From the moment I was greeted and checked in by Reanna (sorry for spelling) I felt amazing, safe, and stress free. After getting settled I can't down to the lobby lounge for dinner. Since Covid the outdoor seating fills up fast but I still only waited for about 12 minutes. Lupe was the best and was pleased to be served by her during my entire stay. She was very attentive and made me feel at home. I ordered the Lobster pasta and it was extremely tasty with a very generous portion of plump lobster. I had breakfast at figs and was sat immediately upon walking in without a reservation. I had the figs Benedict with a jalapeno hollandaise sauce that was to die for. I feel bad that I forgot the name of my server and the manager who approached me but I'm doing this review a few weeks after my stay. But I was there August 8, 9, and checked out on the 10th. Literally every single staff member that I dealt with was above and beyond a 5 star experience. Being a Heartist myself, I was impressed and it made me appreciate even more working with such an amazing team of people. I can't wait to be back with my family in early September!
