They're slow , lazy, the doctor's don't take they time. And you'll never get answers. They suck!!

Customer Service Rep was not helpful, short, and more concerned initially about her cell phone instead of me as a patient. The more questions that I asked her, the she realized that I wasn't going anywhere without setting up an appointment and eventually, she acted as though she was willing to assist me.

My new doctors office for my kid. Not sure why this place got some bad reviews. I thought this place was wonderful!! Everyone was so nice. The nurses and front staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen way before my scheduled appointment.

They have a sign that says if you have been waiting longer than 10 mins let the front desk know. My appointment was at 11:00am got here around 10:45am and it is now 12:07pm I m still waiting. I really hate to have my time wasted and it s really hard to be professional and pleasant when you feel like your time is being taken for granted. Then they wonder why the attitude, why you think? Maybe because I have other things to do today besides sitting here. It s ridiculous that you have to block off about 5 hours of your day for a 15-25min visit! Feeling worst then when I came in here.

Foul language, cranky people, and nasty attitudes. Messy, lost, and rude staff from the front desk to the medical staff. Avoid at all cost.

I worked for the company for many years. It's a great place to work as well as to serve the surrounding communities with great healthcare.

Received both COVID-19 vaccine doses here (Moderna) and the staff were friendly and clearly communicated expectations throughout.

I had never had any issues with Advance Community.They are Great from the staff to not long wait times.They are always ready to help.

I was impressed with the staff at Advanced Community. They are nice, professional and efficient at what they do. Thank you for my 2 Covid19 shots. The wait time to receive the shot is minimal. Fortunately the effects of the Moderna shot was also minimal for me.

What a waist of time. They canceled my appointment without telling me, claiming they called twice the day before to confirm. I got no such calls. Then they tried to gather me with a crowd of others outside instead of just asking me to leave. And the nice Black officer at the door was the last straw, he had the nerve to question the Latina lady for wiping down the doors and chairs in front of me. I politely let him know it s supposed to be done hourly. He clearly has not had covid 19 training. This place is unprofessional, I would not recommend it, and I will never go back here.

I downloaded your sliding fee application online.

Then I came to your office yesterday to submit that application.

You refused to let me inside.

You said I don't have a medical appointment and therefore I can't come inside.

You also told me that you will not take my sliding fee application unless I come for a medical appointment.

I told you that I can't book a medical appointment until I know the results of my application.

What if I come for an appointment and then my application is declined? I will be responsible for all the bills.

Your website clearly says that only when patients' applications are approved, then they should be scheduled for appointments.

So, you violated those guidelines.

You rudely threw my application on my face and said ( Go and call us to book a medical appointment).

But I can't come for a medical appointment without knowing how much i will b charged. I want to know if my application will be approved first.

No one wants to take my application. I tried faxing my applications. I tried uploading my application to the patient portal. I tried coming to your office. I have been trying everything for 3 months now, and all I'm getting is rude responses from almost everyone I talked to.

I hate going here but due to my insurance I have no other choice. The front staff are rude and unhelpful, the doctors are okay but its obvious they dont care. They never call back when they're supposed to, they havent sent out any of the referrals I've been asking for, they still call my old number even though I keep telling them to call my new one instead. It takes days or even weeks to get a regular appointment and months to get a dentist appointment. I would give this place 0 stars if i could. If you have a choice, DONT go here. I think the good reviews they have are paid because just last month they only had 2 stars.

Called for a dental appointment with a toothache, was told I d be called back. No one ever called. Thanks for making me wait on y all with a toothache.

Are the most incompetent people. I just got a call AGAIN. they do not have my stubs, this the 3rd time. I understand they dont need a degree to do their work. Or if they do its not from a university, but a unaccredited fly by night college, this makes no sense. I have gone through this b4. Now again. Previous 8t took a year just to get paper work together so I could see a specialist. This is not helping no one with their games.

Dental Center is awesome. If you are lucky enough to get Dr. Reid she is patient and quick and really cares about her patients.

Call today several times to cancel appointment for tomorrow. Answering service said 0 callers ahead of me and that wait time was 3 minutes; 11 minutes later I gave up and called again. Same thing. Third time I call it stated that wait time was 5 minutes however I was on hold again for over 10 minutes. They don't want no shows but without them answering the phones how can anyone cancel their appointment. Come one Advance hire people that can multi-task and answer calls in a timely manner. The appointment that needs to be cancel and I won't be calling back to cancel is for B.C.

