The rooms are also medicore, more on the 3 star end due to stained carpeting and moldey outdated bathrooms. The good thing about this hotel is its location although that doesnt make it special as you can still get great location crappy hotels all over Santa Monica. My advice to management is to focus on cleaning. Filthy stained carpets will ruin the reputation of this chain.
