Not only is this resort beautiful and clean but the staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating and kind to their guests. They are always smiling and address you when you walk by. There is so much to do at this resort alone, I highly recommend the restaurant connected to the resort called Sera Fina, the waiters are also incredible as well as the food and drinks. If you are coming to San Juan to have fun, drink and relax I recommend you book at La Concha. Just be sure to have your uber pick you up down the street, the taxi drivers are very territorial.