They won't let my brother make an appointment to be seen and something has been wrong with his stomach for 4days now and they wanted to make a telephone appointment. Thats ridiculous how can a Dr. really know what is going on if they don't draw some blood and maybe x-ray stomach. This is a joke. And they wonder why people are not getting well.

Well organized for our COVID shots. Staff all were super nice and knowledgeable.

RUDE, UNORGANIZED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL Twice I came on time, and twice they messed up. The first time, they "accidentally" threw away my samples. Then they fail to reschedule me me they decided to close early. They claim to have "tried to call" yet my phone company call logs show they did not. Then they didn't care that I drove 20 minutes and took off of work to be there.

My husband and I were very pleased with their cleanliness and organization . Everyone was very pleasant. Wait time was very short. They monitor you for a view to make sure you don t have a negative reaction to the Covid vaccine.

Was there for the COVID-19 clinic. Everything was very efficient. In and out in about 20 min.

On this past Thursday, I paid for and picked up two medications. After the meds, were dropped off at my car. I realized there was a prescription filled that I did not request nor had I ever taken that medication. When I called the Pharmacy back I was told they didn't have any answers for the mix up because it was from an "outside doctor." I asked that the money I paid for the medication either be applied to my account or refunded to my card. When I checked and saw that the money was not applied to my card. I asked if it had been credited to my account. I was told the money could not be credited to my account because I owed money.
Next day, Friday I arrived to pick up two medications that I had requested refills for on the Thursday. I paid for both medications. When I checked the meds at my car, I only had one of the meds that I ordered. The other medication that I received was one that I had not requested nor did I know that I had a refill available. I kept that medication because I had taken it in the past. I would have requested a refill for it if I had known that I had one available.
This leads me to the problem that I can't understand how any pharmacy could let this happen. The medication that I requested on Thursday for pick up Friday. I did not receive. I was told the request was not in the system. I had originally requested the refill on the phone with the pharmacy representative. Since I could not receive the medication that I ordered. I told the representative that I would request the refill through the automatic phone system. Which meant if everything works out hopefully as it should I will receive my refill request on Tues. 5 days after I requested it. The breakdown is like this I requested the refill originally on Thursday. One day in advance. The Pharmacy is closed on Sat and Sun. New request goes in on Mon. Next day pick up Tuesday. Of course, I am out of my medication. I can't stop feeling guilty like it was my fault. But I followed the guidelines, was I wrong to think that I should receive my meds on time?
I know this was long and complicated. How do you think I feel. If this was CVS or Walgreens someone would be losing their job. I am just hoping there won't be any more problems and I can receive my meds on Tuesday.

I got my first Covid vaccine here today. Everyone was very nice and they were set up to process us very efficiently. It was <10 minutes from walking in the door to having my shot. Great experience!

They are very slow ask you to be here 10 minutes before the visit but will have you waiting 30 to a hour before getting seen .

THE ONLY REASON WHY IM GIVING THIS PLACE 5 's is because of SHEREE, MRS.ELEANOR and WILAMINA. THEY ARE THE BEST. ALL I CAN SAY IS TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK.

Amazing staff! Very coordinated during vaccine rollout. Everyone was very informative and friendly.

My daughter had an appt at 10:15 and due to the opening up of a new phase it was a long line but let me tell you, the communication and politeness of the staff made it such a pleasant experience. They constantly apologized and was friendly. I appreciate that coming from apex I was afraid it would be a long wait but it was not bad. Old school music and pleasantries are what it should be all 2021!

I give them one because I have to give something to give a review.. This is the worse place I have ever been to in my life.. The staff in unprofessional when you walk in the door they looking at you and don't say may I help you.. They look at each other like who going to ask smdh.. Went there to be seen on and Monday the following week got a call to tell me I needed meds and they was going to call it in.. I called pharmacy to see was it there NO.. Call the next day still not there called Advance back to let them know girl wrote it up still nothing.. Called advance again another girl wrote it up still nothing.. So the next week after work went in in person.. The girl say let me see can I get one of the nurse to send it over so I sit down to wait for 30 mins still nothing.. I had to leave so she took my name and number said she would call me the next morning didn't hear from her or anyone else.. I had to go though all this for a prescription and I still don't have it.. So they don't care I could get really sick and die.. I will never go there again.. Sorry to say this to many black women in one place that don't want to work and I am a black woman myself.. They standing around talking to each other and trying to be cute and not working.. Not a five stars place at all five thumbs down

Keep gett in trouble for not making app. When no one called to let me know i even had one!!!!

