Great location for staying in downtown Santa Monica. The service and staff were top notch. To get to the beach, the walk is not too far, or you can schedule a shuttle to take you down - with towels and chairs! Our stay wasn't terribly long, but this hotel made it memorable. Oh, and the big ol' fig tree in the front is cool too if you are into that.

Amazingly beautiful hotel across the street from the beach. Everyone is well trained for pleasantness. One star deducted because it is a little confusing since there are 2 towers. Also, the are stairs everywhere so it is difficult to navigate for those in wheelchairs.

Just a wonderful stay at the Fairmont! Literally walking distance from the 3rd street promenade, very convenient for the family. The restaurant is superb and the service is just stellar. The 1 thing which could be better, would be closer to the beach. But, its just a long walk down some stairs, no big deal. I enjoyed their side club, The Bungalow as well. Met some clients for some drinks and then dozed off easily with some dank products, from Pot Valet Marijuana Delivery! Best edibles around and made my stay that much more enjoyable. Will be seeing you guys again soon

Great location near the water and 3rd Street promenade. Hotel lobby is well appointed and has a nice restaurant for small bites. Fig restaurant is good as well, with a nice outdoor area overlooking the pool. The bungalow bar used to be a scene but is now mixed bag and not that great in my opinion, but fine for a daytime drink.

This was the view from our (ocean facing) room. I highly recommend this hotel (I d call it a resort). Next to the beach, complimentary bikes for exploring the coast, complimentary running gear to be active, with a complementary fitness class at the exhale spa to boot.

Service was as you d expect with any Fairmont property (second to none).

Bonus picture of the eames chair.

Pricy hotel but worth the cost. Exceptional service and food, you can enjoy Fig restaurant's food delivered right on the beach! This is not like a typical American hotel. Bungalows recommended. I stayed in Palisades wing Suite and a Premium bungalow but I would recommend the latter. A bit smaller than a suite but nice atmosphere and superb decor.

Good location for a group of people to go to, this seems like a better location during the day time where you can sit at the tables. The outside bar is all the way in the back and kind of a struggle to get to at night when it's crowded.

Awesome; we experienced a mix up between the Fairmont booking Agent and this Hotel here in Santa Monica and this included our own misunderstanding of the same but true to form, the Fairmont team on property, especially Allyson Humphrey's and Adrianne were fantastic. We were treated very well and this is of need of specific mention before stating how fantastic this property is in design, location and function. The Valet team is even great and courteous. The restaurant on site is very good, the fitness facility with the outdoor option is perfect. Danielle at the Concierge very helpful and pleasant. Great place to be for a few days and if you can spoil yourself with a bungalow go for it, otherwise prefer the Tower over the low rise older building. enjoy!

Ive only gone to the Bungalow twice, but both times it was a really fun experience. It's a beautiful bar with a lovely outdoor patio area. Fun stuff to do like pool and ping pong and areas for quiet(ish) conversation.

Attended an event that was held there. Valet immediately took my car for parking purposes. I am handicapped so staff tried to accomadate and support whenever they could. It was a great customer service they provided. Very clean, very elegant. Staff were very responsive during our event. If you're looking for a place to hold company outings or events, this is the place where customer service is top priority. Highly recommended.

There are little options in santa monica, this hotel rides this fact pretty hard. The lobby is medicore and small compared to your below avg 5. Star hotels. The rooms are also medicore, more on the 3 star end due to stained carpeting and moldey outdated bathrooms. The good thing about this hotel is its location although that doesnt make it special as you can still get great location crappy hotels all over Santa Monica. My advice to management is to focus on cleaning. Filthy stained carpets will ruin the reputation of this chain.

Worst hotel I've been to and I've been to plenty.. Asked the valet there prices and he said it was free just leave him a tip, come to find out it was a 50$+ fee.. beware of all the hidden fees, they say its 399$ but its more like 500$ at the end of your stay

The hotel itself is very pretty. For a five-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired however. The bar service is extremely slow and the servers are rude as is the entire staff of the hotel in general. Moreover, FIG Restaurant has terrible More

We had a great stay at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica. The hotel is definitely unique! Loved our room (although a tad small) and the quirky decor! The wine hour is always fabulous. Loved the central location and the staff were very friendly and helpfuL! Will stay here again!

go with the bungalows! fabulous and fabulously expensive. it made me feel like a movie star. worshipped by gods, and goddesses and dreaming of a day when i can just lay back and live here. i would live in a hotel if I could afford it, no hassles, excellent housekeeping, bar, restaurant, pool, fun, no troubles and no crappy neighbors. what's not to like? i had such an excellent stay. I am sometimes such an air head.

If anybody out there is looking for good deals for hotels and resorts visit . booked a hotel room on there and they had the lowest rates just about anywhere!

This hotel is awesome and Sam the manager is wonderful. We told him it was our honeymoon and he took great care of us. The property is beautiful, well run and luxurious. Beautiful pool and great outdoor dining. Very safe with Covid too, super clean. Would definitely come back.

Many people. It's incredible to see two hundred good looking people waiting in line to enter this crowded but popular place. The adjacent hotel actually has a nice restaurant and bar with great vibe.
