Folks please find a better hotel than this. As a platinum guest I am letting you know the following: the hotel has a very rude and combative front desk person, goes by the name of Louis (not sure how such people have customer facing jobs). They keep the temperature locked at 68 and the AC is not great, the rooms feel hot and humid. Even though the thermostat reads 68 it feels more like 74. The most outrageous thing is that you cannot even change the temperature in your room to go below 68. So please don t shell out top dollar and stay here. A rude staff with a complete disregard to your comfort is what you will be in for. I am a Marriott platinum guest and trust me everyone deserves better than this for the price. Even a two star is high rating for this property. Hope things change for the better but this is true story and if you can please chose another hotel in San Juan. Despite the location this property is not worth the money.