I got NC health insurance on January 1st and immediately made an appt here per someone's recommendation. The soonest I could be seen was March 9th. Whatever, trying times, patience is a virtue, etc etc. I went 30 mins early to my appointment on the 9th, handed over my ID and health insurance card to be scanned/entered into their computer system. HA! It's almost 3 weeks later and not only have my specialist referrals "not been processed yet" but I received a BILL in the mail for several hundred dollars for my "new office visit" because...dun dun dun... I apparently don't have health insurance? According to them? Billing dept can't be reached, of course. I will not be returning. If you don't have health insurance, god bless you. If you do...well...see if they care.

I was suppose to pick up a patient at 12 noon today and they were not ready untill 1pm. They are slow here and if it was not for my insurance job I would never come here.

My mom has been coming for years without a problem. Staff is overall good and so is the care. The only issue we ve had was with the nurse practitioner Eurica Manning. She is the worst PCP I have ever met. She is rude, condescending and does NOT listen to her patients. Please don t schedule with her as you will be extremely disappointed!

I just visited the facility on Rock Quarry Rd. They have it organized in a very convenient and safe way. Everyone was very helpful and courteous! I really appreciate the service and the spirit of kindness I was shown

Advance Community Health is an exceptional health care facility that provides state of the art care to anyone who needs their service. My personal experience has been very good. The staff have been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great parking and location too. I highly recommend!

Unprofessional...if you don't have insurance be prepared to be talked down on and long waits.

Took both doses of Covid vaccine here. During the first visit , there were more people but it still ran quickly and smoothly. The second visit was super quick. Friendly and upbeat staff!

The reason staff is short with people is they are overworked, expected to do impossible and under paid. I know. I was one.

Poor service starting with the phone line. Duration to be answered is up to 1 hour just to make an appointment, change or cancel. ..slow service and they don't call you for the reminder. . At first I really liked this place and the staff however there unprofessionalism and rudeness has changed my heart and mind. I've been trying for 7 weeks to get them to fax the proper paperwork needed to get a gel infused overlay for my hospital bed and I FINALLY accomplish that today after many many phone calls and visits to the office.i called today to speak to a manager andThe manager NEVER called me back .they say they will call you but they never do!!! Some at the check in window are awesome!!..but others are very RUDE!!...the doctor I see there is pretty cool but not all of her staff is..

I've never really had a problem AFTER waiting several months for my new patient appointment. As an established patient, life is easy. I wasn't pleased that transferring from a different state the doc didn't want to heed to the treatments that I had already tried that did NOT work for my complicated and extensive medical history. He wanted to redo them bc he wanted to see for himself as he said. I quickly requested to be reassigned a new primary physician.

They are really slow. I went for my son cheak up and it really took a hour to cheak us in then another hour to see the doctor. The doctors are not either . When they first opened it was amazing. Now they slipped off

Front desk workers are not good at all, i have had my appointments canceled without me knowing and wrong dates put in the system for my appointments with the appointment cards to prove it.

I do not recommend this clinic at all. I bring my children to this clinic for almost 7 years, but the receptionist who is the one who speaks Spanish is terrific. The last time I was almost 5 minutes waiting for the receptionists to finish the gossip so that the window would be open to assist me. I took photos, and when they realized it quickly, they answered me. They don't call you to give you the test results even when the result is positive. I also brought the papers they asked for at my son's school and 2 weeks passed and they did not deliver them to me. Until I pressured them to deliver them to me and for that I had to wait 2 and a half hours. I am about to change my children from this clinic. The sick people are very good and the doctor too. That is to say, the Rating of one * I give to all those who work at the front.

Had to make 3 appointments for a referral only for them to give referral to wrong doctor who doesnt accept my insurance.

