I will never go there again. Their manager Michael Tischler should get a degree on customer service, though I don't believe it would do any good, and remember that the customer is what drives their business. I have never been so disrespected as my family and I were on on our last visit to this hotel. My family is from Puerto Rico, though we live in the US. I wouldn't stay at la Concha even if you paid for it. Would rather sleep on the benches across the street.
