levels. I can't believe the Fairmont was the bottom of the barrel. Our family even joked that we would need to send someone out to the couch in front of the elevators in order to get a good night sleep.

The staff was nice and did a great job, but that doesn t help with the overall comfort.

I rented out a bungalow for my birthday and had some friends come and hang out with me. I have to say, I haven't had more superb service from hospitality staff in a long time. These guys go above and beyond for their guests. I wish I could give them 11 stars and stand at the top of a mountain shooting out how awesome they are. Bravo Fairmont Miramar. You always have my loyalty.

Amazing hotel and service! The beds were so comfortable and I slept like a baby. Housekeeping was very nice and left extra bottles of the shampoo and conditioner that I loved!! The only negative was the room service food wasn't as good as I hoped.

I had a great margarita at the bar, and i was very impressed with the hotel itself. Theres a gigantic fig tree at the entrance, its pretty dope that said, i didnt stay there so i cant speak to the service/rooms

our agency uses this hotel for company meetings. they always have great food and service. have not stayed at the hotel.

Rooms definitely not worth the price. No service at the pool. Spa is small and old. People were very nice. Beach access is terrible.

I've stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it. The service is good, the rooms are nice, I can't think of anything bad to say.

It was our first time staying here. The room was very clean and stylish. We were in an ocean view room in the tower and the views are amazing, as is their location. The staff was great and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience!

If you want to feel like a movie star, then this is the spot to stay. When you first roll up you will find an Impressive entrance and lobby. Feel the royal treatment as you exit your vehicle and check in. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the quality is all there. If you can afford it, I highly recommend a stay here.

Staff are always delightful and service friendly here, including the valets.

Always a very classy place to visit. We hold an acting school graduation event here most years and the venue adds such a sparkle of class to an already classy event. No AC in the ballroom lobby but the ballroom itself was cool enough. I love the tree out front which looks like it belongs in a fantasy movie.

Nosebleeds here are sometimes the best tickets in the entire stadium! Looking over the bay is a spectacular view. Such a beautiful stadium. Love the giant mit and coca-cola bottle. Everyone is having a good time. The park does a lot of fun events like Beatles Night, Game of Thrones etc. many giveaways as well. The food is pretty pricey.

Classy place right near the edge of town. If you got stacks to spend its the place to blow your load for sure.

From the moment I was greeted and checked in by Reanna (sorry for spelling) I felt amazing, safe, and stress free. After getting settled I can't down to the lobby lounge for dinner. Since Covid the outdoor seating fills up fast but I still only waited for about 12 minutes. Lupe was the best and was pleased to be served by her during my entire stay. She was very attentive and made me feel at home. I ordered the Lobster pasta and it was extremely tasty with a very generous portion of plump lobster. I had breakfast at figs and was sat immediately upon walking in without a reservation. I had the figs Benedict with a jalapeno hollandaise sauce that was to die for. I feel bad that I forgot the name of my server and the manager who approached me but I'm doing this review a few weeks after my stay. But I was there August 8, 9, and checked out on the 10th. Literally every single staff member that I dealt with was above and beyond a 5 star experience. Being a Heartist myself, I was impressed and it made me appreciate even more working with such an amazing team of people. I can't wait to be back with my family in early September! Thank you again for making my trip so memorable!

Stayed here for 2 nights close to santa Monica beach the hotel was nice through out and clean .
Rooms were very clean and tidy but no free water bottles they cost 6 dollars very sneaky . I have stayed in the Fairmont Dubai the experience was totally 5 stars the reason for my rating.

Getting into Bungalow takes forever. Line is so long. Then there is no food inside. Pain to go to and not worth it.

Went to the restaurant at the hotel, Fig, for dinner and drinks. Let's just say it is WELL worth it to grab dinner at Fig. The food was incredible!

Always a nice crowd but avoid the weekends due to long lines. If you're in the area thougg, this is definitely a place you should check out

Haven t stayed here for some time and the hotel and restaurant have got busier and bigger. However, the service, food and facilities are as good as ever. The restaurant Fig is very popular and it deserves to be - the food at dinner was excellent and the breakfast as good as I remember. The valet service is great too as although busy it is everyone works hard to make it run as smooth as possible.

With its grand tree at the entrance and its welcoming staff, this hotel is a timeless oasis from the rest of LA. The bungalows are especially charming and unique. I loved watching the sunset over the Pacific from the little courtyard, and my son had a ball making s mores at the fire pit. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home at this little escape overlooking the ocean.

I was lucky enough to stay at the property through my job and upon arrival was immediately impressed. The staff is attentive and welcoming, professional and approachable. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the view is incredible and the food in the restaurant FIG is to die for. Highly recommend the lobster Cobb salad- you won t be disappointed .

The staff of this hotel was very accommodated and friendly. Their service was nice and organized. They treat their customer as their family, and every time the customer asked for help they responded immediately. This is the best among the best hoteliers! Highly recommended to everyone, especially here in our area!

We have been hosting our annual Alumni Event at the Fairmont and keep coming back! The space is beautiful and pristine, and the events team this year truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed without a hitch. Would highly recommend.

The bar is fantastic, very good variety of cocktails.

Great location, some rooms are fairly dated and small. Bungalow club next door although 'affiliated' doesn't give priority access to hotel guests. Bikes they offer are great, and beach access is awesome. Good group of guys that drive you and help you out at the beach.

Beautiful view, great location. It is a little bit pricey, but if you can spare the expense of us worth staying there.

Unless you re staying in a nice suite, you ll be in an outdated corporate decor hotel

Came for brunch at the FIG. Unlimited beer and any brunch item for 40. Great deal, considering the prices are rather high for regular menu items.

Some rooms are amazing but some rooms need a total refresh.

Great location but rooms are not the best quality. Also neighbor left the TV on at 4AM until 7AM. Called the front desk 3 times and they didn't do anything.

I love it here. everyone was pleasant and very well mannered...i mean the bungalows were so relaxing and clean. Room service was magnificent. The view and landscaping is beautiful. The outside patio area was like being at home in your own backyard with fire pits and southing sounds of the ocean. With extended lounge areas that had pool tables. The restaurant " The Fig" was excellent. i loved the ribs and tried raw oysters for the first time. The drinks were well prepared and not watered down. One of the patrons even sent over a bottle of wine to our table. The hospitality was A-1. The outside walk up entrance was very welcoming. Nice waterfall and that big ole beautiful tree.
The pool was beautiful and clean.. The perfect get away!! not too far away from home.. I love California .. "born and raised on sweat tea and jesus" book for at least 2 days..you wont regret it!!

Excellent location near the promenade. Great staff and amenities. I would recommend this venue for a work or social function.