Friendly staff but there's most annoying rule I would have to say is the "if you miss 3 appointments in a certain amount of time you can only schedule same day if its available". I cancelled one appointment but it was still counted against me. The last appointment they had me on hold for 30 min before I could tell them I was going to be late due to Raleigh traffic and that one was also counted against me even after explaining why I was late even though I still showed up (5 mins late)

It is supposed to be a community support clinic and the only thing they did was scam me and take my money, I went for an oral examination and they transferred me to a general practitioner ... for this I had to pay $ 100 ... the doctor did nothing but listen to what I told him (in case I did not have any disease to go to a general practitioner) even so he told me that they would do some routine blood tests and there my visit to the clinic concluded ... my surprise was 1 month later with a bill of $ 120.00 for the consultation (despite the fact that the receptionist said that with the $ 100 that I had already paid, she would cover that consultation ... that was not over there, I got another bill for $ 37.00 from the laboratory, charging me some tests that I did not ask for but the doctor told me that they were routine ... my visit to this scam clinic cost $ 270.00 to not do anything I needed ... it is a very diplomatic way to steal your money .... DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IT'S THE WORST

Do not go here for dental unless a last resort. I was put on a six month wait for a dental appointment. I got no reminders the week of and now I am trying to cancel the appointment due to my work schedule. I cannot get anyone in dental and the medical department claims ignorance as to what to do. I am literally unable to confirm or even cancel that I had an appointment at all, because my last communication with them was over six months ago. Also, the staff is prone to hanging up on you. Very little in the ways of manners here. If you are in dire need, maybe go here, but...wow, bad.

Went for Covid vaccine (two separate shots). For both encounters, staff were quick, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I was in the seat to get my shot within 5 minutes of arriving each time. I appreciated the ease of signing up for my first appointment. The nurses who administered my shot were very caring and obviously concerned for my well being.

Very quick and easy instructions with doctors that care. Vaccine shot felt like it was nothing!

Came here to get my Covid-19 vaccine. The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome. They had me in and out in no time flat!

Terrible place for mental health patients. Asked for help and got nowhere with my meds, 14 days later I was admitted to a hospital. Never felt so hopeless no one listened or cared. I almost died before I found help. #gettingAlawyer

Community Testing for COVID-19 fails to meet the challenge.

I was happy to see Advance was offering free COVID tests and pre registered to be swab tested on Sept. 10th at one of their drive thru testings. The staff was friendly and quick. There was practically no wait because there were only 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I was given the swab test and told it should be 2-4 business days to receive my results from LabCorp and I should also receive a call from Advance. I was given the instructions on how to access the Labcorp portal as well. Ok, this sounds great. It's now been 7 days since my test and no results! I called Advance to see what my status is and I'm politely told that due to volume it's taking longer for results from Labcorp. No timeframe on how much longer. Then why are you promoting a 2-4 business day turnaround? What if I'm positive with no symptoms? This totally defeats the purpose of testing from a public health standpoint.

Its a hospital. Its staff are very friendly and my mom works there and she makes sure everyone is okay and talks to all the patient like the other staff does.

Super super super slow...arrived on time for dental appointment for waited for over 30 minutes without being called. Went to check to see what was the holdup and how long it would take...was told that they were running behind (no one was going to say anything if I didn't ask)...had someplace to be so I rescheduled the appointment for the next day...Once again regular cleaning for two of my children arrive on time for appointment at 12 did not leave until after 5. They have lots of rooms but I believe only one dentist. They need more employees seriously. I'm here now with two of my daughters for a 7:00 am appointment. I choose this appointment time in hopes that we could get in and get out since we are the first ones on the schedule. The time is now 7:27 am. I am guessing that we won't be out here before 9 maybe 930. If we are I will be totally surprised. Sincerely a mother in waiting room.
Service however is good they are just super super super slow. You should not have to take a complete day off just to wait on dental appointment cleaning not surgery. Today was actually much better than the last three times so I increased my rating to 3 stars...we completed appointments today at 820 (not bad at all).

Had a great experience getting the COVID-19 vaccine there. They took care of things quickly and professionally.

I have had my children in this clinic for 8 years, everything was that the clinic was mallard Advance health and every change to the staff is not the same. They can never give me an emergency appointment the receptionists became terrible some not all explained.
It was my favorite clinic and now I am about to change my children since whenever I need an appointment they can't or they change it for the moment. The last faith that happened was recently and to give me the exams they say 2 days and now it comes back 1 week and I call and they say that there is no total result and I do not recommend it as before
Very sad the truth in seeing the change from good to bad they did.

I recommend this Pediatric office to all parents looking for a clean clinic with organized and caring staff. I never had to wait more than 10-15 min to be called in to the room. The staff and nurses are so kind & so friendly. Dr. Glenn Feole is by far the best Pediatric doctor I have ever dealt with for my 3 children. Many doctors rush the visit and want to just get you in and out but not this guy. He made my kids feel so comfortable that they actually enjoyed visits to the doctors office. He even made them paper airplanes every time they visited! Recommended 100% I moved an hour away from the office and refused to change doctor. It was well worth the drive every time one of my kids needed to go in. I m now living out of state and really missing this place. Doctors like Feole are hard to come by. I m not one to leave reviews but I feel like I owe it to them.

If you can avoid coming here - DO IT!!! Only came to this location because of the Doctor we had. He leaves the Practice and NO ONE even had the decency to call and let us know... In fact we didn t even find out until my husbands medication - he s been on for over a year - ran out and the new Doctor demanded he be seen BEFORE she would call in his refills!! Wouldn t even give him a little bit of it to hold him over to the freakin appointment made!!!! And we aren t talking about any Narcotics!!! This is his Blood Pressure and Lexapro meds!!!! Which he s been off of now for 3 days now bc of the Doctor refusing to send his refill... So now we are sitting here in the waiting area - got here a half hour early for and appointment at 10:20 am - and it s NOW 11:25am and we are STILL WAITING!!!!!! Does it sound like this place has your best interest at heart??? Absolutely NOT!!! The Front desk people don t even know how to smile when you come in... WORST HEALTHCARE Facility in Raleigh!!!! Never coming back!!!

There very rude and they hang up when you try to call they don't even do there job this is why I changed my daughters pediatric..

I love this place. I been with this place since they were on New Bern ave and now my kids go there.

At my first visit I was left in a room after my exam. Staff did return after about 10 minutes and gruffly informed me I could leave. Trying to turn paperwork in was nearly impossible but I left. I attempted several times to get a second appt due to the issue I was seen 1st for not resolving and in fact getting worse. I finally got an appt and was in the office on time (15 mins early as requested) and I was told by reception, yes I see your appt but we cannot see you. So you are refusing to see me at my scheduled appt???? Thirty mins later, I was very upset, stressed and anxious...shaking and crying. I was refused to be seen regardless. I did go to the emergency department and was treated about 1am that same night. Now, I have repeatedly tried to resolve my issues with refusal to be seen and mostly my complaint is ignored however I did get one phone call after practically begging to speak to someone about it. She already had her mind settled that her clinic had done nothing wrong and all she wanted to do was muddy the waters of the situation with blaming scheduling staff (HER scheduling staff) and blaming me. She was quite happy that I 'took' the nurses advice and went to the emergency department. Please let me say about 5 mins after being refused to be seen at my appt, I had already said I was going to the ed. I was trying to be seen at my appt however and no matter how I tried to explain or rationalize with this staff, I was refused to be seen at my scheduled appt. I left after being put into such an emotional state, I should not have been driving and had to get someone to come 30 mins away to assist me. Horrible treatment! Unprofessional and literally abusive to me. And I still have no resolution to my complaints.

Lady at front desk was the ONLY one that helped me. Ms.J**ner and Dr. Gr****n. However, the manager for that Department was no help at all. Noted; it appears he enjoys seeing people becoming upset.

Unprofessional!! Asked for female doctor and made that very clear when i made my appt. when i came i had a male doctor who didnt listen to ANYTHING i told him. They ran no tests and they kept switching my nurse so i had 3 different woman in the room while i was being examined! I guess they are not big on privacy.

Do not use for COVID testing. My family went through Advance for COVID testing - they had our results on a Thursday but did not get around to calling us until the following Monday. Had I not tracked down our results with the lab in the meantime, we would have spent an additional 4 days in quarantine when it was not needed.

I set up an appointment to get tested for COVID-19 on 9/10/2020 at 11:00 am. I got to the parking lot and a nice lady asked for my ID and insurance card. After that, a woman approached my car and requested me to pull down my mask and uncover my nose. I have to say that she was very rude and disagreeable. She didn't insert the test stick in my nose, she pushed it very hard against the back of my nose so hard that it hurt. She was mean and said that I was going to have to come back another day if I didn't cooperate. My nose was soared for the rest of the day. The ladies at the curbside know who she is because I screamed "Oh my God this hurts!" and they all turned and looked at me and the woman. Such a bad experience!

Came in for COVID vaccine. Very professional, no wait at all (appt mid-afternoon). Assistants very friendly and helpful. Cleaned seating between patients. Glad I heard about this clinic.

No long wait. Staff is great & professional... they made this process a comforting experience.

Very unfortunate for patients that Quality, caring & dependable staff members who truly love helping patients are not appreciated or valued here.
